Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A parking management system and a parking management method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a parking management system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the parking management system includes a server 100 and a first electronic tag identifier 200.
Wherein the server 100 is connected to the first electronic label identifier 200. The connection may be a wired connection through a data line or a wireless communication connection.
The electronic tag identifier 200 is used to identify an electronic tag provided on a vehicle body. Specifically, the electronic tag identifier 200 may read vehicle information contained in the electronic tag through an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. Of course, if the electronic tag is in the form of a barcode or a two-dimensional code, the electronic tag identifier 200 may read the vehicle information by infrared scanning.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic tag identifier 200 may be provided at an entrance of a parking lot, for example, on a gate installed at the entrance. The first electronic tag recognizer 200 may recognize the vehicle information of the incoming vehicle and then upload the vehicle information of the incoming vehicle to the server 100. The server 100 may receive the vehicle information of the entering vehicle uploaded by the first electronic tag identifier 200, issue the parking space information of the parking lot to the first electronic tag identifier 200 according to the vehicle information of the entering vehicle, and forward the parking space information to the entering vehicle by the first electronic tag identifier 200. The parking space information may include a parking space map inside the parking lot, state information of a parking position, position information of an entrance and an exit, and the like. For example: a panoramic map of the parking area may be provided with parking positions in an empty state being displayed in green and parking positions in a parked state being displayed in red. Therefore, after seeing the parking space information, the user can drive to the corresponding parking position to park according to the displayed content. Of course, a parking position in an empty state may be directly allocated to the incoming vehicle, and a navigation route may be automatically generated, so that the user may directly drive to the designated parking position according to the navigation route.
It should be understood that the vehicle entering the parking space can receive the parking space information through the client APP installed on the mobile terminal, and the parking space information is displayed through the display screen of the mobile terminal. The parking space information can be received through the vehicle-mounted central control, and the parking space information is displayed through a display screen of the vehicle-mounted central control.
The first electronic tag identifier 200 may also be used as a wireless communication device capable of interacting with the vehicle to obtain the vehicle information. For example: data exchange with the vehicle can be performed through NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to acquire vehicle information; similarly, the UWB (Ultra wide band) technology can be used to transmit pulse signals to interact with the vehicle, so as to obtain vehicle information.
According to the parking management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first electronic tag recognizer is arranged at the entrance of the parking lot, the vehicle information of the driving vehicle is recognized through the first electronic tag recognizer and is uploaded to the server, the parking space information of the parking lot is sent to the first electronic tag recognizer by the server according to the vehicle information of the driving vehicle, and the driving vehicle is forwarded through the first electronic tag recognizer, so that a user can conveniently search for an empty parking space, and the time of the user is saved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the parking management system may further include a second electronic tag identifier 300.
The second electronic tag identifier 300 is disposed at a parking position of the parking lot. The second electronic tag identifiers 300 correspond to parking positions one by one, that is, each parking position has one second electronic tag identifier 300. The second electronic tag identifier 300 may acquire the parking space information at the corresponding parking position in real time, and upload the parking space information at the corresponding parking position to the server 100. The server 100 may receive and store the parking space information at the corresponding parking position uploaded by the second electronic tag identifier 300, so as to perform unified management on the parking space information at the parking position. That is, when the vehicle enters or leaves the parking position, the second electronic tag identifier 300 detects a change in the state information of the parking position, and uploads the detected parking space information to the server 100, and the server 100 updates and stores the state of the parking position in the parking lot.
When the second electronic tag identifier 300 identifies that the vehicle enters the parking position corresponding to the second electronic tag identifier 300, the server 100 may receive vehicle information of the vehicle entering the parking position and change the state information of the corresponding parking position to the parked state. When the second electronic tag recognizer 300 recognizes that the vehicle has moved out of the parking position corresponding to the second electronic tag recognizer 300, the server 100 may change the state information of the corresponding parking position to the empty state.
According to the parking management system, the second electronic tag recognizer is arranged at the parking position of the parking lot, the parking space information on the corresponding parking position is recognized in real time through the second electronic tag recognizer, the parking space information on the corresponding parking position is uploaded to the server, and the server stores the parking space information on the corresponding parking position into the database, so that the parking space information of the parking position in the parking lot is uniformly managed, and the management efficiency is improved.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the parking management system may further include a third electronic tag identifier 400.
The third electronic tag identifier 400 is provided at the exit of the parking lot. When an outgoing vehicle travels to an exit, the third electronic tag recognizer 400 may recognize vehicle information of the outgoing vehicle and upload the vehicle information to the server 100. The server 100 may generate a parking fee according to the vehicle information of the outgoing vehicle, and then issue the generated parking fee to the third electronic tag identifier 400, and the third electronic tag identifier 400 provides the parking fee to the outgoing vehicle.
