为解决上述无法开窗通风换气的问题,现有技术中通常有两种解决方案,其一是购买空气净化器对室内空气进行过滤,其二是在室内安装大型新风系统,将室外新风通入室内每一个房间,对室内空气进行过滤和更换。然而,虽然上述两种解决方案都一定程度上解决了不能开窗通风的问题,但是也不可避免地存在诸多缺陷:首先,尽管空气净化器的净化效果较好,但是由于其只能对室内空气中的污染物进行循环净化,而不能将室外新风引入室内,因此无法从根本上解决二氧化碳浓度超标等问题,而且长时开启空气净化器还会导致室内空气氧含量下降,如果屋内有感冒病呼吸道病人,室内其他人则极易被传染,造成二次污染。其次,大型新风系统管道虽然换气效果好,但是其不仅需要对室内进行改造、工程繁琐、改造成本高,而且还占用了大量室内空间,影响室内美观,实用性差,不是普通家庭的最佳选择。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的挂式空调室内机来解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有技术中采用小型空气净化器改善室内空气质量的技术方案存在的净化效果差,而采用大型新风系统改善室内空气质量的技术方案存在的改造成本高的问题,本实用新型提供了一种挂式空调室内机,包括外壳、回风口和出风口,所述挂式空调室内机还包括净化模块,所述净化模块包括壳体、进风系统和排风系统,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向包括设置于所述壳体的双向风管、第一进出风口、热交换器、引风机和室外新风出风管,所述第一进出风口设置于所述壳体的第一侧面,所述双向风管安装于所述第一进出风口,所述进风系统设置成能够在所述引风机的带动下,将室外新风通过所述双向风管引入所述净化模块并穿过所述热交换器后,通过所述室外新风出风管引入室内或所述挂式空调室内机的回风口;所述排风系统按照空气流动方向包括设置于所述壳体的室内空气进风口、排风机、所述热交换器、所述第一进出风口和所述双向风管,所述排风系统设置成能够在所述排风机的带动下,将室内空气通过所述室内空气进风口引入所述净化模块并穿过所述热交换器与所述进风系统引入的新风进行热交换后,通过所述双向风管排放至室外;所述壳体的第二侧面还设置有第二进出风口,所述第二进出风口配置有密封盖;所述净化模块安装于所述外壳的一侧,所述双向风管与室外连通;或者所述净化模块设置于所述外壳内,所述室内空气进风口与所述回风口连通,所述室外新风出风管与所述出风口连通,所述双向风管与室外连通。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述双向风管内设置有隔板,所述壳体内对应所述第一进出风口的位置设置有第一导风板或者所述壳体内对应所述第二进出风口的位置设置有第二导风板,所述隔板能够将所述双向风管分隔为室外新风进风管和室内空气排风管,所述第一导风板将所述热交换器与所述第一进出风口之间的壳体分隔为第一室外新风进风道和第一室内空气出风道,所述第二导风板能够将所述热交换器与所述第二进出风口之间的壳体分隔为第二室外新风进风道和第二室内空气出风道。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述引风机之后的电辅热组件,所述电辅热组件用于对引入所述净化模块的新风进行加热。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述引风机之后的加湿组件,所述加湿组件用于对引入所述净化模块的新风进行加湿。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述室外新风进风道中的第一过滤组件,所述第一过滤组件用于对引入所述净化模块的新风进行过滤。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述热交换器之前的紫外线杀菌组件,所述紫外线杀菌组件用于对引入所述净化模块的新风进行杀菌。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述净化模块还包括检测组件,所述检测组件设置成能够检测室内空气中的二氧化碳含量、室外新风中的细菌含量、室内空气或室外新风的湿度、以及所述室外新风出风管处的空气温度中的一种或几种。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述壳体上设置有卡位板,所述净化模块通过所述卡位板安装于所述外壳的一侧。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述排风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述室外新风进风道中的第二过滤组件,所述第二过滤组件用于去除引入所述净化模块的室内空气中的甲醛和/或TVOC。
