Description

Door hinge with damper bracket for preventing backlash
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a DOOR hinge, and more particularly, to a DOOR hinge having a damper BRACKET FOR preventing backlash (DOOR HINGE HAVING DAMPER brake FOR PREVENTING GAP) in which a reinforcing structure of a damper BRACKET is added to greatly improve a coupling force between a mounting plate and a DOOR panel.
Background
Generally, a door damper device is provided in a door that is opened and closed in a side-hung manner, and absorbs an impact applied when the door is closed to smoothly close the door, thereby preventing noise and impact.
A conventional door damper is composed of a body formed with a first fixing portion connected to a door and a second fixing portion attached to an inner wall of a storage cabinet, a housing engaged with the body, and a damper engaged with the housing and elastically supporting the door.
The shell is matched with the body in a detachable mode. That is, the body is formed with an engagement hole, and the housing to which the shock absorber is fitted is provided with a hook engaged with the engagement hole. Therefore, when the housing is moved rearward after the hook of the housing is locked to the rear end of the locking hole, the hook is locked to the locking hole and fixed.
In order to solve such a problem, the present applicant has granted a door hinge by korean patent No. 10-1489822.
However, in such a conventional door hinge, when the damper bracket is engaged with the first engagement pin, a spaced portion is generated between the second engagement groove of the damper bracket and the inner wall of the cover plate. Accordingly, the conventional door hinge cannot bear the weight of the door when being mounted on the door and the wall surface, and applies downward or upward pressure to the lever at the spaced portion, thereby causing a problem that the lever of the door hinge is damaged.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a door hinge provided with a damper bracket for play prevention according to various embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a door hinge according to the present invention can include a cover plate 300, a first mounting plate 100, a second mounting plate 200, a lever 600, and a damper unit 800.
The first mounting plate 100 can be fixed to the door 1. The second attachment plate 200 can be fixed to an inner wall of an object (for example, can be applied to a side hung door type drawer cabinet, hereinafter referred to as "cabinet 3") opened by the door 1. For example, the first mounting plate 100 may have a wide flange so as to be easily fixed to the door 1, and can be fixed to the door 1 by screws or the like. In addition, a portion of the first mounting plate 100 can be inserted into the door 1 to be fitted in a correct position by being protruded. The second mounting plate 200 may have a wide flange to be easily fixed to the locker 3, and may be fixed to the locker 3 by screws or the like.
The cover plate 300 is rotatably engaged with the first mounting plate 100 and fixedly engaged with the second mounting plate 200. At this time, the cover plate 300 and the first mounting plate 100 are rotatably engaged by the hinge pin 500. The cover plate 300 may be substantially cross-sectional

The cover plate 300 and the second mounting plate 200 are fixed to the locker 3, and the first mounting plate 100 is fixed to the door 1, thereby being able to constitute a part of the door hinge. At this time, the first mounting plate 100 and the second mounting plate 200 can be fixed to the inner walls of the door 1 and the locker 3, respectively, by screws.
Further, a torsion spring (not shown) that wraps the hinge shaft and provides an elastic force to the cover plate 300 by the first mounting plate 100 may be added so that the first mounting plate 100 can elastically rotate with respect to the cover plate 300.
In addition, the cover plate 300 is formed to be able to adjust the position of interfitting with the second mounting plate 200. Specifically, the cover plate 300 is engaged with the second mount plate 200 only by the conventional position adjustment bolt 301 and the long hole shaped slot hole configuration, and the damper unit 800, which will be described below, is not directly engaged with the second mount plate 200. Therefore, the cover plate 300 can be easily separated from the second mounting plate 200 after the engagement of the position adjustment bolts 301 is easily released, as the user desires. The first mounting plate 100, the second mounting plate 200, and the cover plate 300 are the same as or similar to those of a general door hinge, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted below.
The lever 600 has one end rotatably engaged with the first mounting plate 100 and the other end rotatably engaged with the cover plate 300 by the first engaging pin 710. Also, the lever 600 may have a first fitting groove 610 at the other end portion.
For example, the lever 600 can be extended long in one direction to be rotatably engaged with each of the first mounting plate 100 and the cover plate 300. The lever 600 is rotatably engaged with the first mounting plate 100 by the third engaging pin 730, and rotatably engaged with the cover plate 300 by the first engaging pin 710. At this time, the lever 600 can be rotatably engaged at portions adjacent to the first mounting plate 100 and the cover plate 300, respectively.
Also, the first fitting groove 610 may be located at an opposite side of the third fitting pin 730 with reference to the first fitting pin 710. In addition, the first fitting groove 610 can be extended long for insertion of a rotation pin 831 to be described later. The extending direction of the first coupling groove 610 may be a direction parallel to the rotation axis of the first mounting plate 100, i.e., the hinge pin 500.
Such a lever 600 can be formed by stacking a plurality of plates. Of course, the lever 600 is not limited thereto, and may be formed in a strip-shaped integral type.
