本发明公开了一种高效率医用空气洁净屏,包括柜体、输送管道和紫外线灯管,所述柜体两侧壁之间设置有所述输送管道,所述输送管道与所述柜体通过螺钉连接,所述输送管道内壁上设置有所述紫外线灯管,所述紫外线灯管与所述输送管道通过螺钉连接。有益效果在于:本发明通过设置紫外线灯管,可将空气中的杂菌彻底清除,使空气达到百分百的洁净,提高装置的工作效率,通过设置空气检测器,可实时检测房间内空气的质量,并在房间空气达标后及时关闭装置,节约电能,提高装置实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用设备技术领域,具体涉及一种高效率医用空气洁净屏。
背景技术
医用空气洁净屏主要是将气体通过HEPA高效过滤器等空气过滤系统,吸附过滤室内有害气溶胶,减少医护人员和病人等室内人员感染的几率。
现有的医用空气洁净屏仅仅是将空气中的气溶胶给吸附,但空气中的杂菌不会被完全消除,仍然对医护人员和病人造成感染,降低装置的工作效率,此外,现有的医用空气洁净屏在使用时无法对空气的质量进行检测,造成房间内空气质量已洁净而医用空气洁净屏还在工作,浪费电能,降低装置实用性。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为了克服现有技术不足,现提出一种高效率医用空气洁净屏,解决了现有的医用空气洁净屏仅仅是将空气中的气溶胶给吸附,但空气中的杂菌不会被完全消除,仍然对医护人员和病人造成感染,降低装置的工作效率的问题,以及现有的医用空气洁净屏在使用时无法对空气的质量进行检测,造成房间内空气质量已洁净而医用空气洁净屏还在工作,浪费电能,降低装置实用性的问题。
(二)技术方案
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:本发明提出了一种高效率医用空气洁净屏,包括柜体、输送管道和紫外线灯管,所述柜体两侧壁之间设置有所述输送管道,所述输送管道与所述柜体通过螺钉连接,所述输送管道内壁上设置有所述紫外线灯管,所述紫外线灯管与所述输送管道通过螺钉连接。
进一步的,所述输送管道两侧壁设置有设置有高效过滤器,所述高效过滤器与所述输送管道通过螺钉连接,所述高效过滤器一侧设置有滤网,所述滤网与所述输送管道通过卡槽连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述高效过滤器可将空气中的气溶胶吸附,所述滤网可先对空气中的灰尘进行吸附。
进一步的,所述输送管道外壁上设置有引风管道,所述引风管道与所述输送管道插接,所述引风管道另一端设置有引风机,所述引风机与所述引风管道插接。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述引风机通过所述引风管道对空气产生吸力,使空气快速进入装置内进行洁净。
进一步的,所述输送管道一侧设置有调速器,所述调速器与所述输送管道通过螺钉连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述调速器可对洁净后气体的流速进行调整,使用人员可根据自己的需求来调节。
进一步的,所述柜体一侧设置有柜门,所述柜门与所述柜体通过合页连接,所述柜门上成型有进气格栅,所述柜体一侧壁上成型有出气格栅。
通过采用上述技术方案,将所述柜门打开,可对装置内部的所述滤网以及所述高效过滤器进行清洁,防止堵塞,空气通过所述进气格栅进入装置内部并通过所述出气格栅排出。
进一步的,所述进气格栅一侧设置有空气检测器,所述空气检测器与所述柜门通过螺钉连接,所述柜门以及所述柜体外壁下端均成型有散热格栅。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述空气检测器可实时检测房间内空气的质量,并通过显示屏显示出来,便于使用人员在房间内空气达标后,及时关闭装置,节约电能,所述散热格栅可将所述引风机工作过程中产生的热量排出装置。
