Description

Control method and control device for fluorine deficiency protection of air conditioner and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a control method and a control device for fluorine deficiency protection of an air conditioner and the air conditioner.
Background
The reliable operation of the air conditioner needs enough refrigerant in a refrigerating system, when the refrigerant is insufficient, the capacity of an air conditioning unit is reduced, even a compressor is burnt out due to overheating, and the unit needs to be protected and a user is prompted to check and maintain.
The existing fluorine-lacking protection technology controls whether to start fluorine-lacking protection or not by comparing the tube temperature before starting up, the tube temperature during operation and the environment temperature, and the difference value delta T between the tube temperature during operation and the environment temperature1Temperature difference value delta T between tube temperature during operation and tube temperature before starting up2When the measured values are all less than a certain set value, the unit reports the lack of fluorine protection and is protected to shut down.
Aiming at the existing fluorine-lacking protection technology, on one hand, the influence of wind shield, ambient temperature and humidity on the temperature of the tube can cause various inaccurate judgment problems, such as the difference value delta T between the temperature of the tube and the ambient temperature during operation in high wind shield and high humidity environment1Temperature difference value delta T between tube temperature during operation and tube temperature before starting up2The protection is small, so that the phenomenon of error protection occurs; or the difference delta T between the pipe temperature and the ambient temperature during operation in low wind and low humidity environment1Temperature difference value delta T between tube temperature during operation and tube temperature before starting up2The refrigerant is large, and therefore the phenomenon that the protection is not timely when the refrigerant of the unit is insufficient occurs. On the other hand, the air conditioning unit cannot give an early warning under the condition of lack of a small amount of refrigerant, and the air conditioning unit cannot be operated to influence the use of a user when the protection is performed until the amount of the lack of the refrigerant is large.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a method for controlling fluorine deficiency protection of an air conditioner, so as to solve at least one of the above problems to some extent.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a control method for fluorine deficiency protection of an air conditioner, comprising:
acquiring exhaust temperature, indoor environment temperature and outdoor environment temperature after the air conditioning unit is started;
determining a fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature and a fluorine-lacking protection exhaust temperature according to the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature;
and judging the magnitude relation among the exhaust temperature, the fluorine-lack prompt exhaust temperature and the fluorine-lack protection exhaust temperature, and controlling the opening of the fluorine-lack prompt of the air conditioner or the opening of the fluorine-lack protection according to the judgment result.
Therefore, the obtained exhaust temperature is used for judging whether fluorine deficiency prompt and fluorine deficiency protection are carried out or not; the change of the exhaust temperature is more sensitive than the change of the pipe temperature and is less influenced by the wind gear, the ambient temperature and the humidity, the fluorine-lacking prompt and the fluorine-lacking protection of the air conditioner are controlled by judging the exhaust temperature, the method is more accurate and efficient, and the phenomenon of misjudgment is avoided. Meanwhile, the influence of the change factors of the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature on the fluorine lack prompt and the fluorine lack protection preset value is fully considered by determining the fluorine lack prompt exhaust temperature and the fluorine lack protection exhaust temperature under different indoor environment temperatures and outdoor environment temperatures, so that the judgment accuracy is further improved. The error rate is reduced, the air conditioning unit is protected in time, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged.
Further, determining a fluorine-deficient prompt exhaust temperature and a corresponding fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature according to the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature, comprising:
judging the magnitude relation between the indoor environment temperature and a first preset indoor environment temperature and/or a second preset indoor environment temperature and/or a third preset indoor environment temperature, and the magnitude relation between the outdoor environment temperature and a first preset outdoor environment temperature and/or a second preset outdoor environment temperature and/or a third preset outdoor environment temperature;
and determining the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature and the fluorine-lacking protection exhaust temperature according to the judgment result.
Therefore, the defect of fluorine is prevented from deteriorating to protect the use caused by shutdown.
Further, the determining the fluorine-deficient prompt exhaust temperature and the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature according to the judgment result includes:
when the first preset indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a first fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is the second fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than or equal to the third preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a third fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the third preset outdoor environment temperature is not lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a fourth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature;
when the first preset indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the indoor environment temperature and greater than or equal to the second preset indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a fifth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a sixth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the third preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a seventh fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the third preset outdoor environment temperature is not lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is an eighth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature;
when the second preset indoor environment temperature is not less than the indoor environment temperature and not less than the third preset indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is not less than the first preset outdoor environment temperature1The fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is the ninth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a tenth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than or equal to the third preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is an eleventh fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the third preset outdoor environment temperature is not lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a twelfth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature;
when the third preset indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a thirteenth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset indoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a fourteenth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset indoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the third preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a fifteenth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and when the third preset outdoor environment temperature is not lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature is a sixteenth fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature.