The damper unit 800 is detachably engaged with the cover plate 300, specifically, is connected with the first engagement pin 710 and the first engagement groove 610, and can absorb impact and noise generated when the first mounting plate 100 rotates. The manufacturer can manufacture the door hinge with the exception of the damper unit 800 to reduce costs. The damper unit 800 can be simply added later when necessary. Further, when damper 820 is required to be replaced due to a failure or the like, it can be easily replaced.
Fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating a damper bracket of a door hinge according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the damper unit 800 according to the present embodiment is explained with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The damper unit 800 according to the present embodiment can include a damper bracket 810, a damper 820, and a rotating bracket 830.
The damper bracket 810 is detachably engaged with the cover plate 300. For example, the damper bracket 810 may be smaller than the cover plate 300 and may be disposed inside the cover plate 300. Also, the damper bracket 810 can be shaped to enclose a damper 820, which will be described below. At this time, the door hinge according to the present embodiment further includes the second coupling pin 720, and the second coupling pin 720 penetrates the damper bracket 810 and the cover plate 300 to be able to fix the damper bracket 810 to the cover plate 300. With respect to the position of the second engagement pin 720, it can be adjacent to the outer side of the cover plate 300 and adjacent to the lever 600 for easy operation by a user.
Also, the damper bracket 810 can include a second fitting groove 813 into which the first fitting pin 710 is inserted. Specifically, the damper bracket 810 can form a second fitting groove 813 at one end in the direction of the first fitting pin 710. Since the first fitting pin 710 is inserted into the second fitting groove 813 as the damper bracket 810 moves, the first fitting pin 710 and the second fitting groove 813 can guide the fitting position of the damper unit 800. In addition, the first engagement pin 710 and the second engagement groove 813 can also prevent the damper unit 800 from being separated from the cover plate 300 when the first mounting plate 100 is rotated.
The damper bracket 810 can include a first fixing bracket 811 to which the rotating bracket 830 is coupled and a second fixing bracket 812 to which a damper 820 to be described below is coupled. The first fixing bracket 811 has a substantially triangular shape and can be fixed to the cover plate 300 by the second engagement pin 720. A second fitting groove 813 can be formed in the first fixing bracket 811. At this time, the first fixing bracket 811 can be disposed toward the first fitting pin 710. The first fixing bracket 811 and the second fixing bracket 812 may be integrally formed.
Further, a play prevention protrusion 815 is formed, which is located at an upper portion of the front end of the first fixing bracket 811 and is bent perpendicularly from the second engagement groove 813 toward the inside of the first fixing bracket 811. When the second engagement groove 813 is inserted into the first engagement pin 710, the play prevention protrusion 815 is positioned on the axis of the first engagement pin 710 to fill a play portion formed between the lever 600 and the inner wall surface of the cover plate 300, thereby preventing the lever 600 from being moved up and down or damaged in the play portion.
Preferably, the play prevention protrusion 815 is formed by being bent perpendicularly from both sides of the first fixing bracket 811 toward the inside.
The damper 820 may be fixedly coupled to the damper bracket 810, and may include a cylinder 821 and a cylinder rod 822. The cylinder 821 can absorb the impact and noise generated to the second mounting plate 200 when the first mounting plate 100 rotates more than a certain degree and minimize when the door 1 and the first mounting plate 100 rotate. The cylinder rod 822 is provided to the cylinder 821 to be capable of reciprocating in a linear direction, and is capable of being engaged with the cylinder 821 so as to face the first attachment plate 100. At this time, a load is applied to the cylinder 821 according to the present embodiment while the cylinder rod 822 is pulled out. Therefore, the cylinder rod 822 can be in a state of entering the cylinder 821 while maintaining a minimum length in a state where no load is applied.
The damper 820 can be selectively disposed at the inner side of the cover plate 300 after being located inside the damper bracket 810.
At this time, the cylinder 821 of the damper 820 is fixed to the damper bracket 810, but as described above, can be fixed to the second fixing bracket 812 in particular.
The rotational bracket 830 can be rotatably engaged with the cylinder rod 822 and the damper bracket 810. For example, the rotating bracket 830 is rotatably engaged with the cylinder rod 822 by a fourth engagement pin, and is rotatably engaged with the damper bracket 810 by a fifth engagement pin 750. The cylinder rod 822 is linearly movable as the rotating bracket 830 rotates about the fifth engagement pin 750. The rotating bracket 830 is smaller than the damper bracket 810, and can be disposed inside the damper bracket 810.
In addition, the rotating bracket 830 may have a rotating pin 831 inserted into the first fitting groove 610. At this time, the rotation pin 831 can be substantially parallel to the first engagement pin 710. Also, the rotation pin 831 may be smaller than the first fitting pin 710.
Accordingly, the rotation pin 831 is inserted into the first fitting groove 610, and the first fitting pin 710 is inserted into the second fitting groove 813, so that the first mounting plate 100, the lever 600, and the damper unit 800 can be connected to each other. Accordingly, the damper unit 800 can receive and absorb the impact and noise generated when the first mounting plate 100 rotates, which are transmitted through the lever 600.
