(2) the second step is that: dyeing: putting the fabric treated in the step (1) into a dye vat for dyeing, adding an acid dye, 0.5 g/L of a penetrating agent, 0.5 g/L of a leveling agent, 15 g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate and glacial acetic acid, wherein the treatment initial temperature is 40-50 ℃, then heating to 100 ℃, preserving heat for 30-40min, then fishing out and cooling to 30-40 ℃, and then performing enhanced washing treatment;
(3) the third step: shaping: and (3) putting the washed fabric in the step (2) into an oven after being soaked and pressed, setting the initial temperature to be 40-50 ℃, then increasing the temperature by 10 ℃ every minute, setting the final setting temperature to be 150-160 ℃, keeping the temperature for 10-20min, and controlling the lower overfeeding to be (-5%) -to (-10%) and the upper overfeeding to be 20-30%.
(4) The fourth step: and (4) taking out the fabric shaped in the step (3), putting the fabric into a ventilation chamber, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the finished fabric.

(2) the second step is that: dyeing: putting the fabric treated in the step (1) into a dye vat for dyeing, adding an acid dye, 0.5 g/L of a penetrating agent, 0.5 g/L of a leveling agent, 15 g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate and glacial acetic acid, wherein the treatment initial temperature is 40-50 ℃, then heating to 100 ℃, preserving heat for 30-40min, then fishing out and cooling to 30-40 ℃, and then performing enhanced washing treatment;
(3) the third step: shaping: and (3) putting the washed fabric in the step (2) into an oven after being soaked and pressed, setting the initial temperature to be 40-50 ℃, then increasing the temperature by 10 ℃ every minute, setting the final setting temperature to be 150-160 ℃, keeping the temperature for 10-20min, and controlling the lower overfeeding to be (-5%) -to (-10%) and the upper overfeeding to be 20-30%.
(4) The fourth step: and (4) taking out the fabric shaped in the step (3), putting the fabric into a ventilation chamber, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the finished fabric.