Therefore, when the refrigerant is insufficient, the change of the exhaust temperature is more sensitive than the change of the pipe temperature, the amount of the refrigerant in the unit is more accurately judged through the exhaust temperature detection, and the change of different indoor environment temperatures and outdoor environment temperatures is more accurate to judge the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature corresponding to the indoor environment and the outdoor environment.
Further, the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature TP is determined according to the judgment resultqftsThe fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature further comprises:
when the first preset indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a first fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a second fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the third preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a third fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the third preset outdoor environment temperature is not lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a fourth fluorine-deficient prompt exhaust temperature;
when the first preset indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the indoor environment temperature and greater than or equal to the second preset indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a fifth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a sixth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the third preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a seventh fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the third preset outdoor environment temperature is not lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is an eighth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature;
when the second preset indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the indoor environment temperature and greater than or equal to the third preset indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a ninth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a tenth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the third preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is an eleventh fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the third preset outdoor environment temperature is not lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a twelfth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature;
when the third preset indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a thirteenth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the first preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a fourteenth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
when the second preset outdoor environment temperature is higher than the outdoor environment temperature and is not lower than the third preset outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a fifteenth fluorine-deficient prompt exhaust temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and when the third preset outdoor environment temperature is not lower than the outdoor environment temperature, the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature is a sixteenth fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature.
Therefore, when the refrigerant is insufficient, the change of the exhaust temperature is more sensitive than the change of the pipe temperature, the amount of the refrigerant in the unit is more accurately judged through the exhaust temperature detection, and the different indoor environment temperatures and outdoor environment temperatures are changed to more accurately judge the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature corresponding to the indoor environment and the outdoor environment.
Further, the determining a magnitude relationship between the exhaust temperature, the fluorine-deficient prompting exhaust temperature, and the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature, and determining the fluorine-deficient prompting information or the fluorine-deficient protection instruction of the air conditioning unit according to the determination result specifically include:
when the exhaust temperature is less than the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature, the air conditioning unit normally operates;
when the fluorine-lacking prompting exhaust temperature is less than or equal to the exhaust temperature and less than the fluorine-lacking protection exhaust temperature, generating fluorine-lacking prompting information of the air conditioning unit;
and when the fluorine-lacking protection exhaust temperature is less than or equal to the exhaust temperature, generating a fluorine-lacking protection instruction of the air conditioning unit.
Therefore, whether the amount of the unit refrigerant is sufficient or not is judged by comparing the exhaust temperature with the fluorine-lacking prompt exhaust temperature and the fluorine-lacking protection exhaust temperature in different environments, so that the corresponding fluorine-lacking prompt operation is carried out, the phenomenon of judgment error caused by the influence of wind shield, ambient temperature and humidity is prevented, and the control operation of fluorine-lacking prompt is accurately carried out. When the temperature is lower and does not reach the preset prompt value, the indication of lack of fluorine is not carried out; when the air conditioner normally operates but the exhaust temperature TP is slightly high, the fluorine deficiency prompt is carried out, and the phenomenon of deterioration caused by fluorine deficiency is effectively avoided by reminding a user to take corresponding measures; in the case of particularly high temperatures, the indication of lack of fluorine is likewise carried out. By the control method, prompt is given under the condition of high temperature of the air conditioning unit, early warning is given under the condition of slightly high temperature, namely insufficient refrigerant, and normal operation of the air conditioning unit is fully guaranteed.
And further, after the fluorine lack prompt information of the air conditioning unit is generated, continuing to generate the prompt fault information of the air conditioning unit and controlling the normal operation of the air conditioning unit. Therefore, under the condition that the air conditioning unit is slightly lack of fluorine, the air conditioning unit can still normally operate after being prompted, and normal use of a user is guaranteed.
And further, after the fluorine-lack protection instruction of the air conditioning unit is generated, continuing to generate prompting fault information of the air conditioning unit and controlling the air conditioning unit to stop for protection. Therefore, under the condition that the air conditioning unit is seriously lack of fluorine, after the fault is prompted, the air conditioning unit does not operate any more, the air conditioner is prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged.
