Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building structures in civil engineering, and particularly relates to an assembled bamboo shear wall capable of meeting multiple use functions of a floor slab, a partition wall and the like.
Background
Along with the problem of environmental pollution becoming more serious, the public resource crisis consciousness is increasing day by day, and in order to reduce the use of high energy consumption, high pollution building materials such as reinforcing steel bars, concrete, etc., environmental protection economy, renewable green building materials get popular gradually. The wood as a renewable resource has the advantages of light weight, attractive appearance and the like, and is widely popularized, but due to excessive development and utilization of the wood resource, the supply and demand of the wood resource in China are contradictory, and the wood is not suitable for being put into use in large quantities.
The bamboo is also a renewable resource, but compared with the wood, the bamboo has the advantages of light weight, high strength, attractiveness, environmental friendliness, economy, more abundant resources, shorter growth period and the like, and has wide development prospect in the field of buildings in China. The policy of replacing wood with bamboo is advocated vigorously in China, and the method has good economic, environmental and social benefits. At present, common bamboo materials are mostly used in the fields of floor decoration, furniture manufacturing and the like, and have the defects of insufficient bearing capacity, complex production process and the like. How to better exert the advantages of bamboo is a difficult problem in the current application.
With the steady rise of national economic level, the housing requirements of people are also increasing. Most of traditional walls are masonry walls or reinforced concrete walls, and have the defects of great weight, high energy consumption, high pollution, long construction period and the like. Although there are many light-weight and simple-construction new partition walls, but there are some disadvantages, such as: (1) the usage is single. The novel partition wall is mainly used for the function of the partition wall and cannot meet the use requirements of wall panels and the like; (2) the material is not environment-friendly. For example, the base material of the PVC buckle plate is polyvinyl chloride resin which cannot be naturally degraded, so that the ecological environment balance is influenced; (3) the economic benefit is poor. For example, light gauge steel partition walls are generally expensive and not suitable for large-scale use.
