Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,包括液晶模组、电控液晶膜、以及反射片,所述的电控液晶膜和反射片之间设有用于提高背光和液晶模组亮度的逆棱镜膜,所述的逆棱镜膜和反射片之间设有导光板,所述的电控液晶膜上设有配合电控液晶膜使用的百叶窗防窥膜,所述的百叶窗防窥膜采用透光材料制成且其上设有多条等宽且等间距的平行格栅;本发明在利用百叶窗防窥膜搭配电控液晶膜的显示模组的防窥基础上,在电控液晶膜和反射片之间设有用于提高背光和液晶模组亮度的逆棱镜膜,能大幅度的提高背光和液晶模组亮度,降低因提高显示模组的亮度所带来的功耗,提高设备的续航时间。

Description

一种新型高效的防窥显示模组
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示模组,具体是一种新型高效的防窥显示模组。
【背景技术】
随着消费者日益增长的物质文化需求及显示行业技术水平的发展,防窥显示越来需求越大,成为消费电子的一个重要方向。
防窥技术方式有很多,主流的有:(1)通过控制像素边缘液晶,使其始终显示为白色的模式,这种方式功耗低,但是防窥态为亮态,会对周边的人员造成干扰;(2)使用液晶排布,通过切换不同视角小相位差或者大相位差的模式,该模式防窥效果一般,功耗一般,防窥态只是颜色变化,其实信息是可以辨认的;(3)利用百叶窗防窥膜,搭配电控液晶膜,电控液晶膜可以实现透明态和雾化态的切换,这种方式防窥效果好,黑态防窥,对环境和周围人员无影响,但是功耗大,影响电子设备的续航时间。
本发明即是采用百叶窗防窥膜功耗大的缺点而研究提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,在利用百叶窗防窥膜搭配电控液晶膜的显示模组的防窥基础上,在电控液晶膜和反射片之间设有用于提高背光和液晶模组亮度的逆棱镜膜,能大幅度的提高背光和液晶模组亮度,降低因提高显示模组的亮度所带来的功耗,提高设备的续航时间。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,包括液晶模组、电控液晶膜、以及反射片,所述的电控液晶膜和反射片之间设有用于提高背光和液晶模组亮度的逆棱镜膜,所述的逆棱镜膜和反射片之间设有导光板,所述的电控液晶膜上设有配合电控液晶膜使用的百叶窗防窥膜,所述的百叶窗防窥膜采用透光材料制成且其上设有多条等宽且等间距的平行格栅。
如上所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,所述的百叶窗防窥膜的格栅方向与经过逆棱镜膜所射出光线所构成的椭圆的长轴平行。
如上所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,所述的电控液晶膜能通过电控实现透明态和雾化态切换。
如上所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,所述的电控液晶膜采用聚合物分散液晶或者双稳态液晶。
如上所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,所述的百叶窗防窥膜采用导光材料制成。
如上所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,所述的百叶窗防窥膜采用玻璃、光学薄膜、或者石英制成。
如上所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,所述的百叶窗防窥膜位于电控液晶膜和逆棱镜膜之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明在利用百叶窗防窥膜搭配电控液晶膜的显示模组的防窥基础上,在电控液晶膜和反射片之间设有用于提高背光和液晶模组亮度的逆棱镜膜,能大幅度的提高背光和液晶模组亮度,降低因提高显示模组的亮度所带来的功耗,提高设备的续航时间。

如图1所示,本实施例的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,包括液晶模组1、电控液晶膜2、以及反射片3,所述的电控液晶膜2和反射片3之间设有用于提高背光和液晶模组1亮度的逆棱镜膜4,所述的逆棱镜膜4和反射片3之间设有导光板6,所述的电控液晶膜2上设有配合电控液晶膜2使用的百叶窗防窥膜5,所述的百叶窗防窥膜5采用透光材料制成且其上设有多条等宽且等间距的平行格栅。本发明在利用百叶窗防窥膜搭配电控液晶膜的显示模组的防窥基础上,在电控液晶膜和反射片之间设有用于提高背光和液晶模组亮度的逆棱镜膜,能大幅度的提高背光和液晶模组亮度,降低因提高显示模组的亮度所带来的功耗,提高设备的续航时间。
本实施例中,电控液晶膜默认态为雾化态,因此,防窥显示模组非防窥态为常用态,以电控液晶膜作为扩散片,实现很好的遮瑕性,克服了逆棱镜模的遮瑕性不足的缺陷,降低显示模组整体的功耗,提高了续航。
本实施例中,百叶窗防窥膜在排列的过程中,百叶窗防窥膜5的格栅方向与经过逆棱镜膜4所射出光线所构成的椭圆的长轴平行。
本实施例中,电控液晶膜2要求能通过电控实现透明态和雾化态切换,本实施例中,电控液晶膜2采用聚合物分散液晶或者双稳态液晶。
本实施例中,百叶窗防窥膜5采用导光材料制成,例如:玻璃、光学薄膜、或者石英制成。
本实施例中,百叶窗防窥膜位于电控液晶膜和逆棱镜膜之间。

1.一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,其特征在于包括液晶模组(1)、电控液晶膜(2)、以及反射片(3),所述的电控液晶膜(2)和反射片(3)之间设有用于提高背光和液晶模组(1)亮度的逆棱镜膜(4),所述的逆棱镜膜(4)和反射片(3)之间设有导光板(6),所述的电控液晶膜(2)上设有配合电控液晶膜(2)使用的百叶窗防窥膜(5),所述的百叶窗防窥膜(5)采用透光材料制成且其上设有多条等宽且等间距的平行格栅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,其特征在于所述的百叶窗防窥膜(5)的格栅方向与经过逆棱镜膜(4)所射出光线所构成的椭圆的长轴平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,其特征在于所述的电控液晶膜(2)能通过电控实现透明态和雾化态切换。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,其特征在于所述的电控液晶膜(2)采用聚合物分散液晶或者双稳态液晶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,其特征在于所述的百叶窗防窥膜(5)采用导光材料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,其特征在于所述的百叶窗防窥膜(5)采用玻璃、光学薄膜、或者石英制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高效的防窥显示模组,其特征在于所述的百叶窗防窥膜(5)位于电控液晶膜(2)和逆棱镜膜(4)之间。