在上述挂式空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述热交换器之后的香薰组件,所述香薰组件用于改善引入所述净化模块的新风的清新度。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本实用新型的优选技术方案中,挂式空调室内机包括外壳、回风口、出风口和净化模块,净化模块包括壳体、进风系统和排风系统,进风系统按照空气流动方向包括设置于壳体的双向风管、第一进出风口、热交换器、引风机和室外新风出风管,第一进出风口设置于壳体的第一侧面,双向风管安装于第一进出风口,进风系统设置成能够在引风机的带动下,将室外新风通过双向风管引入净化模块并穿过热交换器后,通过室外新风出风管引入室内或挂式空调室内机的回风口;排风系统按照空气流动方向包括设置于壳体的室内空气进风口、排风机、热交换器、第一进出风口和双向风管,排风系统设置成能够在排风机的带动下,将室内空气通过室内空气进风口引入净化模块并穿过热交换器与进风系统引入的新风进行热交换后,通过双向风管排放至室外;壳体的第二侧面还设置有第二进出风口,第二进出风口配置有密封盖;以及净化模块能够安装于挂式空调室内机的外壳的一侧,双向风管与室外连通,如通过插接、卡接或螺钉连接等方式设置在挂式空调室内机的外壳的左侧或右侧;或者净化模块设置于外壳内,室内空气进风口与回风口连通,室外新风出风管与出风口连通,双向风管与室外连通。
通过净化模块能够通过插接、卡接或螺钉连接等方式设置在挂式空调室内机的外壳的左侧或右侧的设置方式,本实用新型的挂式空调室内机设置的净化模块综合了小型空气净化器和大型新风系统的功能——即汲取了小型空气净化器对密闭空间的高效净化功能和大型新风系统的高效换新风功能,使得净化模块能够在合理有效地净化室内空气的同时,提高室内空气的含氧量。此外,由于净化模块能够与现有的挂式空调室内机插接、卡接或螺钉连接设置,这还使得本实用新型的净化模块能够单独出售,用户无需花费更高的成本购买一台空气净化器或者安装新风系统,而是只花费很小的购买成本和改造成本即可将净化模块安装于挂式空调室内机的一侧,大大拓展了本实用新型的应用场景,适宜大规模推广使用。也就是说,本实用新型解决了现有技术中采用小型空气净化器改善室内空气质量的技术方案存在的净化效果差、采用大型新风系统改善室内空气质量的技术方案存在的改造成本高的问题,高效的将净化功能和换新风功能集于一体,使二者的功能模块相互促进,相互公用,绿色节能,最终达到一加一大于二的效果。
进一步地,第二进出风口的设置,还使得用户在安装净化模块时,能够根据安装的具体场景选择将双向风管安装至第一进出风口或第二进出风口,转而将密封盖盖在另一个进出风口上,增加净化模块的实用性以及在挂式空调室内机上的配置灵活性。

如图1至图5所示,为了解决现有技术中采用小型空气净化器改善室内空气质量的技术方案存在的净化效果差,而采用大型新风系统改善室内空气质量的技术方案存在的改造成本高的问题,本实用新型的具有净化模块1的挂式空调室内机2主要包括外壳(图中未示出)、回风口21、出风口22、以及净化模块1,净化模块1主要包括壳体11、进风系统、排风系统,并且净化模块1能够安装于挂式空调室内机的外壳的一侧,如通过插接、卡接或螺钉连接等方式设置在挂式空调室内机的外壳的左侧或右侧等。参照图2、图3和图5,进风系统按照空气流动方向依次包括:双向风管120、第一进出风口121、第一过滤组件124、紫外线杀菌组件125、热交换器126、香薰组件127、引风机128、电辅热组件129、加湿组件130和室外新风出风管131;所述排风系统按照空气流动方向依次包括:室内空气进风口132、排风机133、热交换器126、第二过滤组件134、第一进出风口121和双向风管120。其中,进风系统设置成能够在引风机128的带动下,将室外新风通过双向风管120引入净化模块1,并依次通过第一过滤组件124、紫外线杀菌组件125、热交换器126、香薰组件127、引风机128、电辅热组件129和加湿组件130后从室外新风出风管131引入室内或挂式空调室内机的回风口;排风系统设置成能够在排风机133的带动下,将室内污浊空气通过室内空气进风口132引入净化模块1,并依次通过排风机133、热交换器126和第二过滤组件134后从双向风管120排放至室外。在通过热交换器126时,室内污浊空气与室外新风能够进行充分的热交换,以减少室内空气的能量流失,尽可能利用室内空气的热量对新风进行初次升温/降温。
