two groups of charge pump circuits 11 are arranged on the flexible circuit board 8 and the display driving chip 10, one group of charge pump circuits 11 in the two groups of charge pump circuits 11 is used for generating VGH/VGL voltage, and the other group of charge pump circuits 11 is used for providing positive and negative voltage for the light source 9;
the display driving chip 10 has a CABC function module 13 and a register 12 connected to the CABC function module 13 and storing a plurality of power saving efficiencies corresponding to different power saving schemes.
