Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for controlling the temperature of an outlet of an air conditioner according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an outlet temperature control system of an air conditioner according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner outlet air temperature control method, which is applied to an air conditioner outlet air temperature control system, as shown in fig. 2, the control system includes an air conditioner 100 and a heat pump water heater 300, and the air conditioner 100 includes a load-bearing water tank 200;
the control method comprises the following steps:
and S100, collecting control parameters of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner 100 is turned on, the control parameters of the air conditioner 100 are collected in real time, wherein the control parameters include the indoor environment temperature and the water temperature of the load-bearing water tank 200; by collecting the indoor environment temperature and the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 in real time, whether the indoor environment temperature and the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 meet certain conditions or not can be judged in real time, so that the refrigeration mode of the heat pump water heater 300 is started, hot water in the bearing water tank 200 is refrigerated, and the air conditioner 100 is assisted to reduce the air outlet temperature.
And step S200, when the control parameters meet preset conditions, starting a refrigeration mode of the heat pump water heater to enable water in the bearing water tank to flow into the heat pump water heater.
In this embodiment, a user is required to set a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature on the air conditioner 100 according to actual use requirements; wherein, the first temperature threshold that predetermines is indoor ambient temperature, the second temperature threshold that predetermines is the temperature of temperature in the bearing water tank 200. After the indoor environment temperature and the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 are collected, the indoor environment temperature and the water temperature can be compared with the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature which are preset; when the indoor environment temperature and the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 satisfy preset conditions, the heat pump water heater 300 is controlled to refrigerate the bearing water tank 200, wherein the preset conditions are as follows: the indoor environment temperature is higher than the first preset temperature, and the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 is higher than the second preset temperature; wherein the first preset temperature is greater than the second preset temperature. Since the heat pump water heater 300 is in a heating mode under normal conditions, and the water in the load-bearing water tank 200 is kept at a high temperature so that a user can use hot water at any time, the condition that the water temperature of the load-bearing water tank 200 is higher than the second preset temperature can be easily met. In order not to affect the normal use of hot water by the user, the indoor ambient temperature is also required to be higher than the first preset temperature in the preset condition, and only when the two temperature conditions are simultaneously satisfied, the refrigeration mode of the heat pump water heater 300 is started to assist the air conditioner 100 in reducing the outlet air temperature.
Preferably, the start of the cooling mode of the heat pump water heater 300 may also be timed, and then the preset conditions further include: within a preset time period, namely: and when the indoor environment temperature is higher than the first preset temperature and the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 is higher than the second preset temperature within a preset time period, the refrigeration mode of the heat pump water heater 300 is started. Specifically, the preset time period may be 9:00-18:00 or 23:00-6:00, and during this time period, the user does not have a need for washing or bathing, and does not need to use hot water, and the air conditioner 100 may be assisted to reduce the outlet air temperature by using the cooling mode of the heat pump water heater 300.
Specifically, the first preset temperature may be set to 43 ℃ and the second preset temperature may be set to 35 ℃. Assuming that the indoor environment temperature acquired in real time is 45 ℃ and the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 is 40 ℃, at this time, the indoor environment temperature and the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 meet the preset conditions, the refrigeration mode of the heat pump water heater 300 is started, and the heat pump water heater 300 is controlled to refrigerate the bearing water tank 200. In actual life, the indoor environment temperature is not too high when exceeding 43 ℃, so that the situation that the water in the bearing water tank 200 is suddenly cooled and suddenly heated to influence the user experience is avoided.
Specifically, when the heat pump water heater 300 refrigerates the load-bearing water tank 200, water in the load-bearing water tank 200 is sucked and refrigerated in the heat pump water heater 300; after cooling, the cold water in the heat pump water heater 300 is delivered back to the load-bearing water tank 200; by such a refrigeration circuit, the water in the load-bearing water tank 200 is cyclically refrigerated, so that the load-bearing water tank 200 can be kept at 35 ℃ or below 35 ℃ at all times; and when the real-time collected water temperature of the load-bearing water tank 200 is less than or equal to 35 ℃, the refrigeration mode of the heat pump water heater 300 is closed, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the heat pump water heater 300.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the air conditioner 100 further includes a compressor 130, a first solenoid valve 150, a water tank inner tray pipe 220, a condenser 121, and a second solenoid valve 160;
the compressor 130 is filled with a refrigerant; one end of the first solenoid valve 150 is connected to the compressor 130, and the other end is connected to the water tank inner tray pipeline 220; the water tank inner tray pipe 220 is arranged inside the bearing water tank 200; the second solenoid valve 160 has one end connected to the compressor 130 and the other end connected to the condenser 121.
