Abstract
The application discloses a distribution information service system, including: the device comprises an acquisition module and a calculation module. The acquisition module is used for acquiring the subscription price and the subscription amount of the financial bill to be issued. The calculation module is used for processing the subscription price and the subscription amount of the financial bill to be issued by a preset algorithm to obtain a price prediction result, wherein the price prediction result comprises a subscription price and a bid amount at each price. Therefore, each group member can immediately know the possible issuing price and the acquirement amount of each group member according to the known purchase applying price and purchase applying amount before the financial instrument is issued and in the process of business development, thereby guiding the development of subsequent business.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information services, and more particularly, to a published information service system.
Background
Currently, the pricing function of the debt financing tool of the non-financial enterprise is only available in the pricing and selling link in the process of developing the debt financing tool issuing business. That is, before the debt financing tool is issued and the business is developed, the user cannot immediately know the possible issue price and the amount of the accrual of each organization, which causes inconvenience to the market members in developing the business to some extent. Meanwhile, no information service software capable of providing a distribution price calculation function exists in the market at present.
Also, similar problems exist for other financial instruments used for financing functions.
Accordingly, it is desirable to provide an issuing information service system capable of obtaining specific issuing data of a financial instrument to be issued.
Disclosure of Invention
The present application is proposed to solve the above-mentioned technical problems. The embodiment of the application provides an issuing information service system, which can process the acquired purchase applying price and purchase applying quantity of the financial bill to be issued based on a preset algorithm to obtain a price forecasting result, so that the subsequent issuing business of the financial bill is conveniently developed.
According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a published information service system including:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the purchase applying price and the purchase applying amount of the financial bill to be issued; and
and the calculation module is used for processing the subscription price and the subscription amount of the financial bill to be issued by using a preset algorithm to obtain a price prediction result, wherein the price prediction result comprises the subscription price and the bid amount at each price.

In the published information service system according to the present application, further comprising: and the modification module is used for receiving any one of modification, addition or deletion of the purchase requisition price and purchase requisition amount of the financial bill to be issued, and modifying, adding or deleting the purchase requisition price and purchase requisition amount of the financial bill to be issued in response to any one of modification, addition or deletion of the purchase requisition price and purchase requisition amount of the financial bill to be issued.
In the published information service system according to the present application, further comprising: and the distribution selection module is used for receiving a distribution mode selection request of a user for the financial bill to be issued, wherein the distribution mode comprises marginal proportion distribution and effective proportion distribution.
In the published information service system according to the present application, the preset algorithm is a dutch auction algorithm.
In the published information service system according to the present application, the price prediction result includes item basic information, group member list presentation data items, and details and an overview of a subscription; the project basic information comprises a project name, planned issuing time and planned issuing quantity; the group member list display data items comprise serial numbers, group member names, pre-cast scalar quantities and pre-cast bid prices; the subscription details comprise subscription prices, purchase amount and price amount conditions of all group members obtained according to a preset algorithm; the procurement summary includes bid amount, plan release amount, marginal bid amount, boundary allotment amount, lowest procurement price, highest procurement price, pre-intermediate bid price, marginal multiple, and pre-winning organization number.
In the published information service system according to the present application, in the application details, the purchase requisition price and the bid amount are presented in a price map, and the price amount situation of each group member obtained according to a preset algorithm is presented in a list.
In the issued information service system according to the present application, the financial instrument is a bond.
According to the issuing information service system provided by the application, the acquired applying price and applying amount of the financial bill to be issued can be processed based on the preset algorithm, and the price prediction result is obtained, so that each group member can immediately know the possible issuing price and the acquiring amount of each group member according to the known applying price and applying amount before issuing the debt financing tool and in the process of service development, and the subsequent service development is guided.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, example embodiments according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments of the present application, and that the present application is not limited by the example embodiments described herein.
Exemplary information service System
As shown in fig. 1, a distributed information service system according to an embodiment of the present application is illustrated. In particular, in the present example, the published information service system is a published information service system for non-financial enterprise debt financing instruments. As will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art, a non-financial enterprise refers to a resident enterprise that is primarily engaged in the production of market goods and providing non-financial market services, and includes primarily various legal enterprises. All non-financial businesses are merged together to form a non-financial business division. The non-financial enterprise debt financing tool refers to a valuable financial instrument, such as a bond, issued by a non-financial enterprise with legal qualification in the inter-bank financial instrument market and agreed to pay money within a certain period.