参照图4,净化模块1的壳体11两侧分别设置有卡位板15,挂式空调室内机左侧或右侧相应地设置有卡槽(图中未示出),通过卡位板15卡接于卡槽中的方式,实现净化模块1在挂式空调室内机上的安装。按照图1方位,净化模块1通过卡位板15卡接于卡槽中的方式安装于挂式空调室内机2的外壳的左侧端面,并且双向风管120与室外连通。通过上述安装方式,可以在不影响室内美观的情形下,达到净化室内空气和换新风的效果,并且这种方式改造成本和投入成本相较于购买空气净化器或安装新风系统来说大大降低。
按照图3所示方位,第一进出风口121(参照图2)设置于壳体11的左侧端面的下部,双向风管120安装于第一进出风口121上并伸出壳体11,双向风管120内设置有隔板135,壳体11内还设置有“L”形的第一导风板138,隔板135将双向风管120分隔为室外新风进风管136和室内空气排风管137(参照图4),第一导风板138将热交换器126与第一进出风口121之间的壳体11分隔为第一室外新风进风道139和第一室内空气排风道140,隔板135和第一导风板138的设置能够引导新风和室内空气的流动,增强净化模块1的净化效果。室外新风出风管131设置于壳体11的右侧端面的上部,其内侧壳体11中由上至下依次设置有加湿组件130、电辅热组件129和引风机128。其中,加湿组件130可以为超声波加湿模块、红外线加湿模块或电加热加湿模块等,其能够在室内空气湿度过低或室外新风湿度过低时对引入净化模块1的室外新风空气进行加湿,以提高室内的空气湿度;电辅热组件129可以为电加热丝或PTC半导体发热陶瓷,其能够在冬天对穿过过滤组件后的新风进行加热,以便室外新风在热交换器126进行热交换之后二次提高新风的温度,维持室温的平衡,提高室内的舒适度;引风机128可以为如轴流风机、贯流风机或离心风机等。
继续参照图3,第一过滤组件124设置于第一室外新风进风道139,其优选地为HEPA过滤器,HEPA过滤器通常包括三层过滤层,对直径为0.3微米以下的微粒去除效率可达到99.97%以上;紫外线杀菌组件125设置于热交换器126的左下侧,即热交换器126的室外新风进口处,如采用紫外线杀菌灯等设置方式,其能够对经过热交换器126的新风进行杀菌,提高新风的洁净度。香薰组件127设置于热交换器126的右上侧,即热交换器126的室外新风出口处,如采用抽拉式设置或开盖式设置等,香薰组件127的设置能够改善室外新风进风管136进来的新风的清新度,对新风进行净化、分解新风中存留的甲醛和苯、驱除蚊虫、杀菌、除螨等,并且为室内带来怡人的香气。
仍参照图3,室内空气进风口132设置于壳体11的上侧端面的靠左部分,排风机133与引风机128对称设置,其同样可以为轴流风机、贯流风机或离心风机。热交换器126可以为全热交换器126或IFD净化模块,其斜置于壳体11内部中间位置,以便室外新风和室内污浊空气能够同时进入热交换器126进行充分的热交换。第二过滤组件134优选地为能够去除室内空气中的甲醛和TVOC的装置,如活性炭滤网等,第二过滤组件134通过与第一过滤组件124对称的方式设置于第一室内空气排风道140,设置第二过滤组件134的目的在于将室内污浊空气排至室外时去除空气中的有害气体,有效保护外界环境,减少室内空气对室外环境的污染。
此外,为了实现净化模块1的自动控制,还可以在净化模块1上设置检测组件(图中未示出)。例如,在壳体11外侧或室内空气进风口132处设置二氧化碳传感器,用以检测室内的二氧化碳浓度,在室内的二氧化碳浓度超过一定阈值时,净化模块1可以自动开启以对室内空气进行净化和换新风。再如,在第一室外新风进风道139中或进风系统的任意位置设置细菌含量检测器,用以检测室外新风中的细菌含量,在该含量超过一定阈值时,紫外线杀菌组件125可以自动开启,以对室外新风进行深度杀菌。再如,在第一室外新风进风道139或室内空气进风口132处设置湿度传感器,用以检测新风或室内空气的湿度,在湿度小于一定阈值时,加湿组件130自动开启对新风或室内进行加湿,高室内空气的舒适度。再如,在室外新风出风管131处设置温度传感器,用以检测经过热交换后的室外新风的温度,当检测到室外新风出风管131处的新风温度过低时,电辅热组件129自动开启,对新风进行加热,以提高新风温度,减小新风对室内温度的影响,提高室内舒适度。