When the indoor environment temperature is higher than the first preset temperature, controlling a first electromagnetic valve 150 of the air conditioner 100 to open, so that the refrigerant flows into the water tank internal coil pipeline 220 from the compressor 130; and at the same time, controls the second solenoid valve 160 to be opened or closed.
In this embodiment, the refrigerant flow rate of the first solenoid valve 150 is greater than or equal to the refrigerant flow rate of the second solenoid valve 160.
By comparing the indoor environment temperature acquired in real time with the first preset temperature, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner 100 can be controlled under the condition of indoor ultrahigh temperature, and the purpose of rapid cooling is achieved; in the process that the air conditioner 100 controls the temperature of the air outlet, the water temperature of the bearing water tank 200 is compared with the second preset temperature, so that the heat pump water heater 300 can intermittently refrigerate the water in the bearing water tank 200, and the bearing water tank 200 can normally cool the refrigerant of the air conditioner 100; the air conditioner 100 is guaranteed to control the temperature of the air outlet, and meanwhile, the intermittent refrigeration can reduce the workload of the heat pump water heater 300, so that the energy-saving purpose is achieved.
And step S300, refrigerating the water flowing into the heat pump water heater, and then sending the refrigerated water back to the bearing water tank.
In this embodiment, when the indoor ambient temperature collected in real time is greater than 43 ℃, and simultaneously, when the water temperature collected in real time is greater than 35 ℃, the heat pump water heater 300 is turned on and cools the water in the load-bearing water tank 200. When the indoor ambient temperature is less than or equal to 43 ℃, the cooling mode of the heat pump water heater 300 is turned off, the first electromagnetic valve 150 is controlled to be closed, and the second electromagnetic valve 160 is controlled to be opened.
When a room needs to be cooled, after the air conditioner 100 is started, if the indoor temperature sensor 112 in the indoor unit 110 detects that the room temperature exceeds 43 ℃, the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner 100 is controlled, that is, the first electromagnetic valve 150 is controlled to be opened, and the second electromagnetic valve 160 of the air conditioner 100 is controlled to be closed; at this time, the refrigerant of the air conditioner 100 flows from the compressor 130 to the first electromagnetic valve 150, flows into the water tank inner tray pipeline 220 through the first electromagnetic valve 150, and exchanges heat with the chilled water in the load-bearing water tank 200 through the water tank inner tray pipeline 220, so that the temperature of the refrigerant in the water tank inner tray pipeline 220 is reduced below a certain temperature; the reduced refrigerant flows to the throttling device 170, the evaporator 111, and the like, and at this time, the outlet air of the air conditioner 100 is greatly cooled under the heat exchange effect of the refrigerant, so that the purpose of rapidly reducing the indoor environment temperature is achieved.
In this embodiment, in the process of controlling the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner 100, if it is detected that the room temperature is lower than or equal to 43 ℃, the normal refrigeration mode may be changed to perform refrigeration, the refrigeration mode of the heat pump water heater 300 is turned off, the first electromagnetic valve 150 is controlled to be closed, and the second electromagnetic valve 160 of the air conditioner 100 is controlled to be opened; at this time, the refrigerant flow direction of the air conditioner 100 is the same as that of a general air conditioner; because the room temperature is lower than 43 ℃, the air outlet temperature can be stabilized at about 15 ℃ all the time.
In this embodiment, when an ultra-high temperature of an indoor environment is detected, the first electromagnetic valve 150 of the air conditioner 100 is controlled to be opened, and the second electromagnetic valve 160 of the air conditioner 100 is controlled to be closed, so that the refrigerant of the air conditioner 100 flows into the water tank inner coil pipe 220 of the load-bearing water tank 200, and the refrigerant of the air conditioner 100 can be rapidly cooled by the cooling effect of the chilled water in the load-bearing water tank 200; therefore, the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioner 100 can be quickly reduced, and the purpose of quickly reducing the indoor environment temperature is achieved.
Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program instructing relevant hardware (such as a processor, a controller, etc.), and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program may include the processes of the above method embodiments. The storage medium may be a memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc.
