Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a call receiving bonus in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for processing a call receiving reward provided by this embodiment includes:
step 101, obtaining order information of a driver, wherein the order information comprises location information.
In which orders that the driver has completed may be obtained. And after the user sends a vehicle searching request, the server receives the request information and sends the request information to an online driver. After the driver receives the order, the driver receives the passenger and smoothly arrives at the destination, and the driver end or the passenger end sends an order completion confirmation instruction to the server. After learning that the order is completed, the server may push the completed order to the rewarding device implementing the method provided in this embodiment, so that the rewarding device can obtain the order information. Or the rewarding device monitors whether a newly added finished order exists in the server or not, and if so, the finished order is actively acquired. The server for processing the order information may also execute the method provided in this embodiment, and when the order is confirmed to be completed, the server directly obtains the completed order information.
Specifically, the order information may include a variety of information, such as driver identification, order generation and completion time, location information, and the like.
Further, the location information may include various information such as a departure location, a destination, a travel track, and the like. The driving track refers to a track of a route driven by a driver.
In practical application, the target driver can be selected according to the conditions of the reward activity, and order information of the target driver is obtained. For example, if the target of the reward activity is a driver with low liveness in beijing, the order information corresponding to the driver meeting the condition is acquired, so that the amount of the acquired order information is reduced.
And 102, judging whether the location information is located in a preset area, and if so, determining that the order information corresponding to the location information is a first order.
In practical application, the preset area is an area range rather than a specific place, and therefore, whether the place information included in the order is located in the preset area can be directly judged according to the geographical position information.
In actual application, the preset area range can be preset. For example, some remote industrial areas may be set as preset areas where there is a demand for a ride, but since the locations are far away, the driver is not willing to accept orders from those locations, resulting in many passengers not getting to the car smoothly in the industrial area. Therefore, if the place of departure in the order information belongs to the range where these remote industrial areas are located, the order information can be determined as the first order assuming that the incentive conditions are satisfied. In addition, some congested areas can be used as designated areas, and drivers are encouraged to receive orders of destinations or places of departure in the areas, so that the problem that passengers in the areas have difficulty in driving is avoided.
Specifically, the orders completed by each driver belonging to the activity range may be processed, and the first orders meeting the reward corresponding to each driver may be selected from the processed orders.
Step 103, determine the quantity of the first order.
In a first embodiment of determining the first order quantity, a first order number can be set for each driver, the first order initial number being 0. And judging whether the order is a first order or not every time one piece of completed order information is acquired, and if so, superposing 1 on the first order number of the driver corresponding to the order. And clearing 0 the first order number until the activity is ended or the activity period is ended. For example, if the period of the rewarding activity is 00:00 to 24:00 per day, the first order number may be initialized to 0 starting from 00:00 per day, and the first order number may be added to the value according to the first order number of the driver during the day, so as to count the first order number of the driver during each activity period; this value may also be cleared to 0 at 24:00 per day.
In a second embodiment of determining the first order quantity, all the order information of the driver may be periodically traversed, and the first order meeting the location information in the preset area may be determined, and the quantity of the first order may be counted. For example, the driver completed order information may be traversed every 15 minutes. At 7:30, driver A has a first order quantity of 3, driver B has a first order quantity of 4, at 7:45, driver A has a first order quantity of 4, and driver B has a first order quantity of 5. The embodiment can judge the first order number of the driver only by reading operation without writing operation, reduce the processing pressure of the equipment during implementation and has higher execution speed.
And 104, if the quantity of the first order is more than or equal to a first preset value, awards are issued to the driver according to a first order receiving award rule.
Furthermore, a first preset value can be preset according to requirements, and the quantity of the first orders is compared with the first preset value. If the first order quantity of the driver is larger than or equal to the first preset value, the driver can be determined to meet the condition of issuing the reward, and the reward is issued to the driver.
In actual application, the reward rule can be set according to requirements. For example, the driver may be awarded a prize when the first order quantity is 5. The number of the first order is based on the first preset value, and each time a certain number is added, a reward is issued to the driver. If the driver B finishes 5 first orders, awarding 3 yuan to the driver B; and the driver B completes a first order meeting the location information in the preset area, and then issues 1 yuan to the first order, and so on, and after finishing one first order, the driver B issues certain reward to the first order, so that the driver B is stimulated to receive more orders meeting the location information in the preset area.
The present embodiment provides a method for incentivizing the acceptance of orders in designated areas by drivers, which is performed by a device storing the method provided by the present embodiment, which is typically implemented in hardware and/or software.
