That is, the lower end of the lower damper 71 located at the left front is connected to the front portion of the bottom cross member 121 located at the left side, the lower end of the lower damper 71 located at the left rear is connected to the rear portion of the bottom cross member 121 located at the left side, the lower end of the lower damper 71 located at the right front is connected to the front portion of the bottom cross member 121 located at the right side, and the lower end of the lower damper 71 located at the right rear is connected to the rear portion of the bottom cross member 121 located at the right side.
As shown in fig. 4, two lower supporting seats 122 are respectively disposed on inner sidewalls of two oppositely disposed bottom beams 121, the two lower supporting seats 122 are disposed at intervals in the front-rear direction, and the lower supporting seats 122 are disposed near ends of the bottom beams 121.
Correspondingly, the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is provided with two second lower connecting seats 312, wherein the two second lower connecting seats 312 are located at the lower left portion of the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30, the other two lower connecting seats 216 are located at the lower right portion of the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30, one end of the lower vibration damper 71 is hinged to the lower supporting seat 122, and the other end of the lower vibration damper 71 is hinged to the second lower connecting seats 312, so that the lower vibration damper 71 is inclined relative to the up-down direction, and the stability of the second drum laundry treating module 30 is ensured.
In some embodiments, the lower connecting assembly 60 includes at least two lower connecting members 61 arranged oppositely, one end of each lower connecting member 61 is connected to the connecting cross member 14, and the other end of each lower connecting member 61 is connected to the second drum laundry treating module 30, so that not only the installation reliability and stability of the second drum laundry treating module 30 can be ensured, but also a vibration damping effect can be achieved, the vibration or displacement of the laundry treating device 100 during operation can be reduced, and the operating noise can be reduced.
In some examples, the connection beam 14 has a first lower fitting hole 1402, the outer circumferential wall of the second drum laundry treating module 30 has a second lower fitting hole 301, the lower connector 61 is formed as a second elastic connector, one end of which is fitted with the first lower fitting hole 1402 and the other end is fitted with the second lower fitting hole 301, and the structure is simple and the connection is convenient.
As shown in fig. 4, two oppositely disposed connecting beams 14 (e.g., the first connecting beam 141 and the second connecting beam 142) are respectively provided with a first lower fitting hole 1402.
Correspondingly, the outer peripheral wall of the second drum laundry processing module 30 is provided with two second upper connection seats 311, one of the second upper connection seats 311 is located at the upper left portion of the outer peripheral wall of the second drum laundry processing module 30, the other one of the second upper connection seats 311 is located at the upper right portion of the outer peripheral wall of the second drum laundry processing module 30, each second upper connection seat 311 is provided with a second lower matching hole 301, one end of the lower connecting member 61 is matched with the first lower matching hole 1402, the other end of the lower connecting member 61 is matched with the second lower matching hole 301, so that the lower connecting member 61 is inclined relative to the up-down direction, and the stability of the second drum laundry processing module 30 is further ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first drum laundry treatment module 20 comprises a rotatable first drum 22, and the second drum laundry treatment module 30 comprises a rotatable second drum 32.
The direction of rotation of the first drum 22 in the dehydrated state of the first drum laundry treatment module 20 is opposite to the direction of rotation of the second drum 32 in the dehydrated state of the second drum laundry treatment module 30. The first drum laundry treating module 20 and the second drum laundry treating module 30 may be simultaneously brought into the dehydration state, or may be brought into the dehydration state at different time periods, respectively.
According to the clothes processing device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the rotation direction of the first inner cylinder 22 in the dehydration state of the first drum clothes processing module 20 is controlled to be opposite to the rotation direction of the second inner cylinder 32 in the dehydration state of the second drum clothes processing module 30, so that the acting force on the supporting frame 10 when the first inner cylinder 22 rotates and the acting force on the supporting frame 10 when the second inner cylinder 32 rotates can be mutually offset, the supporting frame 10 is prevented from being damaged due to long-term use, and the service life of the clothes processing device 100 is prolonged.
In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a square base 12, four vertical beams 13, and a square connection frame 11, the four vertical beams 13 respectively extending upward from four corners of the square base 12, a lower end of each vertical beam 13 being connected to the square base 12, and the square connection frame 11 being connected to upper ends of the four vertical beams 13.
