Abstract

本发明公开了一种烟气折流立式热管热水锅炉,包括架子与锅炉。在锅里有水的进出口及底部的孔。下方是炉其中含有若干竖直的热管,密封圈内外径分别套在热管的外径上卡在锅底的孔上,热管伸到锅内的水里。为了使传热更有效在炉内装折流板,并在板上按规律开烟气折流窗,使得烟气上下折流运动。在炉的最低端安装封头,在封头上有通烟窗与烟窗对接,使废烟气排入大气。通过本发明的实施,能有效降低排烟温度,提高锅炉的热效率。

烟气折流立式热管热水锅炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型的热水锅炉,具体的说是一种烟气折流立式热管热水锅炉。
背景技术
热水锅炉的用途十分广泛,它的作用是将燃料的化学能通过燃烧转化成热能的过程。由于小型热水锅炉结构简单俗称直冲锅炉,即炉的火焰和烟气是直冲上天的,热交换不完全排烟温度极高热效率低。因此,本发明就是通过烟气多次折流,增加烟气的流程长度来增加换热量,降低排烟温度以提高热水锅炉的热效率。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种烟气折流立式热管热水锅炉,其目的在于解决热水锅炉热效率低的问题。
一种发明烟气折流立式热管热水锅炉,包括垂直架子和架子上的立式锅和炉,炉子的正上方是锅,炉子的正下方是个封头。锅与炉之间用垂直的重力式热管相联系,将炉内的热量通过热管传递给锅内的水。锅的底部含有若干个孔和进出水口。用密封圈套在重力式热管的外径并卡在锅的底部孔上,热管放热段沿垂直方向上伸到锅内侧水里。
进一步,所述的烟气折流式热管热水锅炉。它是由锅与炉及联系锅与炉之间的热管组成。
锅在最高位置其下是炉,热管垂直在锅与炉之间,炉的末端用密封头密封。
进一步,所述的锅其底部含有若干个孔,用来安装前述的热管且热管放热段伸进锅内一定长度。将密封圈内径套在所述热管的外径上,用密封圈的外径卡在锅底孔内。锅分别还含有进水口与吸热后的出水口。
进一步,所述的炉是一个柱状用于高温烟气与重力热管的换热之场所。为了使烟气流程变长,用若干块竖直的隔板将此柱状分成若干个相对独立的小柱状的小炉子,但是烟气通过每个小炉子是按一定规律通过即每块隔板都带有通烟气窗,前一块通烟窗在上,后一块通烟窗在下,反之相反最终通过烟窗排出炉外。每个独立的小炉子里都垂直安装了数根前面所述的重力式热管。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如下:
参照图1、图2,一种烟气折流立式热管热水锅炉,包括架子1锅2炉3封头4重力热管5密封圈6燃烧器7通烟气窗8烟窗9。用架子1将锅炉支撑立起来。锅2分别有进水口22、加热后的出水口23,及底孔21。底孔21用来卡密封圈6的外径、密封圈6内径是套在重力式热管5的外径上,热管5的上部放热段伸进到锅2的水中,并对水进行换热。热管的下部吸热段是位于炉3内,用于与高温烟气进行交换热,炉内用4块带有通烟气窗8的隔板31隔板32隔板33隔板34,将炉分为4个小炉子依次为一室、二室、三室、四室。隔板31、33的上边缘有通烟气窗81与83,隔板32、的下边缘有通烟气窗82。

平面OCC1O1为隔板33,平面ODD1O1为隔板34。且OO1线为炉3的中心轴线。
本发明的工作方式如下:
参照图1燃烧器7通过炉门放置在一室底部密封头4的面上,将燃烧器7点燃火(或高温烟气从此流入),燃烧的火焰及高温烟气从下往上流动,冲刷一室垂直立式的重力式热管51,热管51吸热段吸收高温烟气的热量使热管内的工质由液体变成汽体并向正上方放热段流动,热管放热段是伸进到锅2的水中,热管中的汽体对锅2的水进行放热水吸热量温度升高。当热管中的汽体对水放热后变成了液体,在地球的重力作用下向热管的下端流动,它在下端再吸收火焰或高温烟气的热量时又重复上面的过程。最终烟气的温度逐渐下降。烟气是向上部流动并通过隔板31的上端通烟气窗81,进入到二室从上往下流动,冲刷着二室内的重力式热管52,并对该室内的热管52进行放热降温,并通过隔板32的下方的通烟气窗82,进入到三室内从下往上流动再对三室内的重力式热管53冲刷放热,再次降低温度的烟气流到上部并通过隔板33的上方的通烟气窗83进入到四室内,从上往下流动再对四室内的重力式热管54冲刷放热。再此降低温度的烟气通过在隔板34之前的封头4的水平位置上的通烟气窗84,与烟窗9相通并将废烟气排出炉外。在最后隔板34里是没有通过烟气窗的。
锅内的水先后多次接受重力式热管的放热,使水温不断地提高而达到目的。烟气也先后多次上下折流使得烟气的流程变长增加放热量提高了锅炉的热效。
以上为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (3)

1.一种发明烟气折流立式热管热水锅炉,其特征在于:包括竖直的架子(1)和置于架子(1)的立式锅(2)、立式炉(3)含炉的封头(4)、及联系锅与炉之间的若干竖直重力式热管(5)。在封头(4)的水平端面上且隔板(34)前,有一个通烟气窗(84)与烟窗(9)相通,能将废烟气排入大气。在隔板34里是没有通过烟气窗的。
2.如权利要求1所述的烟气折流立式热管热水锅炉,其特征在于所述的锅(2)是竖直立式放置其含有进水口(22)及出水口(23),在锅底含有若干个底孔(21),与前所述重力式热管(5)相对应。热管(5)的外圈上套在密封圈(6)内径,密封圈(6)外径卡在底孔(21)里,它们之间都是紧配合,以防锅漏水。热管(5)的放热段伸进锅(2)内并能对锅内水进行放热加热。
3.如权利要求1所述的折流立式热管锅炉,其特征在于:所述炉(3)是立式柱状,且带有底端封头(4),热管(5)的吸热段置于其中。为了使烟气的流程更长,在炉(3)内以轴心线OO1为中心,用4块板(31)(32)(33)(34)将炉分成4个小炉子,使烟气沿着各隔板(31)(32)(33)以及通烟气(81)(82)(83)上下折流运动。在封头(4)的水平端面上且隔板(34)前,有一个通烟气窗(84)与烟窗(9)相通,能将废烟气排入大气。