The control method for the fluorine-deficient protection of the air conditioner can determine the fluorine-deficient prompting exhaust temperature and the fluorine-deficient protecting exhaust temperature under different temperature environments, and then effectively control the fluorine-deficient prompting and fluorine-deficient protection according to the comparison of the exhaust temperature with the fluorine-deficient prompting exhaust temperature and the fluorine-deficient protecting exhaust temperature, so that the influence of wind shield, environment temperature and humidity is avoided, the phenomena of false prompting, missed prompting, false protection and missed protection are reduced, and convenience is brought to users.
The invention also provides a control device for the fluorine deficiency protection of the air conditioner, which comprises the following components:
the detection unit is used for acquiring the exhaust temperature, the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature after the air conditioning unit is started;

and the control unit is used for controlling the starting of the fluorine-lacking prompt of the air conditioning unit or the starting of the fluorine-lacking protection according to the result of the calculation unit.
Therefore, the control device for the fluorine-deficient protection of the air conditioner can complete detection of the exhaust temperature, the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature, determine the fluorine-deficient prompting exhaust temperature and the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature in the corresponding environment, and control operation of fluorine-deficient prompting and fluorine-deficient protection of the air conditioning unit is carried out by judging and judging the magnitude relation among the exhaust temperature, the fluorine-deficient prompting exhaust temperature and the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature, so that accurate judgment is provided, and corresponding prompting and protection are carried out.

Detailed Description
The existing fluorine-lacking protection technology controls whether to start fluorine-lacking protection or not by comparing the tube temperature before starting up, the tube temperature during operation and the environment temperature. Because the pipe temperature is influenced greatly by windshield, ambient temperature and humidity, therefore lead to the mistake to protect or protect untimely, there is the phenomenon of mistake protection: the difference value delta T between the pipe temperature and the ring temperature in normal operation under the high-wind-level and high-humidity environment1And the temperature difference value delta T between the tube temperature during operation and the tube temperature before starting2Is smaller, but will still be present in normal unit refrigerant quantitiesThe current fluorine shortage protection; the phenomenon that the protection is not timely exists: at low wind and low humidity1And Δ T2The value of (a) is large, but the fluorine-deficient protection cannot be achieved in the case of a unit lacking a cooling dose. Therefore, the sensitivity of fluorine deficiency prompt and fluorine deficiency protection is improved, and the method is very important for guaranteeing the safe operation of the air conditioner.
Meanwhile, the existing fluorine-lacking protection technology also has the defect that the air conditioning unit cannot give early warning under the condition of lacking a small amount of refrigerant, for example, under the condition that the refrigerant is insufficient but can still maintain normal operation, the existing fluorine-lacking protection technology does not give early warning, so that the deterioration of fluorine deficiency is serious. Therefore, the sensitivity of fluorine-lacking prompt and fluorine-lacking protection is improved, early warning can be timely performed, and the method is very important for guaranteeing the safe operation of the air conditioner.

The obtained exhaust temperature TP is used for judging whether fluorine deficiency prompt and fluorine deficiency protection are carried out or not; of exhaust gas temperature TPThe change is more sensitive than the change of pipe temperature and receives the influence of wind shelves, ambient temperature and humidity less, controls lacking fluorine suggestion and lacking the fluorine protection of air conditioner through judging exhaust temperature TP, and is more accurate high-efficient, has avoided the phenomenon of erroneous judgement. At the same time, the fluorine-deficient prompt exhaust temperature TP is determined by determining the different indoor ambient temperatures Toutdoor ambient temperatures TRqftsAnd fluorine deficiency protection exhaust temperature TPqfbhThe influence of the change factors of the indoor environment temperature T and the outdoor environment temperature TR on the fluorine-lacking prompt and the fluorine-lacking protection preset value is fully considered, and the judgment accuracy is further improved.

When the refrigerant is insufficient, the change of the exhaust temperature is more sensitive than the change of the pipe temperature, the shortage of the refrigerant of the unit is more accurately judged through the exhaust temperature detection, and the change of different indoor environment temperatures and outdoor environment temperatures is more accurate to judge the lack of fluorine prompt exhaust temperature corresponding to the indoor environment and the outdoor environment.