As shown in fig. 1, the four vertical beams 13 are a first vertical beam 131, a second vertical beam 132, a third vertical beam 133 and a fourth vertical beam 134, the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 extend in the vertical direction, the upper ends of the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 are connected with the square connecting frame 11, the lower ends of the first vertical beam 131, the second vertical beam 132, the third vertical beam 133 and the fourth vertical beam 134 are connected with the base 12, and the whole structure is convenient to connect and stable in structure.
In some examples, the supporting frame 10 further includes a plurality of connecting cross beams 14, and the middle portions of two adjacent vertical beams 13 are connected to two ends of the connecting cross beams 14, so as to further improve the structural strength of the supporting frame 10 and ensure the structural stability of the supporting frame 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the lower portion of the first laundry treatment module has a drain assembly 23, and the upper portion of the second laundry treatment module has a drying tunnel assembly 33, the drain assembly 23 being disposed spaced apart from a terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33.
According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the drainage assembly 23 and the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 are arranged at intervals, so that the first clothes treatment module is prevented from influencing the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 during drainage, and the first clothes treatment module and the second clothes treatment module can work safely and normally respectively.
In some embodiments, the drain assembly 23 is spaced apart from the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 in the horizontal direction, preventing the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 from being affected by water leakage from the drain assembly 23.
In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a square base 12, four vertical beams 13, and a square link 11, one of the drain assembly 23 and the terminal 331 is adjacent to the vertical beam 13 on the left side, and the other of the drain assembly 23 and the terminal 331 is adjacent to the vertical beam 13 on the right side.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the four vertical beams 13 are a first vertical beam 131, a second vertical beam 132, a third vertical beam 133 and a fourth vertical beam 134, respectively, the lower end of the first vertical beam 131 is connected with the left front portion of the square base 12, and the upper end thereof is connected with the left front portion of the square connecting frame 11, the lower end of the second vertical beam 132 is connected with the right front portion of the square base 12, and the upper end thereof is connected with the right front portion of the square connecting frame 11, the lower end of the third vertical beam 133 is connected with the left rear portion of the square base 12, and the upper end thereof is connected with the left rear portion of the square connecting frame 11, and the fourth vertical beam 134 is connected with the right rear portion of the square base 12, and the upper end thereof is connected with the right rear portion of the square connecting.
Further, the drainage assembly 23 is disposed adjacent to the first and third vertical beams 131 and 133, and the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 is disposed adjacent to the second and fourth vertical beams 132 and 134, so that the drainage assembly 23 is spaced apart from the terminal 331 of the drying tunnel assembly 33 in the left-right direction, thereby preventing the drainage assembly 23 from affecting the terminal 331.
In some examples, the first laundry treating module includes a first outer tub 21 and a first inner tub 22, the first inner tub 22 is disposed inside the first outer tub 21, a lower portion of the first outer tub 21 is provided with a drain opening, the drain assembly 23 includes a drain pipe 231, and one end of the drain pipe 231 is communicated with the drain opening of the first outer tub 21, thereby draining the water inside the first outer tub 21.
In some examples, the drain assembly 23 further includes an air pressure pipe 232, and one end of the air pressure pipe 232 communicates with the drain pipe 231, thereby achieving water level control in the first laundry treating module.
In some examples, the drainage assembly 23 further includes a heating cavity 233, the heating cavity 233 is disposed at a lower portion of the first outer tub 21, the heating cavity 233 is integrally formed with the first outer tub 21, the drainage port is disposed on the heating cavity 233, and one end of the drainage pipe 231 is communicated with the drainage port on the heating cavity 233. The heating chamber 233 is used to heat the water flowing into the inside thereof, i.e., the heating chamber 233 can heat the water located inside thereof according to a program setting.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the second laundry treating module includes a second outer tub 31 and a second inner tub 32, the second inner tub 32 is disposed inside the second outer tub 31, a drying tunnel assembly 33 is communicated with the second outer tub 31, and the drying tunnel assembly 33 is used for heating air exhausted from the second outer tub 31 and delivering the heated air into the second outer tub 31, thereby drying laundry inside the second inner tub 32.
As shown in fig. 7-10, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the drain assembly 23 includes a heating cavity 233, at least a portion of the heating cavity 233 being offset from the drying tunnel assembly 33 in the up-down direction and the horizontal direction.
According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, at least part of the heating cavity 233 and the drying tunnel assembly 33 are arranged in a staggered manner in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, so that the heating cavity 233 and the drying tunnel assembly 33 can be prevented from interfering in the operation process of the clothes treatment device 100, the height of the clothes treatment device 100 can be reduced, and the clothes treatment device 100 can be miniaturized.