从上述描述可以看出,通过净化模块1以插接、卡接或螺钉连接在挂式空调室内机的外壳的左侧或右侧的设置方式,解决了现有技术中采用小型空气净化器改善室内空气质量的技术方案存在的净化效果差、采用大型新风系统改善室内空气质量的技术方案存在的改造成本高的问题,高效的将净化功能和换新风功能集于一体,使二者的功能模块相互促进,相互公用,绿色节能,最终达到一加一大于二的效果。进一步地,HEPA过滤层的设置,可以使新风逐级过滤,呼吸更自由。热交换器126的设置,保证冷、热能量流失低,实现室内、外温度的平滑柔和过渡。紫外线杀菌组件125的设置,可以对新风进行有效杀菌。电辅热组件129的设置,可以在冬季对引入的新风进行预升温,保证新风与室内空气的温差在较小的范围内,提高新风的舒适度。加湿组件130的设置,能够增加新风湿度,使室内空气更加舒适。在新风入口端设置香薰组件127,不仅可以对新风进行初次消毒、杀菌、除螨,还可以通过将香气与新风混合营造温馨清香的室内氛围。第二过滤组件134的设置,能够有效去除室内排放空气中的甲醛和TVOC,从而保护室外环境,为环保做出应有的贡献,体现企业的责任感。检测组件的设置,使净化模块1可以实现各功能组件的自动检测和控制,并且,以上多功能组件在净化模块1内的高度集成还减少了购买单个功能模块的费用,真正实现一机多用。
下面参照图3、图4和图6,阐述本实用新型的挂式空调室内机的一种更为优选的实施方式。其中,图6为本实用新型的挂式空调室内机的净化模块的双向风管安装于第二进出风口时的工作原理示意图。如图3、图4和图6所示,为了增加净化模块1的实用性和布置灵活性,在一种更为优选的实施方式中,还可以在壳体11的后侧端面的下部与第一进出风口121大致等高处设置第二进出风口122,并且第二进出风口122配置有密封盖123。这样一来,用户可以根据挂式空调室内机的实际安装位置灵活选择使用第一进出风口121和第二进出风口122,并且在确定使用哪个进出风口后将双向风管120安装在该进出风口上,转而将密封盖123盖在另一个进出风口上。参照图6,此时,对应第二进出风口122的位置设置有“I”形的第二导风板141,第二导风板141将热交换器126与第二进出风口122之间的壳体分隔为第二室外新风进风道142和第二室内空气排风道143。相应地,在双向风管120安装于第二进出风口122时,净化模块1的工作原理示意图如图6所示。
在控制方式上,净化模块1可以单独控制,例如净化模块1内部配置有电控组件(图中未示出),为净化模块1配置遥控器或使用手机APP等方式对挂式空调室内机2内部的电控组件进行控制,也可以将净化模块1与空调器结合控制,例如在空调遥控器上事先预留用于控制净化模块1的按键,通过空调遥控器直接、或将主控组件连接至空调器预留接口的方式实现空对净化模块1的一体化控制。
还需要说明的是,净化模块1与挂式空调室内机2的连接方式并不唯一,净化模块1与挂式空调室内机2的左/右侧面还可以采用插接或螺钉连接的方式安装于挂式空调室内机。当然,净化模块1还可以直接集成于挂式空调室内机2的外壳内部,此时,室内空气进风口132与挂式空调室内机2的回风口21连通,室外新风出风管131与挂式空调室内机2的出风口22连通,双向风管120与室外连通,并且这种情况多适用于挂式空调室内机2出厂前进行。净化模块1集成在挂式空调室内机2内部,可以完善空调器功能,使空调器具备制冷、制热功能的同时,还具有净化空气和换新风的功能,而且借助空调的送风系统,还能将净化后的室外空气均匀的在室内流通,实现了无需开窗即可实现通风换气,真正实现一机多用,大大增加了空调器的应用范围,提高用户体验。
综上所述,本实用新型通过设置净化模块并将净化模块以拼接的方式设置在挂式空调室内机的外壳的右侧的设置方式,带来的效果有:(1)无需开窗即可实现通风换气的效果,轻松地将净化后室外新鲜空气因入室内,增加室内含氧量,提高空气净化程度,满足大部分客户群体需求,大大增强了实用性;(2)净化模块具有热交换器,恒温热交换系统,节能舒适同时拥有,还能充分的能量回收,节约能源;(3)净化模块的结构简单,成本低,可单独安装于挂式空调室内机,并能借助空调送风系统进行空气流通,智能化的实现了一机多用,实现了净化模块与空调柜机的完美结合,降低购买净化器费用和减少室内空间的占用。(4)为室内提供健康必须的充足新鲜空气,并排出室内异味,驱除细菌病毒、蚊虫及有害气体;(5)各功能模块设有检测组件,通过遥控器的智能按键可实现对室内空气的自动调节;(6)新风净化模块采用双向风管和两个进出风口的设置方式,实现了一管两用和进出风口的灵活配置,减少管道穿墙次数;(7)冬季和夏季新风交换实现冷热平和交互,使室内空气始终平衡。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本实用新型的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本实用新型的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本实用新型的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种挂式空调室内机,包括外壳、回风口和出风口,其特征在于,所述挂式空调室内机还包括净化模块,所述净化模块包括壳体、进风系统和排风系统,
