Claims (10)
1. An identification device, comprising:
the wire clamping mechanism comprises a first wire clamping part (610) and a second wire clamping part (620), wherein the first wire clamping part (610) and the second wire clamping part (620) can be arranged close to or far away from each other to clamp a wire body or loosen the wire body;
a photographing part (640) for photographing the wire body clamped by the wire clamping mechanism to recognize an order of the plurality of wire cores exposed at an end of the wire body;
the wire clamping mechanism comprises a rotating mechanism (650), at least one part of the rotating mechanism (650) is rotatably arranged, and the rotating mechanism (650) is in driving connection with the wire clamping mechanism so as to drive the wire clamping mechanism to rotate.
2. Identification device according to claim 1,
the wire clamping mechanism further comprises a wire clamping rotating seat (631), the wire clamping rotating seat (631) is rotatably arranged, and the rotating mechanism (650) is in driving connection with the wire clamping rotating seat (631);
the first wire clamping part (610) comprises a first wire clamping seat and a first clamping head (611) arranged on the first wire clamping seat, and the first wire clamping seat is arranged on the wire clamping rotating seat (631) in a swinging mode;
the second wire clamping part (620) comprises a second wire clamping seat and a second clamping head (621) arranged on the second wire clamping seat, the second wire clamping seat is arranged on the wire clamping rotating seat (631) in a swinging mode, and the first clamping head (611) and the second clamping head (621) can be close to or far away from each other under the driving of the first wire clamping seat and the second wire clamping seat so as to clamp or loosen the wire body.
3. Identification device according to claim 2,
the first wire clamping seat comprises a first wire clamping frame (612) and a first extension arm (613), the first wire clamping frame (612) is arranged on the wire clamping rotating seat (631) in a swinging mode, one end of the first extension arm (613) is connected with the first wire clamping frame (612), and the first clamping head (611) is arranged at the other end of the first extension arm (613);
the second wire clamping seat comprises a second wire clamping frame (622) and a second extension arm (623), the second wire clamping frame (622) is arranged on the wire clamping rotating seat (631) in a swinging mode, one end of the second extension arm (623) is connected with the second wire clamping frame (622), and the second clamping head (621) is arranged at the other end of the second extension arm (623).

An identification device according to claim 3, characterized in that the axis of oscillation of the first clamping frame (612) coincides with the axis of oscillation of the second clamping frame (622), the first collet (611) having grooves for limiting the wire body, the second collet (621) having grooves for limiting the wire body, the grooves of the first collet (611) and the grooves of the second collet (621) being arranged opposite each other.
5. Identification device according to claim 2,
the first clamping head (611) comprises a first wire clamping arm (614) and two first wire clamping claws (615), the first wire clamping arm (614) is connected with the first wire clamping seat, and the two first wire clamping claws (615) are arranged on the first wire clamping arm (614) at intervals;
the second clamping head (621) comprises a second wire clamping arm (624) and two second wire clamping claws (625), the second wire clamping arm (624) is connected with the second wire clamping seat, and the two second wire clamping claws (625) are arranged on the second wire clamping arm (624) at intervals;
the two first wire clamping claws (615) and the two second wire clamping claws (625) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode so as to clamp the wire body together.

The identification device according to claim 2, further comprising a wire clamping driving seat (632), a first wire clamping connecting rod (633) and a second wire clamping connecting rod (634), wherein one end of the first wire clamping connecting rod (633) is hinged with the wire clamping driving seat (632), the other end of the first wire clamping connecting rod (633) is hinged with the first wire clamping seat, one end of the second wire clamping connecting rod (634) is hinged with the wire clamping driving seat (632), and the other end of the second wire clamping connecting rod (634) is hinged with the second wire clamping seat; the wire clamping driving seat (632) is arranged in a reciprocating manner so as to drive the first wire clamping seat to swing through the first wire clamping connecting rod (633) and drive the second wire clamping seat to swing through the second wire clamping connecting rod (634).
7. The identification device of claim 6, further comprising:
the wire clamping driving rod (635) penetrates through the wire clamping rotating seat (631), the wire clamping driving rod (635) is in driving connection with the wire clamping driving seat (632), and the wire clamping driving rod (635) can be arranged in a reciprocating manner to drive the wire clamping driving seat (632) to move back and forth;
the wire clamping driving mechanism comprises a wire clamping driving cylinder (636), a cylinder rod of the wire clamping driving cylinder (636) is in driving connection with a wire clamping driving rod (635), and the wire clamping driving rod (635) is rotatably arranged relative to the cylinder rod of the wire clamping driving cylinder (636).

The identification device according to claim 2, characterized in that the identification device further comprises an identification base (637), the wire clamping rotation seat (631) being rotatably provided on the identification base (637); the rotating mechanism (650) comprises a rotating driving wheel, a rotating driven wheel (651) and a rotating transmission belt (652), the rotating driving wheel and the rotating driven wheel (651) are both rotatably arranged on the identification base (637), the rotating driving wheel is connected with the rotating driven wheel (651) through the rotating transmission belt (652), and the rotating driven wheel (651) is in driving connection with the wire clamping rotating seat (631).

The identification device according to claim 1, wherein the camera (640) comprises a camera (641) and an annular light source (642), the camera (641) is disposed toward a line body located on the wire clamping mechanism, and the annular light source (642) is located between the camera (641) and the wire clamping mechanism.

The identification device according to claim 9, further comprising an identification base (637), wherein the thread clamping mechanism and the rotating mechanism (650) are both provided on the identification base (637), wherein the photographing camera (641) is position-adjustably provided on the identification base (637), and wherein the ring light source (642) is position-adjustably provided on the identification base (637).
