Detailed Description
The key of the application is to provide a vehicle Electronic Control Unit function setting method, a vehicle Electronic Control Unit function setting device, a vehicle-mounted device and a computer readable storage medium, and the corresponding function setting operation is executed on a corresponding Electronic Control Unit (ECU) after a key trigger instruction is received through a key mapping configuration file, so that the convenience degree of vehicle function setting is improved.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the prior art, as the degree of electronization of most functions of a vehicle is higher and higher, the setting operation of the functions is arranged in a menu of an electronization system, for example, a software function is arranged in a dashboard or a menu of a navigation function. On the basis, if a user of the vehicle operates some functions, the user needs to select the functions through a function selection key or manually touch the functions so as to enter a designated setting operation menu, and finally, the user can perform setting and operation. Therefore, in the prior art, some common functions still need to be selected from a menu, and the operation can be carried out only finally, so that the operation steps are very complicated. If the operation is carried out during the driving, the attention of a driver is influenced, and great hidden danger is caused to the driving safety.
Therefore, the application provides a method for setting functions of electronic control units of a vehicle, which comprises the steps of firstly matching a key triggering instruction triggered at the moment according to a determined key mapping configuration file through an OBD (on Board Diagnostics) device to obtain a function setting command corresponding to a triggering key, then establishing communication connection with the corresponding electronic control unit in a plurality of electronic control units of the vehicle according to the function setting command, so that the electronic control unit can be controlled and operated after the communication connection is established, and finally performing function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command to realize the function setting operation of the corresponding electronic control unit directly through key mapping instead of searching or selecting operation in an original electronic control unit menu, the driver can set functions through the entity keys, the distraction of the driver is avoided, and the driving safety is ensured.
The following embodiments mainly apply the method for setting the functions of the vehicle electronic control unit provided by the present application to the OBD device, and may also be applied to other vehicle-mounted devices to set the functions of the electronic control unit. Therefore, when the method is applied to different vehicle-mounted devices, reference may be made to the following embodiments, which are not described herein in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a first method for setting functions of an electronic control unit of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the method may include:
s101, matching the received key trigger instruction according to the acquired key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command;
the step aims to match a corresponding function setting command in a key mapping configuration file according to a key triggering instruction after the key triggering instruction is received. That is, the corresponding relationship between the entity key and the function setting command is already set in the key mapping configuration file, and when the entity key is pressed, that is, after the key triggering command is received, the corresponding relationship of the key triggering command is matched in the key mapping configuration file, so that the corresponding function setting command can be determined. Therefore, through the step, when the entity key is pressed, the OBD device can determine the corresponding function setting command, so as to perform function setting on the electronic control unit in the subsequent step according to the function setting command.
The key mapping configuration file is stored in the OBD device and stores file data of mapping relation between entity keys and function setting commands. It can be seen that, in order to determine the setting function corresponding to the entity key in this step, the corresponding operation may be executed only after the key mapping configuration file is obtained. Specifically, the key mapping configuration file in this step may be stored in a storage medium of the OBD device in advance, or may be obtained through a preset path before the execution of this embodiment. Still further, the key mapping configuration file obtained by the OBD device may be obtained in a wired manner, for example, by Serial connection or USB (Universal Serial Bus) connection. The acquisition may also be performed wirelessly, for example, via bluetooth or Wifi.
Still further, the key mapping configuration file may be a configuration file set by a user according to a requirement, may also be a configuration file obtained by automatically identifying a function according to a type of an entity key, and may also be a configuration file downloaded from a database.
It can be seen that the generation method of the configuration file is not limited in this step, and the acquisition method of the configuration file is not limited. In the actual use process, an appropriate generation manner or acquisition manner may be selected according to the use environment, and is not specifically limited herein.
In addition, the key triggering instruction in this step is a key triggering instruction received after the physical key is pressed. Specifically, the physical key may be a physical key existing on the OBD device, may be a separate physical key connected wirelessly, or may be a physical key provided in the vehicle. It is clear that the specific form of the physical key in this step is not unique, and is not limited herein. For the different forms of the entity key, the manner of obtaining the key trigger instruction in this step is also different. The signal may be an electrical signal transmitted through an electrical circuit, an electrical signal transmitted through a wireless signal, or a signal transmitted through an acousto-optic medium. It can be seen that the transmission manner of the key triggering instruction is not unique, and is not limited herein.
