An aquaculture wastewater treatment system according to claim 1 wherein: the back of the protein separation box (21) is fixedly connected with a bubble absorbing machine (28), one side of the bubble absorbing machine (28) is communicated with a bubble absorbing pipe (29), and one end of the bubble absorbing pipe (29) penetrates through the protein separation box (21) and extends into the protein separation box (21).

An aquaculture wastewater treatment system according to claim 4 wherein: the top of the protein separation box (21) is fixedly connected with a second motor (30), the top end of the rotary column (24) penetrates through the protein separation box (21) and extends to the outside of the protein separation box (21), and one end of an output shaft of the second motor (30) is fixedly connected with the top end of the rotary column (24) through a coupler.