As described above, the pricing function of the existing non-financial enterprise debt financing tool is only available in the pricing and selling process during the development of the debt financing tool issuing business, so that the user cannot immediately know the possible issuing price and the amount of acquisition of each organization before the debt financing tool is issued and in the early stage of business development, which causes inconvenience to the market members in developing business to a certain extent.
Accordingly, the issuing information service system provided by the application can process the acquired purchase applying price and purchase applying amount of the financial bill to be issued based on the preset algorithm to obtain the price predicting result, so that each group member can immediately know the possible issuing price and the obtained amount of each group member according to the known purchase applying price and purchase applying amount before the debt financing tool is issued and in the process of service development, and the subsequent service development is guided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the published information service system according to the embodiment of the present application includes: the system comprises an acquisition module 110, a calculation module 120, a presentation module 130, a derivation module 140, a modification module 150 and a distribution selection module 160, wherein the acquisition module 110 is used for acquiring a subscription price and a subscription amount for a financial instrument to be issued. That is, market members (e.g., major underwriters, related institutions, etc.) can input a bid price and a bid amount for a financial instrument to be issued into the issuing information service system before the issuance of the debt financing instrument and during the business development.
Accordingly, after receiving the bid price and the bid amount for the financial instrument to be issued, the calculation module 120 processes the bid price and the bid amount for the financial instrument to be issued by using a preset algorithm to obtain a price prediction result, wherein the price prediction result includes a pre-bid price and a bid amount at each price. That is, the issuing information service system supports market members to input the purchase requisition price and purchase requisition amount for the financial instruments to be issued, and performs price measurement and calculation through a preset algorithm. It is worth mentioning that in the embodiments of the present application, the published information services system supports quotes and quotations for a plurality of group members (e.g., a main underwriter or a related organization). Also, the price amount supports modification, addition, and deletion.
Accordingly, the modifying module 150 is configured to receive any request of modification, addition or deletion of the subscription price and subscription amount for the financial instrument to be issued. And after any request of modification, addition or deletion of the purchase requisition price and the purchase requisition amount of the financial bill to be issued is received, the purchase requisition price and the purchase requisition amount of the financial bill to be issued are modified, added or deleted in response to any request of modification, addition or deletion of the purchase requisition price and the purchase requisition amount of the financial bill to be issued.
It is worth mentioning that, in the embodiment of the present application, the published information service system supports deriving the price prediction result. Accordingly, in this embodiment, the export module 140 is configured to receive a request to export the price prediction result, and, in response to receiving the request to export the price prediction result, export a file including the price prediction result.
In particular, in the embodiment of the present application, the preset algorithm adopted by the calculation module 120 is consistent with the calculation rule in the centralized thin-note profiling system, and is a dutch auction algorithm. Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the dutch auction algorithm has two significant features: firstly, the price is decreased from high to low according to a predetermined price reduction step along with a certain time interval; second, all buyers (i.e., those who buy the item) are committed to the final bid (i.e., the lowest bid among all buyers).
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the distribution information service system also supports a mode of proportional distribution. Accordingly, in the embodiment of the present application, the distribution selection module 160 is configured to receive a distribution mode selection request of a user for a financial document to be issued. In particular, the distribution means includes both marginal and effective proportioning.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the published information service system further supports a function of displaying the price prediction result. Accordingly, in this embodiment of the application, the display module 130 is configured to receive a request for displaying the price prediction result, and display the price prediction result in response to receiving the request for displaying the price prediction result.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the price prediction result (i.e., the displayed content) includes three parts: project basic information, group member list display data items, and purchase requisition details and purchase requisition summaries. Specifically, the project basic information includes project name, planned release time, and planned release amount. The group member list presentation data items include sequence numbers, group member names, pre-bid scalar quantities, and pre-bid prices. The purchase requisition details comprise purchase requisition price, purchase order amount and price amount condition of each group member obtained according to a preset algorithm. The procurement summary includes bid amount, plan release amount, marginal bid amount, boundary allotment amount, lowest procurement price, highest procurement price, pre-intermediate bid price, marginal multiple, and pre-winning organization number.