进一步的,所述所述柜体下方设置有底座,所述底座与所述柜体通过螺钉连接,所述底座下方设置有万向轮,所述万向轮与所述底座转动连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,所述底座将所述柜体支撑起来,通过所述万向轮可使装置轻松移动。
(三)有益效果
本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
1、为解决现有的医用空气洁净屏仅仅是将空气中的气溶胶给吸附,但空气中的杂菌不会被完全消除,仍然对医护人员和病人造成感染,降低装置的工作效率的问题,本发明通过设置紫外线灯管,可将空气中的杂菌彻底清除,使空气达到百分百的洁净,提高装置的工作效率;
2、为解决现有的医用空气洁净屏在使用时无法对空气的质量进行检测,造成房间内空气质量已洁净而医用空气洁净屏还在工作,浪费电能,降低装置实用性的问题,本发明通过设置空气检测器,可实时检测房间内空气的质量,并在房间空气达标后及时关闭装置,节约电能,提高装置实用性。

如图1-图2所示,本实施例中的一种高效率医用空气洁净屏,包括柜体5、输送管道11和紫外线灯管14,柜体5两侧壁之间设置有输送管道11,输送管道11与柜体5通过螺钉连接,输送管道11内壁上设置有紫外线灯管14,紫外线灯管14与输送管道11通过螺钉连接,输送管道11两侧壁设置有设置有高效过滤器12,高效过滤器12与输送管道11通过螺钉连接,高效过滤器12一侧设置有滤网10,滤网10与输送管道11通过卡槽连接,高效过滤器12可将空气中的气溶胶吸附,滤网10可先对空气中的灰尘进行吸附,输送管道11外壁上设置有引风管道9,引风管道9与输送管道11插接,引风管道9另一端设置有引风机8,引风机8与引风管道9插接,引风机8通过引风管道9对空气产生吸力,使空气快速进入装置内进行洁净,输送管道11一侧设置有调速器15,调速器15与输送管道11通过螺钉连接,调速器15可对洁净后气体的流速进行调整,使用人员可根据自己的需求来调节,柜体5一侧设置有柜门3,柜门3与柜体5通过合页连接,柜门3上成型有进气格栅4,柜体5一侧壁上成型有出气格栅13,将柜门3打开,可对装置内部的滤网10以及高效过滤器12进行清洁,防止堵塞,空气通过进气格栅4进入装置内部并通过出气格栅13排出,进气格栅4一侧设置有空气检测器6,空气检测器6与柜门3通过螺钉连接,柜门3以及柜体5外壁下端均成型有散热格栅7,空气检测器6可实时检测房间内空气的质量,并通过显示屏显示出来,便于使用人员在房间内空气达标后,及时关闭装置,节约电能,散热格栅7可将引风机8工作过程中产生的热量排出装置,柜体5下方设置有底座2,底座2与柜体5通过螺钉连接,底座2下方设置有万向轮1,万向轮1与底座2转动连接,底座2将柜体5支撑起来,通过万向轮1可使装置轻松移动。
如图2所示,本实施例中,输送管道11内壁上设置有紫外线灯管14,紫外线灯管14与输送管道11通过螺钉连接,紫外线灯管14可将空气中的杂菌彻底清除,使空气达到百分百的洁净,提高装置的工作效率。
如图1所示,本实施例中,进气格栅4一侧设置有空气检测器6,空气检测器6与柜门3通过螺钉连接,空气检测器6可实时检测房间内空气的质量,并通过显示屏显示出来,便于使用人员在房间内空气达标后,及时关闭装置,节约电能,提高装置实用性。
本实施例的具体实施过程如下:首先将装置通过万向轮1推到所使用的房间,打开装置电源,引风机8通过引风管道9对空气产生吸力,使空气通过进气格栅4快速进入装置内进行洁净,空气首先经过滤网10,滤网10先对空气中的灰尘进行吸附,然后进入高效过滤器12,高效过滤器12,将空气中的气溶胶吸附,再通过紫外线灯管14,紫外线灯管14将空气中的杂菌彻底清除,使空气达到百分百的洁净,提高装置的工作效率,最后洁净后的空气通过出气格栅13排出,调速器15可对出口处气体的流速进行调节,同时空气检测器6可实时检测房间内空气的质量,并通过显示屏显示出来,便于使用人员在房间内空气达标后,及时关闭装置,节约电能,提高装置实用性,散热格栅7可将引风机8工作过程中产生的热量排出装置,万向轮1可使装置轻松移动,当装置使用一段时间后,将柜门3打开,对装置内部的滤网10以及高效过滤器12进行清洁,防止堵塞,增加装置的使用寿命。
