Claims (10)
1. An express delivery information reminding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s100: the express reaches a delivery point, and a delivery person is distributed;
s200: acquiring information of a delivery person and updating the information to a logistics inquiry system;
s300: the dispatching member arranges dispatching time interval and inputs the time range of expected delivery;
s400: updating the estimated dispatch time and the estimated delivery time range to a logistics inquiry system;
s500: sending a reminder to the recipient;
s600: receiving feedback of a receiver;
s700: dispatching according to the feedback of the receiver;
s800: updating the positions of the express delivery and the delivery personnel;
s900: judging whether the distance between the express position and the receiving place is smaller than a set threshold value or not; if yes, go to step S1000; if not, repeating the step S800;
s1000: informing the current express position and the predicted delivery time of the receiver, and reminding the receiver to prepare for receiving;
s1010: receiving recipient feedback information and determining if dispatch time needs to be changed? If not, go to step S1020; if yes, go to step S1040;
s1020: receiving by a receiver;
s1030: updating logistics information;
s1040: and (5) rearranging the dispatch time and updating the dispatch time to the logistics inquiry system.

s210: acquiring the name of a delivery person;
s220: acquiring a contact way of the delivery person;
s230: and updating the name and the contact information of the delivery person to the logistics inquiry system.

s310: the dispatch member arranges a dispatch period according to the arrival sequence and the dispatch address;
s320: the delivery person estimates the estimated time range of delivery according to the delivery distance and the number of delivered pieces;
s330: the dispatcher enters the time range of the expected delivery into the logistics inquiry system.
4. The express delivery information reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the step S600 includes:
s610: the receiver receives the delivery reminding;
s620: the receiver judges whether the express is convenient to receive within the expected delivery time range; if yes, go to step S640; if not, go to step S630;
s630: feeding back and changing the dispatching time and the time period convenient for receiving;
s640: the feedback may be sent normally.
5. The express delivery information reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the step S800 includes:
s810: a delivery person inputs the express information of the delivery;
s820: acquiring position information of a delivery person and an express delivery of the delivery;
s830: and updating the position information of the delivery person and the express delivery of the delivery in real time.