That is, when the vehicle enters the parking lot, the server 100 already recognizes the vehicle information of the vehicle through the first electronic tag recognizer 200, and records the entry time of the vehicle to start timing. When the vehicle exits the parking lot again, the third electronic tag identifier 400 again identifies the vehicle information (e.g., license plate number information) of the vehicle. Then, the server 100 may stop timing, thereby obtaining the exit time corresponding to the vehicle information. After the time between the entry and exit is obtained, the parking cost associated with the vehicle may be calculated.
According to the parking management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the third electronic tag identifier is arranged at the exit of the parking lot, the vehicle information of the outgoing vehicle is acquired through the third electronic tag identifier, the parking fee is generated according to the vehicle information of the outgoing vehicle, and the parking fee is issued to the third electronic tag identifier, so that the third electronic tag identifier provides the parking fee to the outgoing vehicle, the parking fee is charged more conveniently, and the management efficiency is further improved.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, the parking management system may further include a parking lock 500.
The parking spot locks 500 correspond to each parking position one to one. Parking lock 500 is connected to server 100. The parking space lock 500 may receive the control instruction sent by the server 100, and unlock or lock the parking space according to the control instruction. That is, if the second electronic tag identifier 300 identifies that there is a vehicle to enter the corresponding parking location, the server 100 may control the parking space lock 500 to unlock the parking space and allow the vehicle to enter the parking space after receiving the information; if the second electronic tag identifier 300 identifies that the vehicle has exited the corresponding parking position, the server 100 may control the parking space lock 500 to be lifted up and lock the parking space after receiving the information. Further, the server 100 may also authenticate the vehicle. If the second electronic tag identifier 300 identifies that the information of the vehicle entering the parking space is inconsistent with the information of the vehicle requesting the parking space in advance, the server 100 may further control the parking space lock 500 to keep locked, so as to prevent illegal vehicles from parking.
According to the parking management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the parking position of the parking lot is provided with the parking position locks in one-to-one correspondence, so that the phenomenon of disordered parking can be effectively avoided, the benefit of a user is ensured, and the management efficiency is further improved.
The following is a description of a specific example:
at present, some parking lot management systems can already distinguish vehicles through cameras, and then correspondingly store the recognized license plate numbers and the parking spaces in the management systems, so that management is achieved. However, the method has certain limitations, and if the license plate number of the vehicle is covered or polluted, the environment is too dark, and the parking position of the vehicle is not correct, the camera cannot correctly recognize the vehicle. For this reason, the present embodiment adopts an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to identify the vehicle. In the parking lot, RFID identifiers can be arranged at the entrance and the exit of the vehicle and the parking space respectively, and the functions of the parking management system are perfected by utilizing the advantages of low cost, easy laying and the like of the RFID identifiers.
As shown in fig. 5, the parking management system may include an entrance card gate 510, an RFID identifier 520, and a server 530. The RFID identifiers 520 are respectively arranged at the entrance/exit card gate 510 and the parking space, and constitute an RFID identifier network.
The entrance/exit gate 510 is equipped with an RFID identifier 520 for identifying the entering or exiting vehicle. The RFID recognizer has a data interaction function and can support financial payment. When a vehicle enters the entrance/exit, the RFID identifier 520 identifies vehicle information and transmits the information to the server 530. The server 530 records vehicle information and the time of entry, facilitating billing by the parking management system. After receiving the vehicle entrance information, the server 530 issues parking space information in the parking lot to the entrance card gate. The parking space information may include a parking space map inside the parking lot, status information (whether empty), entrance/exit position information, and the like. The RFID identifier 520 sends a data interaction request to the vehicle. If the vehicle replies to the data interaction request, RFID identifier 520 may send the parking space information to the vehicle. After the vehicle receives the parking space information, the parking space information in the stopping production field can be displayed through the mobile phone client or the vehicle-mounted navigation system. After the entrance card brake is opened, the car owner can find the vacant parking space according to the displayed information.
The RFID identifier 520 provided at the parking space may be established as an RFID identifier network through a wired network. The RFID identifier 520 at each parking space has a corresponding number, and can be associated with the parking space and stored in the server 530. The RFID identifier 520 at the parking space uploads the status information of the corresponding parking space to the server 530 in real time. The server 530 records the above information and marks the status of the parking space on the parking lot map, whether the parking space is empty or stopped. When a vehicle enters a parking space, the RFID identifier 520 may identify vehicle information and then transmit the vehicle information to the server 530, and the server 530 may mark "stopped" in the corresponding parking space. When the vehicle exits the parking space, the RFID identifier 520 may not continuously identify the vehicle information in the parking space (if no vehicle is identified every 5 seconds for 5 consecutive minutes, no vehicle is identified), and the server 530 may change the state information of the parking space to the empty state.