In particular, in the present application example, in the application details, the bid price and the amount of the offer are presented in the form of a price map in which the horizontal axis of the price map is the bid price and the vertical axis is the amount of the offer, as shown in fig. 2. And, with further reference to fig. 2, the price quantity situation of each group member obtained according to the preset algorithm is presented in a list. Here, fig. 2 illustrates a schematic diagram of a price amount prediction result of a published information service system according to an embodiment of the present application.
In summary, the issued information service system according to the embodiment of the present application is clarified, and it is capable of processing the acquired procurement price and procurement quantity of the financial instrument to be issued based on the preset algorithm to obtain the price forecasting result, so that each group member can immediately know the possible issued price and the obtained quantity of each group member according to the known procurement price and procurement quantity before the debt financing tool is issued and in the process of business development, thereby guiding the development of subsequent business.
It should be noted that, in other examples of the present application, the published information service system can also develop an adaptive function module based on actual user requirements, and this is not a limitation of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, the published information service system further includes other necessary functional elements (not described in the present application), which mainly help the information service system to be normally implemented. In this regard, one skilled in the art will appreciate.
Here, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific functions and operations of the respective units and modules in the above-described distributed information service system have been described in detail in the above description, and thus, a repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
As described above, the published information service system according to the embodiment of the present application can be implemented in various terminal devices, such as a large-screen smart device, or a computer independent of a large-screen smart device. In one example, the published information service system according to the embodiment of the present application may be integrated into a terminal device as one software module and/or hardware module. For example, the published information service system may be a software module in an operating system of the terminal device, or may be an application developed for the terminal device; of course, the published information services system can also be one of many hardware modules of the terminal device.
Alternatively, in another example, the published information service system and the terminal device may be separate devices, and the published information service system may be connected to the terminal device through a wired and/or wireless network and transmit the interactive information in an agreed data format.

Claims (9)
1. A published information service system, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the purchase applying price and the purchase applying amount of the financial bill to be issued; and
and the calculation module is used for processing the subscription price and the subscription amount of the financial bill to be issued by using a preset algorithm to obtain a price prediction result, wherein the price prediction result comprises the subscription price and the bid amount at each price.
2. The release information service system of claim 1, further comprising: and the display module is used for displaying the price prediction result.
3. The release information service system of claim 1, further comprising: and the derivation module is used for deriving the price prediction result.
4. The published information services system of claim 1, further comprising a modification module for:
receiving any request of modification, addition or deletion of a subscription price and a subscription amount of a financial bill to be issued; and
and in response to any one of the requests of modification, addition or deletion of the purchase requisition price and purchase requisition amount of the financial bill to be issued, the purchase requisition price and purchase requisition amount of the financial bill to be issued are modified, added or deleted.
5. The release information service system of claim 1, further comprising a distribution selection module for receiving a user's selection request for a distribution mode for the financial instrument to be released, wherein the distribution mode includes a marginal proportional distribution and an effective proportional distribution.
6. The published information service system of claim 1, wherein the preset algorithm is a dutch auction algorithm.
7. The published information service system as claimed in claim 2, wherein,
the price prediction result comprises project basic information, group member list display data items, and procurement details and procurement summaries;
the project basic information comprises a project name, planned issuing time and planned issuing quantity; the group member list display data items comprise serial numbers, group member names, pre-cast scalar quantities and pre-cast bid prices; the purchase requisition details comprise purchase requisition price, purchase order amount and price amount condition of each group member obtained according to a preset algorithm; the procurement summary includes bid amount, plan release amount, marginal bid amount, boundary allotment amount, lowest procurement price, highest procurement price, pre-intermediate bid price, marginal multiple, and pre-winning organization number.
8. The published information service system as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the application details, the subscription price and the bid amount are presented in a price map, and the price amount situation of each group member obtained according to the preset algorithm is presented in a list.
9. The published information service system of any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the financial instrument is a bond.
