The aqueous environmentally friendly ripple paint of claim 1, wherein: the water-based resin is one or more of water-based acrylic resin, water-based saturated polyester resin, water-based cellulose acetate resin, water-based amino resin and water-based alkyd resin; the water-based pigment is one or more of water-based titanium dioxide, water-based carbon black and water-based iron oxide; the water-based filler is one or more of water-based barium sulfate, water-based talcum powder and water-based calcium carbonate; the water-based surface active polymer is one or more of water-based polyacrylate polymer, water-based high-carbon fatty acid methyl ester, water-based tripolyphosphate, water-based alkyl glycoside salt, water-based fluorine modified acrylate polymer and water-based siloxane polymer.
4. The aqueous environmentally friendly ripple paint of claim 2, wherein: the water-based auxiliary agent comprises one or more of a water-based smoothing agent, a water-based defoaming agent, a water-based wetting dispersant and a water-based anti-settling agent.
5. The aqueous environmentally friendly ripple paint of claim 4, wherein: the water-based auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the water-based anti-settling agent: 0.7-1.2 parts;
water-based defoaming agent: 0.1-0.5 part;
and (3) water-based leveling agent: 0.2-0.5 part;
aqueous wetting dispersant: 0.2-2 parts.
6. The aqueous environmentally friendly ripple paint of claim 2, wherein: the aqueous auxiliary agent also comprises special auxiliary agent XZW 001; the preparation method of the auxiliary agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 85 parts of deionized water, mixing with 0.4 part of lauryl sodium sulfate serving as an emulsifier, 0.9 part of latex S180A 0.9 parts of a reactive emulsifier, 10.2 parts of methyl methacrylate, 9.8 parts of butyl acrylate, 0.2 part of α -methacrylic acid, 0.5 part of fumed silica and 0.5 part of nano diatomite according to parts by weight, stirring strongly to emulsify the mixture into a pre-emulsion, dissolving 0.3 part of ammonium persulfate in a proper amount of water to prepare an initiator solution, and reserving 5g of the initiator solution for later use;
(2) adding 1/5 parts by weight of pre-emulsion into a four-necked bottle provided with a reflux condenser, a stirrer and a partial pressure funnel, heating the mixture to 80 ℃ in a water bath, adding 8g of initiator solution, and stirring the mixture to react; when the liquid in the reactor changes from white to blue, which indicates that the polymerization reaction starts, the pre-emulsion and the initiator solution are dripped; when 1/3 parts by weight of the pre-emulsion are left, 4 parts of the weighed dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate are mixed into the pre-emulsion, and then the mixture is dripped into the reactor, and the whole dripping time is controlled to be 3-4 h; and after all the pre-emulsion is dripped, adding 5g of initiator solution reserved for one time, carrying out heat preservation reaction at the original temperature of 80 ℃ for 1h, then cooling to below 40 ℃, adjusting the pH value to 7-8 by using ammonia water, filtering and discharging.
7. The aqueous environmentally friendly ripple paint of claim 2, wherein: the aqueous solvent is one or more of deionized water, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether and ethylene glycol butyl ether.
8. The method for preparing the water-based environmentally friendly ripple paint according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: comprises the following steps:
(1) premixing: adding 25-60 parts by weight of water-based resin into a dispersion cylinder for stirring; then slowly adding 10-30 parts by weight of aqueous solvent, 2-5 parts by weight of aqueous auxiliary agent, 0.5-5 parts by weight of aqueous surface active polymer and 5-30 parts by weight of aqueous pigment filler in turn, and stirring for 30-60 minutes (min);
(2) grinding: grinding the uniformly premixed slurry to the fineness of less than or equal to 10 mu m by using a sand mill;
(3) preparing paint: and respectively adding the residual water-based resin and the water-based auxiliary agent into the ground slurry, adding deionized water, stirring for 10-30min, and filtering to obtain the water-based environment-friendly corrugated paint.
9. The preparation method of the water-based environment-friendly corrugated paint according to claim 8, characterized by comprising the following steps: the stirring speed in the step (1) is as follows: 800-; the stirring speed in the step (2) is as follows: 500-700 r/min; the stirring speed in the step (3) is as follows: 600 and 800 r/min.
10. Use of the water-based environmentally friendly corrugated paint according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein: the water-based environment-friendly corrugated paint is used for coating automotive interiors and metal products, and comprises the following steps:
(1) spraying the water-based environment-friendly corrugated paint on a metal plate for automobile interior trim, metal products or steel, and leveling for 10-15 minutes;
(2) and baking the metal plate coated with the water-based environment-friendly corrugated paint at 70-80 ℃ for 45-60min, cooling to room temperature after baking, and standing for 24-72 hours.