The server 530 is mainly used to store and manage all the operation data in the parking lot. The server 530 records the vehicle entrance time, the parking position, and the exit time, thereby settling the parking fee. The server 530 also records status information of all parking spaces in the parking lot, and can push the latest status information of the parking spaces for the user. In addition, the server 530 may provide a remote query interface for a user to query a parking location of the vehicle.
Specifically, the user can manage the APP by installing the parking in the mobile phone. And starting the client APP and logging in the server 530 to establish connection with the server 530. The user can inquire the parking space state information of the parking lot at any time. If a parking space with an empty state in the parking lot is found, the user can drive the vehicle into the parking lot. The RFID identifier 520 at the entrance card gate recognizes the vehicle information, and the server 530 pushes the map in the parking lot and the status information of each parking space to the vehicle through the RFID identifier 520. The user can conveniently find the vacant parking space by utilizing the information. After the user parks the vehicle in the parking space, the RFID identifier 520 at the parking space may transmit the identified vehicle information to the server 530. The server 530 changes the state of the parking space to parked in the database while adding vehicle information for the parking space. The user returns to the parking lot, searches the parking position of the vehicle, and can inquire the parking space where the vehicle is located through the client APP login server 530. Of course, the display can be performed by means of a flat map. After the user drives the vehicle out of the parking space, the RFID identifier 520 at the parking space transmits information about the vehicle out to the server 530, and the server 530 deletes corresponding vehicle information and changes the state of the parking space to an empty state. The user can find nearby parking lot exits based on a map of the previous parking lot. The RFID identifier 520 at the exit card gate identifies the vehicle information and sends the vehicle information to the server 530. The server 530 may perform settlement to generate a parking fee, which is transmitted to the vehicle through the RFID identifier 520 at the exit card gate. The user may choose to pay via the RFID identifier 520 or may choose other payment methods. After payment is successful, the server 530 may control the exit card gate to open to allow the vehicle to exit the parking lot.
In this embodiment, the parking management system may also implement other services. Such as car-finding service, parking space rental service, etc.
Vehicle searching service: when the user forgets the location where the user's vehicle is parked, the user can log in to the server 530 through the client APP. The server 530 may then look up the location where the vehicle is located based on the query request and generate a navigation path. Through the client APP, the three-dimensional plan is displayed, and convenience is provided for users.
Parking space rental service: if the user needs to use a certain parking space for a long time, the user may send an application to the server 530 through the client APP and prepay a lease deposit. Server 530 will assign a fixed parking space to the user with the user vehicle information attached to the fixed parking space. When the RFID identifier 520 at the parking space identifies the vehicle information, the server 530 may release the parking lock of the parking space, and the vehicle may enter the parking space. When other vehicles drive to the vicinity of the parking space, the vehicle information identified by the RFID identifier 520 is inconsistent with the bound vehicle information, and the server 530 controls the parking space lock to keep a locked state, so that other vehicles cannot drive in.
Parking space reservation service: when a user inquires a vacant parking space in a parking lot of a destination through the client APP, the parking space reservation function can be used. That is, the user submits the reservation application, and the server 530 queries the parking space state of the parking space after receiving the reservation application. If the parking space status of the parking space is reserved, the server 530 accepts the reservation request. The user prepays the subscription through the APP. After the payment is successful, the server 530 issues the vehicle information to the RFID identifier 520 corresponding to the predetermined parking space. At this time, the server 530 controls the parking lock to be raised, and reserves a parking space for the user. When the user vehicle arrives at the parking space and the RFID identifier 520 identifies that the vehicle information is consistent with the predetermined vehicle information, the server 530 may control the parking space lock to be unlocked.
In order to implement the above embodiment, the present invention further provides a parking management method, and fig. 6 is a flowchart of the parking management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
s601, the server acquires vehicle information of the vehicle entering through a first electronic tag recognizer arranged at an entrance of the parking lot.
S602, the server sends the parking space information of the parking lot to the first electronic tag identifier according to the vehicle information of the vehicle, so that the first electronic tag identifier provides the parking space information of the parking lot to the vehicle.
In addition, when the server transmits the parking space information of the parking lot to the first electronic tag identifier according to the vehicle information of the entering vehicle, the server records the entering time of the entering vehicle.
According to the parking management method, the first electronic tag recognizer is arranged at the entrance of the parking lot, the vehicle information of the entering vehicle is recognized through the first electronic tag recognizer and is uploaded to the server, the server sends the parking space information of the parking lot to the first electronic tag recognizer according to the vehicle information of the entering vehicle, and the parking space information is forwarded to the entering vehicle through the first electronic tag recognizer, so that a user can conveniently find an empty parking space, and the time of the user is saved.
