Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for processing an environmental protection complaint event, which receive the environmental protection complaint event and extract event information; analyzing a control area to which the environmental complaint event belongs through a GIS; and associating corresponding environmental protection departments according to the event information and the control area to which the environmental protection complaint event belongs, generating corresponding task books and sending the task books to the environmental protection departments, so that the processing efficiency and accuracy of the environmental protection complaint event are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a method and a device for processing environmental complaint events.
Background
The existing environmental protection events are often caused by various factors, for example, the atmospheric pollution can be caused by the comprehensive factors of motor vehicle exhaust emission, rural straw combustion, factory exhaust emission and the like.