When the refrigerant is insufficient, the change of the exhaust temperature is more sensitive than the change of the pipe temperature, the shortage of the refrigerant of the unit is more accurately judged through the exhaust temperature detection, and the different indoor environment temperatures and outdoor environment temperatures are changed to more accurately judge the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature corresponding to the indoor environment and the outdoor environment.
Determination of fluorine deficiencyIndicating exhaust gas temperature TPqftsThe principle of (1) is as follows: the exhaust temperature TP of the unit in a certain environment temperature interval under normal conditions has a range, and the lack of fluorine prompts the exhaust temperature TPqftsOn the basis of the upper limit of this exhaust gas temperature TP range, N ℃, preferably N ═ 5, is added. For example, when the outdoor ambient temperature TR is in the range of 30 to 35 ℃ and the indoor ambient temperature T is in the range of 24 to 27 ℃, the exhaust temperature TP is determined to be in the range of 75 to 82 ℃ through experiments, and the upper limit value of the exhaust temperature TP is determined to be 82 ℃, so that the lack of fluorine at this time indicates the exhaust temperature TPqftsIs 87 ℃; when the numerical range of the outdoor environment temperature TR is 24-35 ℃, the numerical range of the indoor environment temperature T is 19-27 ℃, the range of the exhaust temperature TP is determined to be 75-85 ℃ through experiments, and the upper limit value of the range of the exhaust temperature TP is 90 ℃, so that the lack of fluorine at the moment indicates that the exhaust temperature TP isqftsThe temperature was 87 ℃. Therefore, the ranges of the exhaust temperature TP corresponding to the indoor environment temperature T and the outdoor environment temperature TR in different numerical value ranges are determined, and the lack of fluorine at the moment is determined according to the upper limit value of the range of the exhaust temperature TP to prompt the exhaust temperature TPqfts. Determining the fluorine-deficient exhaust temperature TP according to the principle, thereby determining the fluorine-deficient prompt exhaust temperature TP corresponding to the outdoor environment temperature TR and the indoor environment temperature T in different numerical rangesqfts. The corresponding fluorine-deficient prompt exhaust temperature TP can be determined based on the numerical ranges of the outdoor ambient temperature TR and the indoor ambient temperature TqftsThe lack of fluorine at this time indicates the exhaust temperature TPqftsAnd when the threshold value is exceeded, the fluorine-lack prompt is started.
Determination of the fluorine deficiency protection exhaust temperature TPqfbhThe principle of (1) is as follows: the exhaust temperature TP of the unit in a certain environmental temperature interval under normal conditions is in a range, and the exhaust temperature TP is protected by lacking fluorineqfbhOn the basis of the upper limit of this exhaust gas temperature TP range, M ° c is added, preferably, M ═ 10. For example, when the outdoor environment temperature TR is in the range of 30 ℃ to 35 ℃, and the indoor environment temperature T is in the range of 24 ℃ to 27 ℃, the exhaust temperature TP is determined to be in the range of 75 ℃ to 82 ℃ through experiments, and the upper limit value of the exhaust temperature TP range is 82 ℃, so that the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature TP is obtainedqfbhIs 92 ℃; when the numerical range of the outdoor environment temperature TR is 24-35 ℃, the numerical range of the indoor environment temperature T is 19-27 ℃, the range of the exhaust temperature TP is determined to be 75-85 ℃ through experiments, and the upper limit value of the range of the exhaust temperature TP is 85 ℃, so that the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature TP is obtainedqfbhThe temperature was 95 ℃. Firstly, determining the ranges of the exhaust temperature TP corresponding to the indoor environment temperature T and the outdoor environment temperature TR in different numerical value ranges, and then determining the exhaust temperature TP for the fluorine-lacking protection at the moment according to the upper limit value of the range of the exhaust temperature TPqfbh. Determining the fluorine-deficient exhaust temperature TP according to the principle, thereby determining the outdoor environment temperature TR and the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature TP corresponding to the indoor environment temperature T in different numerical value rangesqfbh. The corresponding fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature TP can be determined according to the numerical ranges of the outdoor environment temperature TR and the indoor environment temperature TqfbhThe exhaust temperature TP is protected by the lack of fluorineqfbhAnd when the threshold value of the fluorine-deficient protection is exceeded, the fluorine-deficient protection is started, and the air conditioning unit is stopped.