The method for processing the order receiving reward provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps: obtaining order information of a driver, wherein the order information comprises location information; judging whether the location information is located in a preset area, if so, determining that the order information corresponding to the location information is a first order; determining the quantity of the first order; and if the first order quantity is larger than or equal to a first preset value, awards are issued to the driver according to a first order receiving award rule. In the method provided by this embodiment, the first order meeting the condition is determined according to the location information included in the order information, and then the driver is awarded a reward according to the number of the first order. That is, in the method provided by this embodiment, the condition for issuing the reward at least includes the number of orders and the condition that the location information is located in the preset area, and the driver is encouraged to accept more orders through the two conditions, that is, the driver is encouraged to accept more orders whose location information is located in the preset area, so that the driver can be guided to accept more orders located in the preset area. Therefore, the method provided by the embodiment can be used for pointedly motivating the driver to take more orders, so that the driver can be encouraged to receive more orders, and the driver can be guided to receive the orders in the designated area, and the technical problem that some drivers have fewer orders and some passengers cannot smoothly take the car in the prior art is solved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a call receiving bonus in accordance with another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for processing an order receiving reward provided by this embodiment includes:
step 201, obtaining order information of a driver, wherein the order information comprises location information.
The specific principle and implementation of step 201 are similar to those of step 101, and are not described herein again.
Step 202, obtaining information of a driver, and determining a city where the driver is located according to the information of the driver.
The order information may include driver information, and the driver information included in the order information may be directly obtained. If the order information does not include driver information, the driver information corresponding to the order can be determined according to the order identifier. And then determining the city where the driver is located according to the driver information.
Specifically, the city where the driver is located can be determined according to the registration information of the driver, and the city where the driver is located can also be determined according to the positioning information of the driver in the historical data.
Step 203, determining a congestion area of the city, and determining the congestion area as a preset area.
This step is used to determine the congestion area of the city where the driver is located.
In the first embodiment, the congestion information of each city may be stored in advance, and the congestion area of the city may be determined according to the stored information, for example, the stored information may be beijing-xidc, that is, in beijing, the xidc area is a congestion area. And then determining the determined congestion area as a preset area.
Specifically, since the road conditions in the same area at different times are different, in the second embodiment, the correspondence between the congestion area and the congestion time of the city may be stored for each city. And then determining the congestion area in the storage information according to the generation time of the order, so that the congestion area can be accurately determined by combining the execution time of the order. For example, the contents may be stored as Beijing, 7:00-8:00, Siro, i.e., in the city of Beijing, 7:00 to 8:00, with the Siro region being a congested region. And determining the determined congestion area as a preset area, and updating the congestion area according to the change of time.
Further, for some areas with complex road conditions, the road condition information is different at the same time on different days, so that in the third embodiment, the road condition information of the city can be obtained in real time, and the congestion area is determined according to the road condition information; and updating the preset area in real time according to the determined congestion area. And determining the determined congestion area as a preset area, and updating the congestion area in real time according to the change of the road condition information.
And 204, judging whether the departure place and/or the destination are/is located in a preset area.
Wherein, the location information in step 201 includes: a departure location and/or a destination.
Specifically, when the passenger sends a car-finding request, an order to be accepted is generated, and the departure place and/or the destination are/is recorded in the order, so that after the order is completed, the information of the departure place and/or the destination is also included. In addition, the departure place and/or the destination can be determined according to the positioning information of the driver and the instruction information sent by the driver through the client. If the driver operates the client to send a passenger getting-on instruction, the server receives the instruction and then obtains the position of the driver at the moment, and the position is used as a departure place; after the driver operates the client to send out an instruction indicating that the order is completed, such as payment or the destination is reached, the server receives the instruction, acquires the position of the driver at the moment and takes the position as the destination. In addition, the driver may add positioning information to an instruction that the passenger gets on the vehicle or arrives at the destination, so that the server can directly determine the departure point and the destination based on the instruction.
In practical application, the preset area is an area range, and is not a specific place, so that whether the departure place and/or the destination are/is located in the preset area can be directly judged according to the geographical position information.
If the preset area is determined according to the real-time traffic status information, step 204 may further include:
and judging whether the departure place and/or the destination are/is located in a preset area at the order taking moment.
If the departure place and/or the destination are/is located in the preset area at the order receiving moment, the order can be considered as a first order. Since there is a possibility that the driver is in a congested state at the time of order pickup, the road condition at the destination becomes good and congestion is no longer caused when the driver arrives at the destination. For the driver, the road condition change of the destination cannot be accurately predicted, so that the driver can be considered to accept the order which is not accepted by many drivers, and whether the departure place and/or the destination are in a congestion state or not is determined according to the road condition information at the order taking moment, so that the driver receiving the order in the congestion area can be more accurately rewarded.
If the determination result in step 204 is yes, step 205 is executed. Otherwise, step 205' is performed.