In some embodiments, the drying tunnel assembly 33 is located in the middle of the upper portion of the second laundry treatment module, and the heating cavity 233 is offset with respect to the middle of the lower portion of the first laundry treatment module.
For example, the heating cavity 233 may be disposed at a left portion of a lower portion of the first laundry treatment module, i.e., a projection of the heating cavity 233 on a horizontal plane passing through a central axis of the first laundry treatment module is located at a left side of the central axis of the first laundry treatment module. As another example, the heating cavity 233 may be disposed at a right portion of a lower portion of the first laundry treatment module, i.e., a projection of the heating cavity 233 on a horizontal plane passing through a central axis of the first laundry treatment module is located at a right side of the central axis of the first laundry treatment module.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 10, a laundry treating apparatus 100 according to other embodiments of the present invention includes a support frame 10 and a first laundry treating module, the support frame 10 defining a receiving space, the first laundry treating module being provided in the receiving space, and the first laundry treating module being coupled to the support frame 10. In the description of the present invention, "the first feature" may include one or more of the features.
Wherein, the first laundry treating module includes an outer tub (a first outer tub 21 as shown in fig. 1) extending in a horizontal direction, the outer tub includes a first tub 211 and a second tub 212, the first tub 211 and the second tub 212 are arranged along an axial direction of the outer tub (a front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1 and 10), the first tub 211 and the second tub 212 are connected by a plurality of fasteners 214, and any one of the fasteners 214 is lower than a highest point of the outer tub.
According to the laundry treatment apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by setting any one of the fastening members 214 lower than the highest point of the tub, it is advantageous to reduce the height of the tub of the first laundry treatment module, thereby reducing the height of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 and realizing the miniaturization of the laundry treatment apparatus 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of fastening members 214 are provided at intervals along a circumferential direction of the outer tub, ensuring connection reliability and sealability of the first and second tubs 211 and 212 in the circumferential direction.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the rear end of the first tub 211 is closed to form a tub bottom of the tub, the front end of the first tub 211 has a first opening, the front end of the second tub 212 has an opening to form an open opening of the tub, and the rear end of the second tub 212 has a second opening, i.e., the first tub 211 has a first opening opened toward the second tub 212, and the second tub 212 has a second opening opened toward the first tub 211.
Further, the peripheral wall of the first barrel 211 is provided with a plurality of first lugs 2111, the plurality of first lugs 2111 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first opening, the peripheral wall of the second barrel 212 is provided with a plurality of second lugs 2121, the plurality of second lugs 2121 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second opening, the plurality of first lugs 2111 and the plurality of second lugs 2121 are in one-to-one correspondence in position and are correspondingly connected through a plurality of fasteners 214, so that the tight connection of the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 is realized.
In some examples, the heights of the first and second lugs 2111 and 2121 are not higher than the highest point of the tub, which is beneficial for reducing the height of the tub of the first laundry treatment module, thereby reducing the height of the laundry treatment apparatus 100.
As shown in fig. 6, in some examples, any two adjacent first lugs 2111 are connected by a first connecting rib 2112, the first connecting rib 2112 extends along the circumferential direction of the first opening, any two adjacent second lugs 2121 are connected by a second connecting rib 2122, and the second connecting rib 2122 extends along the circumferential direction of the second opening, so that not only the structural strength of the first lugs 2111 and the second lugs 2121 can be ensured, but also the contact area between the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 can be increased, and the connection tightness between the first barrel 211 and the second barrel 212 can be further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the highest point of the tub has an avoidance platform 213, and the height of any one of the fasteners 214 is lower than the avoidance platform 213. Therefore, by providing the avoidance platform 213, i.e., by flattening the top of the tub of the first laundry treatment module without affecting the structural strength of the tub of the first laundry treatment module, the height of the tub of the first laundry treatment module can be reduced, thereby reducing the height of the laundry treatment apparatus 100 and realizing the miniaturization of the laundry treatment apparatus 100.
In some embodiments, the first barrel 211 has a first connecting rib 2112 extending along a circumferential direction thereof, the second barrel 212 has a second connecting rib 2122 extending along a circumferential direction thereof, and the avoiding platform 213 is disposed on the first connecting rib 2112 and/or the second connecting rib 2122 at the top of the tub, that is, the first connecting rib 2112 and the second connecting rib 2122 at the top of the tub are flattened, which is beneficial to reduce the height of the tub of the first laundry processing module, thereby reducing the height of the laundry processing apparatus 100 and realizing the miniaturization of the laundry processing apparatus 100.