所述进风系统按照空气流动方向包括设置于所述壳体的双向风管、第一进出风口、热交换器、引风机和室外新风出风管,所述第一进出风口设置于所述壳体的第一侧面,所述双向风管安装于所述第一进出风口,所述进风系统设置成能够在所述引风机的带动下,将室外新风通过所述双向风管引入所述净化模块并穿过所述热交换器后,通过所述室外新风出风管引入室内或所述挂式空调室内机的回风口;
所述排风系统按照空气流动方向包括设置于所述壳体的室内空气进风口、排风机、所述热交换器、所述第一进出风口和所述双向风管,所述排风系统设置成能够在所述排风机的带动下,将室内空气通过所述室内空气进风口引入所述净化模块并穿过所述热交换器与所述进风系统引入的新风进行热交换后,通过所述双向风管排放至室外;
所述壳体的第二侧面还设置有第二进出风口,所述第二进出风口配置有密封盖;
所述净化模块安装于所述外壳的一侧,所述双向风管与室外连通;或者
所述净化模块设置于所述外壳内,所述室内空气进风口与所述回风口连通,所述室外新风出风管与所述出风口连通,所述双向风管与室外连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述双向风管内设置有隔板,所述壳体内对应所述第一进出风口的位置设置有第一导风板或者所述壳体内对应所述第二进出风口的位置设置有第二导风板,所述隔板能够将所述双向风管分隔为室外新风进风管和室内空气排风管,所述第一导风板将所述热交换器与所述第一进出风口之间的壳体分隔为第一室外新风进风道和第一室内空气排风道,所述第二导风板能够将所述热交换器与所述第二进出风口之间的壳体分隔为第二室外新风进风道和第二室内空气排风道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述引风机之后的电辅热组件,所述电辅热组件用于对引入所述净化模块的新风进行加热。
4.根据权利要求3所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述引风机之后的加湿组件,所述加湿组件用于对引入所述净化模块的新风进行加湿。
5.根据权利要求4所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述室外新风进风道中的第一过滤组件,所述第一过滤组件用于对引入所述净化模块的新风进行过滤。
6.根据权利要求5所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述热交换器之前的紫外线杀菌组件,所述紫外线杀菌组件用于对引入所述净化模块的新风进行杀菌。
7.根据权利要求6所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述净化模块还包括检测组件,所述检测组件设置成能够检测室内空气中的二氧化碳含量、室外新风中的细菌含量、室内空气或室外新风的湿度、以及所述室外新风出风管处的空气温度中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有卡位板,所述净化模块通过所述卡位板安装于所述外壳的一侧。
9.根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述排风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述第一室内空气排风道或所述第二室内空气排风道中的第二过滤组件,所述第二过滤组件用于去除引入所述净化模块的室内空气中的甲醛和/或TVOC。
10.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的挂式空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风系统按照空气流动方向还包括设置于所述热交换器之后的香薰组件,所述香薰组件用于改善引入所述净化模块的新风的清新度。