In step 205', the order information corresponding to the departure place and/or the destination is determined as other orders.
Other orders can be directly marked, no further processing is performed on other orders, or other orders are directly discarded.
Step 205, determining the order information corresponding to the departure place and/or the destination as the first order.
Specifically, the step may determine the congestion area order accepted by the driver as the first order, and further may issue an award to the driver according to the first order.
The method provided by the embodiment takes the congestion area as the preset area, rewards drivers who depart from or arrive at the congestion area, and can encourage the drivers to receive more orders in the congestion area, so that the problem that passengers are difficult to get a car in the congestion area is solved.
At step 206, the quantity of the first order is determined.
The specific principle and implementation of step 206 are similar to the determination of the number of the first orders in step 103, and are not described herein again.
And step 207, if the quantity of the first order is larger than or equal to the first preset value, awards are issued to the driver according to a first order receiving award rule.
The specific principle and implementation of step 207 are similar to those of step 104, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a pick-up award according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for processing a call receiving reward provided by this embodiment includes:
step 301, obtaining order information of a driver, wherein the order information comprises location information and time information.
The specific principle and implementation of step 301 are similar to those of step 101, and the difference is only that in the scheme provided in this embodiment, the order information further includes time information.
Specifically, the time information may be order taking time, passenger boarding time, order completion time, and the like.
Step 302, determining whether the location information is located in a preset area, and if so, determining that the order information corresponding to the location information is a first order.
The step 302 is similar to the specific principles and implementation of determining the first order described in the step 102 or the step 202-.
Step 302 may be followed by the steps of: and determining a second order meeting a second preset condition in the first order according to the time information, and determining the quantity of the second order.
The second preset condition may be set according to a requirement, for example, the second preset condition may be that time information included in the order information belongs to a preset time range.
Specifically, the step of determining the second order may include:
and step 303, acquiring information of the driver, and determining the city where the driver is located according to the information of the driver.
This step is the same as step 202 and will not be described herein. If step 202 is executed, the step may not be executed, and the execution result of step 202 is directly used.
And step 304, determining a peak travel time range according to the city, and determining the peak travel time range as a preset time range.
The peak trip time of each city is not fixed, and the preset time range can be determined according to the peak trip time of the city where the driver is located.
Step 305, if the first order is a real-time order, judging whether order receiving time and/or passenger boarding time belong to a preset time range; and if the first order is the reservation order, judging whether the passenger getting-on time belongs to a preset time range.
At present, the order of placing a car can be divided into a real-time order and a reservation order. The real-time order is a request sent by a user for taking a taxi at present, and the reservation order is a request sent by the user for taking a taxi one day in advance.
And if the order is a real-time order, determining whether the order is a second order according to the order receiving time and/or the passenger boarding time, and rewarding the driver if the order execution time accepted by the driver belongs to the peak trip time, so that the driver is encouraged to accept more peak time orders.
And if the order is the reserved order, determining whether the order is a second order according to the passenger boarding time. For the reservation order, the difference between the driver order taking time and the actual passenger getting-on time is large, and therefore, whether the order is the second order or not needs to be determined according to the actual passenger getting-on time. For example, when a passenger reserves a taxi 7:00 in the morning of the next day at 9:00 evening, a driver receives the order at 9:05, and if the order is determined to be the second order according to the order receiving time, misjudgment can be caused, and the enthusiasm of the driver for receiving the reservation order for traveling at peak time is reduced.
If the determination result in step 305 is yes, step 306 is executed. Otherwise, step 306' may be performed, and the first order may not be processed.
Step 306', the first order is marked as a non-second order.
Step 306, determine the first order to be the second order.
Step 307, determine the quantity of the second order.
The method for determining the quantity in step 307 is similar to the method for determining the quantity of the first order in step 103, and is not described herein again.
And 308, if the quantity of the second order is greater than a second preset value, awards are issued to the driver according to a second order receiving award rule.
The second preset value can be preset according to requirements, and the quantity of the second orders is compared with the first preset value. If the second order quantity of the driver is larger than or equal to the second preset value, the driver can be determined to meet the condition of issuing the reward, and the reward is issued to the driver. Wherein, the second order receiving reward rule can be set according to the requirement.
The method for processing the reward for receiving the order can give the reward to the driver according to the place information and the time information of the driver for receiving the order, so that the driver is guided to receive more orders in the preset time range and the preset area range, and meanwhile the problem that passengers are difficult to take a car in a peak trip time period and a congested area can be solved.

the determining module 42 is further configured to determine the quantity of the first order;
and the reward module 43 is configured to issue a reward to the driver according to a first order reward rule if the first order quantity is greater than or equal to a first preset value.
