Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, two cross arms 4 made of channel steel are fixed on two towers 3 through anchor ears 5 and bolts 8, a transformer body 1 is placed on the cross arms 4 through two support legs 2 made of square steel tubes, so that 4 contact parts are formed between the cross arms 4 and the support legs 2, and the upper end of the transformer body 1 is connected and fixed on the towers 3 through pull steel cables 6.
Referring to fig. 2, in each of the four contact portions, a first cavity 21 and a second cavity 25 partitioned by a partition plate 8 are provided in the leg 2, an thermite 71, a first contact 73, a second contact 74, a third contact 75, and a fourth contact 76 are provided in the first cavity 21, and a lower side wall of the first cavity 21 is provided with an opening 22 blocked by an upper surface of the cross arm 4, and the thermite 71 made of aluminum powder and metal oxide such as iron oxide powder, which is wrapped in aluminum foil, is inserted in the opening 22 in a vertically movable manner, so that the molten metal formed when the thermite 71 is ignited welds the leg 2 and the cross arm 4 together. Thermite solder 71 may be any suitable thermite solder known in the art, such as the thermite solder disclosed in chinese patent CN 104625480B. An ignition bar 72 for igniting the thermite weld 71 is provided in the thermite weld 71. Ignition bar 72 may be any suitable thermite ignition bar known in the art, particularly those that utilize a hot wire to generate heat to ignite the thermite, such as disclosed in chinese patent application CN 107030372A. In some cases, the ignition bar 72 may be made by simply winding the magnesium tape 721 around the heating wire 722, as shown in fig. 2. One end of the heating wire 722 is electrically connected to one of the positive/negative poles of the power supply 78 through the controller 77, the other end of the heating wire 722 is electrically connected to the first contact 73, the second contact 74 is electrically connected to the third contact 75, and the fourth contact 76 is electrically connected to the other of the positive/negative poles of the power supply 78 through the controller 77. A first contact 73 and a second contact 74 are provided at the inner end of the key cylinder 91 in the first cavity 21, and the electrical connection between the first contact 73 and the second contact 74 can be broken and made when the key cylinder 91 is turned by a key 92. The fourth contact 76 is disposed above the third contact 75 in an elongated manner and is fixedly connected to the thermite 71 such that when the thermite 71 moves downward, the fourth contact 76 is simultaneously moved downward by a set stroke until the fourth contact 76 is in electrical contact with the third contact 75. The set stroke is generally 1 to 5mm, preferably 2 to 3 mm. In some cases, the controller 77 and the battery 78 are provided in the second cavity 25, and the partition plate 8 is made of a fireproof heat insulating material such as rock wool, glass wool, mineral wool, or the like, in order to avoid damage that may be caused by the heat emitted when the thermite agent 71 is burned.
In some cases, three springs 23 and three spring supports 24 fixedly attached to the inner side wall of the foot 2 are also arranged in the first cavity 21 along the length of the foot 2. One end of the spring 23 in a compressed state abuts on the upper surface of the thermite weld 71 and the other end is fixed to the spring holder 24, thereby applying a downward pressure to the thermite weld 71. Thus, when the cross arm 4 is moved away from the foot 2, as long as any part of the thermite weld 71 moves with the cross arm 4, the corresponding spring 23 of the moving part will push the thermite weld 71 to move downward, bringing the fourth contact 76 into contact with the third contact 75, thereby increasing the sensitivity of the reaction to the cross arm 4 moving away from the foot 2.
When the transformer body 1 is placed on the cross arm 4, the key 92 may be rotated in advance to disconnect the electrical connection between the first contact 73 and the second contact 74 to enter a preparation mode, and an adhesive, preferably a spot adhesive, may be applied to the upper surface of the cross arm 4 or the lower surface of the thermite so that the thermite 71 is adhered to the upper surface of the cross arm 4 by the adhesive and the cross arm 4 is in close contact with the leg 2. When the transformer body 1 rests on the cross arm 4, thermite compound 71 is pressed into the opening 22, pushing the fourth contact 76 upwards away from the third contact 75, whereupon the key 92 can be used to rotate the key cylinder 91 so that the first contact 73 is electrically connected to the second contact 74, and the key 92 is then removed, thereby entering the armed mode. In the armed mode, if the transformer body 1 or the cross arm 4 is moved by an external force during a theft, such as to separate the cross arm 4 from the leg 2, the thermite 71 will drive the fourth contact 76 to move downward until it contacts the third contact 75, so that the ignition circuit of the heating wire 722 is turned on, the heating wire 722 is heated by the power supply of the power supply 78 to raise the temperature to the ignition point (510 ℃) of the magnesium strip, so as to ignite the ignition rod 72, and then the thermite 71 is ignited, the aluminum powder in the thermite 71 reacts with the metal oxide such as iron oxide powder to generate molten metal, and the cross arm 4 is welded with the leg 2, so as to enter the anti-theft mode, and the moving and carrying difficulty of the transformer body 1 will increase sharply due to the welding of the cross arm 4 on the leg 2, thereby effectively preventing the theft.
When the transformer body 1 needs to be normally repaired or moved, the key 92 is simply used to rotate the key cylinder 91 so that the first contact 73 is disconnected from the second contact 74, thereby exiting the armed mode and entering the standby mode, so that the ignition circuit of the heating wire 722 is not turned on even if the third contact 75 is in contact with the fourth contact 76 during the repair or movement.
In some cases, in the armed mode, the respective controllers 77 at the four contacts are communicatively connected to each other such that when one controller 77 detects that the third contact 75 and the fourth contact 76 are in contact to enter the anti-theft mode, the controller 77 sends a notification signal to the other controller 77, and the other controller 77, upon receiving the notification signal, turns on a second ignition circuit (not shown) of its heating wire 722 and also enters the anti-theft mode. The second ignition circuit may be directly led from the controller 77 and electrically connected to both ends of the heating wire 722, and is controlled to be turned on by the controller 77 according to the received notification signal. Therefore, when any one contact part is separated, all the contact parts are welded, and the difficulty of stealing the transformer is further increased.
In some cases, an alarm device and a positioning device such as a GPS and a beidou system are also provided in the controller 77. Upon entering the anti-theft mode, the controller 77 activates the alarm device to emit an alarm signal (e.g., a light, a sound, a radio signal, etc.) and determines the location of the stolen transformer using the locating device, thereby deterring the person performing the theft, and notifying security personnel of the transformer theft event and the place of occurrence.
The anti-theft transformer can effectively increase the difficulty of stealing the transformer without changing the installation mode of the existing transformer, can be simply started and disarmed by a key, and has the advantages of convenience, easy use, low cost and good anti-theft effect.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
