Example 2
In order to further ensure the accuracy of refrigerant leakage detection, as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further describes the process of obtaining the concentration percentage of each component by the air conditioner based on the refrigerant leakage detection method of the air conditioner described in embodiment 1, and specifically further describes step S5.
Specifically, the step S5 includes:
s501, the air conditioner acquires wavelength data of each component of a refrigerant in an air suction pipe through an infrared sensor in the air suction pipe of the compressor;
specifically, the refrigerant is a refrigerant R404A, and comprises pentafluoroethane, trifluoroethane and tetrafluoroethane, wherein preferably, the concentration percentage of pentafluoroethane is 5% -30%, the concentration percentage of trifluoroethane is 40% -60%, and the concentration percentage of tetrafluoroethane is 20% -35%;
an infrared sensor is arranged in a compressor air suction pipe, wherein the infrared sensor is a gas infrared sensor and can acquire wavelength data of different gas components; the air conditioner monitors the wavelength data of each component of the refrigerant in real time through an infrared sensor.
And S502, the air conditioner acquires the concentration percentage of each component according to the wavelength data of each component.
Specifically, the air conditioner acquires concentration percentage data corresponding to the wavelength data from an air conditioner data storage device according to the wavelength data, and meanwhile, before the air conditioner leaves a factory, an air conditioner manufacturer presets a plurality of groups of wavelength data and corresponding concentration percentage data in the air conditioner data storage device.
Subsequently, step S6 is performed: judging whether the concentration percentages of the components of the refrigerant are within a preset numerical range; the specific numerical value corresponding to the corresponding preset numerical value range is also stored in the air conditioner data storage device in advance, preferably, the preset numerical value range corresponding to pentafluoroethane is 5% -30%, the preset numerical value range corresponding to trifluoroethane is 40% -60%, and the preset numerical value range corresponding to tetrafluoroethane is 20% -35%;
the air conditioner acquires concentration percentage data according to the wavelength data, compares the concentration percentage data of each component with a preset numerical range, and determines that the refrigerant leaks when the concentration percentage of each component is within the preset numerical range, so that the refrigerant leakage can be continuously and accurately detected in real time, and the occurrence of misjudgment is reduced.
In addition, after the step S6, in order to detect the refrigerant leakage condition that may occur during the normal operation of the air conditioner in consideration of the change condition of the compressor operating frequency during the use of the conventional variable frequency air conditioner, researchers of the present application also perform refrigerant leakage detection on the air conditioner related operation conditions at different compressor frequencies; as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further expands the step S6 and subsequent processes based on the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner in embodiment 1, and specifically, further describes the process of operating the air conditioner in the preset mode in step S6.
Specifically, step S6 includes:
s601, judging whether the concentration percentages of all the components of the refrigerant are within a preset numerical range by the air conditioner, if so, leaking the refrigerant; otherwise, go to step S602;
s602, the air conditioner controls the compressor to run at the frequency f1, wherein f1 is more than or equal to f 0;
wherein, f1 is n f0, and f1 is not more than the highest running frequency fmax of the compressor; n is a preset value and is more than or equal to 1; the process is that the air conditioner finishes the pre-operation and starts the high-frequency operation at the same time, which is beneficial to enabling the indoor environment to reach the state corresponding to the preset mode as soon as possible.
S603, after the air conditioner continuously runs for a time period of T2, acquiring the temperature T12 of an indoor unit coil pipe and the temperature T13 of a compressor suction pipe, and judging whether a first judgment condition is met between T11 and T12 and whether a second judgment condition is met between T11 and T13; if any condition is not met, the air conditioner normally operates, and if the judgment conditions are met, the step S604 is carried out;
the first judgment condition is that the absolute value of T11-T12 is less than a first temperature threshold value △ T11, the second judgment condition is that the absolute value of T13-T11 is greater than a second temperature threshold value △ T12, and the first temperature threshold value △ T11 and the second temperature threshold value △ T12 are air conditioner preset parameters.
In the use process of the air conditioner, if a refrigerant leakage condition occurs, the total amount of the refrigerant in a refrigerant pipeline is reduced, on one hand, the change amplitude of the temperature of an indoor unit coil pipe is smaller than the temperature change amplitude when the refrigerant is not leaked, namely, the heating or refrigerating effect of the air conditioner is poor, on the other hand, the refrigerant leakage enables the heat exchange of the refrigerant to be sufficient, so that the refrigerant at the air suction pipe of the compressor is subjected to excessive heat exchange, the temperature T13 of the air suction pipe of the compressor is too high, namely the temperature of the air suction pipe of the compressor when the refrigerant is leaked is higher than the temperature of the air suction pipe when the refrigerant is not leaked, and the condition that T13-T11 is larger than a second temperature threshold △ T12 is caused by setting a preset value of a second.
The process detects the temperature T12 of the coil pipe of the indoor unit and the temperature T13 of the air suction pipe of the compressor in real time, and detects and analyzes the refrigerant leakage condition of the air conditioner in a high-frequency operation stage by setting continuous two-stage judgment conditions by combining the temperature T11 of the coil pipe of the indoor unit before operation, thereby being beneficial to improving the accuracy of the air conditioner in judging the refrigerant leakage; in addition, when any judgment condition is not met, the air conditioner operates according to a normal operation program, if the two-stage judgment condition is not met, the air conditioner is indicated to have refrigerant leakage, and a next analysis process is required, so that the accuracy of the air conditioner in judging the refrigerant leakage is further improved in the air conditioner operation stage.
S604, controlling the compressor to run at a frequency f2, wherein f2 is more than f0 by the air conditioner;
wherein f2 is m × f0, and f2 is not less than the lowest operation frequency fmin of the compressor; m is a preset value, and m is more than 0 and less than 1; the process is that the air conditioner starts to run at low frequency, on one hand, the consumption of the air conditioner on electric energy is reduced on the premise of controlling the indoor environment condition to be stable; on the other hand, the compressor in a high-frequency operation state is prevented from being damaged by the possible refrigerant leakage condition, so that the air conditioner controls the low-frequency operation of the compressor to reduce the risk of damage of the compressor and correspondingly protect the compressor.
S605, sampling the pressure of the suction pipe of the compressor after the air conditioner continuously operates for t3 time; judging whether the variation or the variation rate of the pressure of the compressor suction pipe in the preset time is smaller than a preset value or not; if yes, refrigerant leakage occurs; otherwise, the air conditioner operates normally.
Wherein the preset value is a preset change value of the pressure of the suction pipe; the air conditioner is in the low frequency operation stage to after the air conditioner operates steadily, sample to compressor suction pipe pressure through pressure collection device, judge the change volume or the rate of change of suction pipe pressure in the time of predetermineeing, carry out the third grade and judge promptly, further analysis to the refrigerant leakage condition that probably has taken place, thereby be favorable to improving the accuracy that the air conditioner judged refrigerant leakage, reduce the emergence of the erroneous judgement condition.
By further detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner in the step S6 in the preset mode, that is, performing continuous two-stage judgment when the air conditioner is operating at a high frequency, adjusting the air conditioner to operate at a low frequency after judging that the air conditioner may have refrigerant leakage, and performing a third-stage judgment, the interference of the air conditioner on the refrigerant leakage detection under some special conditions (such as a high-temperature and high-humidity environment) can be avoided, which is beneficial to ensuring the accuracy of the air conditioner on the refrigerant leakage judgment and avoiding the occurrence of misjudgment.
