The green bamboo wooded fireproof heat-preservation disassembly-free template comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40 parts of aluminum silicate, 25 parts of talcum powder, 15 parts of magnesium sulfate, 15 parts of glass powder, 10 parts of silicon-based alcohol glue, 30 parts of bamboo fiber and 4 parts of basalt fiber;
the silicon-based alcohol glue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
3 parts of acrylic emulsion, 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 7 parts of nano silicon dioxide solution, 0.3 part of borax and 85 parts of water;
the length of the bamboo fiber is 4 cm; the length of the basalt fiber is 4 cm.
The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: 1) inputting the raw materials of aluminum silicate, talcum powder and glass powder into a dry mixer according to dosage for mixing, and inputting the raw materials into a high-speed stirrer after the raw materials are uniformly mixed; inputting the metered magnesium sulfate solution into a high-speed stirrer for stirring; after the materials are uniformly stirred, sequentially inputting the raw materials of the silicon-based alcohol glue, the basalt fiber and the bamboo fiber into a high-speed stirrer for stirring; then, an aerating device of the high-speed stirrer is opened to carry out aeration stirring operation.