S3, prompting the exhaust temperature TP according to the judgment of the exhaust temperature TP and the lack of fluorineqftsAnd fluorine deficiency protection exhaust temperature TPqfbhAccording to the relationship between the values of (1) and (2), the exhaust temperature TP is prompted according to the judgment of the exhaust temperature TP and the lack of fluorineqftsAnd fluorine deficiency protection exhaust temperature TPqfbhDetermining the fluorine-lacking prompt information or the fluorine-lacking protection instruction of the air conditioning unit according to the result of the size relationship, and specifically comprising the following steps of:
s31, when the exhaust temperature TP is less than the fluorine-lack indication exhaust temperature TPqftsWhen the air conditioner unit is in operation, the air conditioner unit operates normally; therefore, when the temperature is low and the temperature does not reach the preset prompting value, the indication of lack of fluorine is not carried out.
S32, indicating the exhaust temperature TP when lack of fluorineqftsExhaust temperature TP less than or equal to the fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature TPqfbhAnd if so, generating fluorine lack prompt information of the air conditioning unit, and after generating the fluorine lack prompt information of the air conditioning unit, continuously generating prompt fault information of the air conditioning unit and controlling the normal operation of the air conditioning unit. When the temperature is slightly high, namely the refrigerant is insufficient but can maintain normal operation, the fluorine deficiency protection is still not carried out, the air conditioner operates normally, and the normal operation of users is ensuredUsing; therefore, under the condition that the air conditioner normally operates but the exhaust temperature TP is slightly high, the fluorine shortage prompt is carried out, and the phenomenon of deterioration caused by fluorine shortage is effectively avoided by reminding a user to take corresponding measures.
S33 protection of exhaust temperature TP when lack of fluorineqfbhWhen the exhaust temperature TP is less than or equal to the exhaust temperature TP, generating a fluorine-lacking protection instruction of the air conditioning unit, and performing fluorine-lacking protection on the air conditioning unit; and after the fluorine-lack protection instruction of the air conditioning unit is generated, continuing generating prompting fault information of the air conditioning unit and controlling the air conditioning unit to stop for protection. Under the condition that the air conditioning unit is seriously lack of fluorine, after a fault is prompted, the air conditioning unit does not operate any more, the air conditioner is prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the air conditioner is prolonged.
When the temperature is lower and does not reach the preset prompt value, the indication of lack of fluorine is not carried out; under the condition that the air conditioner normally operates but the exhaust temperature TP is slightly high, the fluorine deficiency prompt is carried out, and the phenomenon of fluorine deficiency deterioration is effectively avoided by reminding a user to take corresponding measures; in the case of particularly high temperatures, the indication of lack of fluorine is likewise carried out. The control method not only prompts under the condition of high temperature of the air conditioning unit, but also early warns in advance under the condition of slightly high temperature, namely insufficient refrigerant, so that the normal operation of the air conditioning unit is fully ensured.
However, when the exhaust temperature TP is particularly high, i.e., the refrigerant is seriously insufficient and is not enough to maintain normal operation, in order to avoid the damage of the air conditioning unit, fluorine-deficient protection is performed to stop the operation of the air conditioning unit. The fluorine-deficient protection control method can be used for performing shutdown protection only when the refrigerant is seriously deficient and is not enough to maintain normal operation, so that the condition of performing error protection under the condition that the air conditioner can normally operate is avoided, and the requirements of users are fully considered.
The control method for the fluorine deficiency protection of the air conditioner can determine the fluorine deficiency prompt exhaust temperature TP under different temperature environmentsqftsAnd fluorine deficiency protection exhaust temperature TPqfbhThen, the exhaust temperature TP is prompted according to the exhaust temperature TP and the fluorine shortageqftsThe fluorine-deficient protection exhaust temperature TPqfbhThe comparison of the numerical values of the two groups effectively carries out the control of fluorine deficiency prompt and fluorine deficiency protectionThe system operation avoids the influence of wind shield, ambient temperature and humidity, reduces the phenomena of error prompt, leakage prompt, error protection and leakage protection, and brings convenience to users. The refrigerant is insufficient and is divided into fluorine shortage prompt and fluorine shortage protection, when the refrigerant is insufficient in amount but the unit can be guaranteed to run reliably and has a certain using effect, the fluorine shortage prompt is carried out, corresponding faults are reported but the unit runs normally, and a user can inform after-sales personnel to check and maintain, so that the situation that the fluorine shortage is deteriorated until the protection is stopped to influence the use is avoided.