Fig. 4 is a sequence diagram schematically showing a sequence in which the damper unit 800 according to the present embodiment is engaged. Here, the first mounting plate 100 and the cover plate 300 may be in a state of being fitted. Also, the first mounting plate 100 may be in a state corresponding to the state in which the door 1 is opened.
The first fitting pin 710 is inserted into the second fitting groove 813 of the damper unit 800, and the rotation pin 831 is inserted into the first fitting groove 610 of the lever 600, so that the damper unit 800 can be coupled with the lever 600.
For example, as the cylinder 821 of the damper unit 800 is inserted to be located inside the cover plate 300, the second fitting groove 813 can be inserted into the first fitting pin 710, and the rotation pin 831 can be inserted into the first fitting groove 610.
If the damper unit 800 is inserted into the cover plate 300, the holes into which the damper bracket 810 and the second fitting pin 720 of the cover plate 300 are inserted may coincide. Also, the second fitting pin 720 is inserted into the hole, so that the damper unit 800 can be fixed to the cover plate 300.
At this time, the second mounting plate 200 may be in a state of not being engaged with the cap plate 300. This is because the second mount plate 200 can be fitted with the cover plate 300 independently of the damper unit 800.
On the other hand, when detaching the damper unit 800, the damper unit 800 can be detached from the cover plate 300 after the second engagement pin 720 is detached from the damper unit 800 and the cover plate 300.
Thus, the damper unit can be easily attached and detached, and thus a user or an operator can very easily attach and detach the damper unit 800 to and from the cover plate 300.
Fig. 5 is a plan view schematically illustrating an operation of a door hinge including a damper unit 800 that can be attached and detached according to the present embodiment.
As the first mounting plate 100 rotates, the lever 600 can rotate centering on the first fitting pin 710. Further, as the lever 600 rotates, the rotating bracket 830 inserted into the first coupling groove 610 can also rotate about the fifth coupling pin 750. For example, the lever 600 can be rotated in a counterclockwise direction and the rotating bracket 830 can be rotated in a clockwise direction.
Then, as the rotating bracket 830 rotates, the cylinder rod 822 can be pulled out from the cylinder 821 by the rotating bracket 830. That is, the rotating bracket 830 is rotated by the lever 600, and the cylinder rod 822 can be drawn out. For example, as the rotating bracket 830 rotates in a clockwise direction, the cylinder rod 822 can be pulled out from the cylinder 821. At this time, when the cylinder rod 822 is pulled out of the cylinder 821, a load is applied to the cylinder 821. Then, the cylinder rod 822 is slowly pulled out by the cylinder 821, and thereby the rotating bracket 830 and the lever 600 are also slowly rotated, and finally the first mounting plate 100 and the door 1 can be slowly rotated. Accordingly, the door 1 is slowly closed by the damper unit 800, and thus shock and noise can be reduced.
In summary, according to the door hinge including the detachable damper unit of the present embodiment, the cylinder rod 822 of the damper unit 800 moves forward and backward according to the rotation of the first mounting plate 100, and thus a sufficient damping effect can be exhibited even though a simple engagement structure is applied. Further, the door hinge including the damper unit according to the present embodiment is applicable to a simple structure and reduces the number of components, thereby reducing material costs and assembly costs. In addition, the damper unit 800 can be easily separated according to the user's needs.
Hereinafter, a door hinge including a play prevention damper bracket according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 8. In the description of another embodiment of the present invention, the same configuration as that of the door hinge provided with the backlash preventing damper bracket according to the above-mentioned one embodiment of the present invention is omitted from detailed description.
A door hinge with a damper bracket for preventing play according to another embodiment of the present invention is the same as the door hinge with a damper bracket for preventing play according to one embodiment of the present invention except that a play prevention protrusion of a component of the door hinge with a damper bracket for preventing play according to another embodiment of the present invention is replaced with a play prevention wing.
In the door hinge including the damper bracket for preventing backlash according to another embodiment of the present invention, the backlash preventing wing 815 is located at an upper portion of the front end of the first fixing bracket 811 and is formed by being bent perpendicularly from the second engagement groove 813 toward the inside of the first fixing bracket 811. The play prevention wing 815 is positioned on the axis of the first engagement pin 710 to fill a play portion formed between the lever 600 and the inner wall surface of the cover plate 300 when the second engagement groove 813 is inserted into the first engagement pin 710, thereby preventing the lever 600 from being moved up and down or damaged in the play portion.
The play prevention wing 815 is formed in a plate shape by being bent perpendicularly from both sides of the first fixing bracket 811 toward the inside, and has a width and a predetermined length extending from the first fixing bracket to the lever, thereby stably supporting the lever against movement in the play portion. That is, the play prevention wing 815 having the predetermined width and length functions to increase the reinforcing force, and can more effectively prevent the vertical movement than the bent portion having a thin structure.
While the invention has been described with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings, which are intended to be illustrative only, various modifications thereof will be apparent to those skilled in the art and equivalent thereto. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical idea of the appended claims.
