judging whether the number of the stored fixed destination information reaches a preset storage number or not;
if yes, deleting the earliest stored fixed destination information and the corresponding audio data, and correspondingly storing the latest acquired fixed destination information and the audio data;
if not, the latest acquired fixed destination information and audio data are directly stored correspondingly.

judging whether a destination information deleting instruction is received or not in the process of playing each audio data;
if yes, deleting the currently played audio data and the corresponding fixed destination information thereof;
if not, the currently played audio data and the corresponding fixed destination information thereof are not deleted.