In some embodiments, the first laundry treating module is hung from the upper portion of the support frame 10 by the upper connecting assembly 40, and the upper connecting assembly 40 is connected to the first tub 211 and the second tub 212.
Specifically, the upper connection assembly 40 includes a plurality of upper connection members 41 arranged at intervals, at least one upper connection member 41 is connected to the upper portion of the support frame 10 and the first tub 211, and at least one upper connection member 41 is connected to the upper portion of the support frame 10 and the second tub 212, ensuring the mounting reliability and stability of the first laundry treating module.
In some embodiments, the support frame 10 includes a connecting cross member 14 at a central portion, and the first laundry treatment module is supported to the support frame 10 by an upper vibration damping assembly 50, wherein the upper vibration damping assembly 50 includes at least two upper vibration damping members 51 disposed opposite to each other, and each upper vibration damping member 51 is connected to the connecting cross member 14 and the first laundry treatment module, respectively.
Specifically, the axial length of the first tub 211 is greater than the axial length of the second tub 212, the upper damper 51 is formed as an upper damper, one end of the upper damper is connected to the connection beam 14 and the other end is connected to the first tub 211, not only can a damping effect be achieved, but also the stability of the first laundry treating module can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the first fabric treatment module further comprises an inner drum rotatably disposed within the outer drum.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further comprises a second laundry treating module, the first laundry treating module being disposed in the accommodating space and connected to the support frame 10, the second laundry treating module being located below the first laundry treating module. The second clothes processing module can be a clothes washing module and can also be a clothes drying module.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "axial", "radial", "circumferential", and the like, indicate orientations and positional relationships based on the orientations and positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are used merely for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element so referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Other configurations and operations of the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (13)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a support frame defining an accommodation space;
the first clothes treatment module is arranged in the accommodating space and connected with the supporting frame, the first clothes treatment module comprises an outer barrel extending along the horizontal direction, the outer barrel comprises a first barrel part and a second barrel part which are axially arranged, the first barrel part and the second barrel part are connected through a plurality of fasteners, and any one of the fasteners is lower than the highest point of the outer barrel.
2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the fastening members are provided at intervals along a circumferential direction of the outer tub.
3. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first tub has a first opening opened toward the second tub, the second tub has a second opening opened toward the first tub,
the outer peripheral wall of the first barrel part is provided with a plurality of first lugs arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first opening, the outer peripheral wall of the second barrel part is provided with a plurality of second lugs arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second opening, and the plurality of first lugs and the plurality of second lugs are correspondingly connected through a plurality of fasteners.
4. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first lug and the second lug have a height not higher than a highest point of the outer tub.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein any two adjacent first lugs are connected by a first connecting rib extending in a circumferential direction of the first opening; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
any two adjacent second lugs are connected through a second connecting rib, and the second connecting rib extends along the circumferential direction of the second opening.
6. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the outer tub has an escape platform at a highest point thereof, and a height of any one of the fastening members is lower than the escape platform.
7. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the first tub has a first connecting rib extending along a circumferential direction thereof, the second tub has a second connecting rib extending along a circumferential direction thereof, and the avoiding platform is provided at the first connecting rib and/or the second connecting rib at a top of the outer tub.
8. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first laundry treating module is hung at an upper portion of the supporting frame by an upper connecting assembly, the upper connecting assembly being connected to the first tub and the second tub.
9. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the upper coupling assembly includes a plurality of upper coupling members spaced apart from each other, at least one of the upper coupling members has one end coupled to the upper portion of the support frame and the other end coupled to the first tub, and at least one of the upper coupling members has one end coupled to the upper portion of the support frame and the other end coupled to the second tub.
10. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the support frame includes a connection cross member at a middle portion, the first laundry treating module is supported to the support frame by an upper vibration damping assembly,
the upper vibration damping assembly comprises at least two upper vibration damping pieces which are oppositely arranged, one end of each upper vibration damping piece is connected with the connecting cross beam, and the other end of each upper vibration damping piece is connected with the first clothes treatment module.
11. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the first tub has an axial length greater than that of the second tub, and the upper damper is formed as an upper damper rod having one end hinged to the connecting cross member and the other end hinged to the first tub.
12. A laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-11, wherein the first laundry treatment module further comprises an inner drum rotatably disposed within the outer tub.
13. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-11, further comprising:
a second laundry treating module, the first laundry treating module being disposed in the accommodating space and connected with the supporting frame, the second laundry treating module being located below the first laundry treating module.