S102, establishing communication connection with a corresponding electronic control unit according to the function setting command;
on the basis of S101, this step is intended to establish a communication connection to the corresponding electronic control unit according to the matched function setting command. Because the degree of electronization of the vehicle is higher and higher, different functional modules in the vehicle correspond to different electronic control units, and when the corresponding functional modules need to be operated, the corresponding electronic control units need to be in communication connection. Therefore, in this step, the corresponding electronic control unit needs to be determined according to the function setting command, and then the corresponding electronic control unit needs to be in communication connection with the corresponding electronic control unit.
Further, after the electronic control unit to be linked is determined, any communication connection establishment method with the electronic control unit provided in the prior art may be used to establish a communication connection with the electronic control unit, which is not specifically limited herein. The manner of establishing the communication connection described in the next embodiment may also be used.
And S103, after the communication connection is successfully established, performing function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command.
On the basis of S102, this step is intended to execute a corresponding function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command after the communication connection is successfully established. That is, the corresponding setting operation is performed on the electronic control unit.
For example, when the function setting command is an ambience light turn-on command, the corresponding electronic control unit is a vehicle light electronic control unit, and thus, the corresponding ambience light turn-on operation is performed on the vehicle light electronic control unit.
The method for executing the function setting operation on the corresponding electronic control unit after the function setting command is acquired may be any one of the methods for executing the function setting operation provided in the prior art, and may also be the method described in the following embodiments, which is not limited specifically again.
In summary, in the embodiment, the OBD device firstly matches the key triggering instruction triggered at this time according to the determined key mapping configuration file, so as to obtain the function setting command corresponding to the triggering key, and then establishes communication connection with the corresponding electronic control unit in the electronic control units of the vehicle according to the function setting command, so that the electronic control unit can be controlled and operated after establishing communication connection, and therefore, the function setting operation is performed on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command, so that the direct setting operation of the corresponding electronic control unit function through key mapping is realized instead of performing searching or selecting operation in the original electronic control unit menu, and the driver can perform function setting through the entity key while improving the convenience of the function setting operation, the distraction of the driver is avoided, and the driving safety is ensured.
The following further describes a function setting method of a vehicle electronic control unit provided by the present application, by an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a second method for setting functions of an electronic control unit of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the method may include:
s201, acquiring a key mapping configuration file through wireless connection;
s202, when a key triggering instruction is received, matching the key triggering instruction in a key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command;
it can be seen that, in this embodiment, S201 and S202 mainly describe how to match the corresponding function setting command from the obtained key mapping configuration file in the previous embodiment. In this embodiment, the key mapping configuration file is first obtained in a wireless manner, where the wireless manner includes Wifi, bluetooth, and near field communication. The method and the device can facilitate the driver to modify and update the mapping relation in the OBD, and reduce the complexity of wired connection. And then, after a key triggering instruction is received, matching the key triggering instruction in a key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command.
The matching mode may be a search through a keyword, or a search through an identification code, which is not specifically limited herein.
S203, establishing communication connection with the corresponding electronic control unit according to the function setting command;
and S204, after the communication connection is successfully established, performing function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command.
For the specific implementation process of the above steps S203 and S204, reference may be made to the content of the foregoing embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
The following further describes a function setting method of a vehicle electronic control unit provided by the present application, by an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a third method for setting functions of an electronic control unit of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the method may include:
s301, obtaining a key mapping configuration file through wired connection;
s302, when a key triggering instruction is received, matching the key triggering instruction in a key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command;
it can be seen that, in this embodiment, S301 and S302 mainly describe how to match a corresponding function setting command from the obtained key mapping configuration file in the previous embodiment. In this embodiment, the key mapping configuration file is first obtained in a wired manner, where the wired manner includes a serial port connection, a USB connection, and an optical fiber connection. The method and the device can facilitate the driver to modify and update the mapping relation in the OBD, and improve the stability of data transmission. And then, after receiving a key triggering instruction, matching the key triggering instruction in a key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command.
The matching mode may be a search through a keyword, or a search through an identification code, which is not specifically limited herein.
S303, establishing communication connection with a corresponding electronic control unit according to the function setting command;
and S304, after the communication connection is successfully established, performing function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command.
For the specific implementation process of the above steps S303 and S304, reference may be made to the content of the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The following further describes a function setting method of a vehicle electronic control unit provided by the present application, by an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a fourth method for setting functions of an electronic control unit of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the method may include:
s401, matching the received key trigger instruction according to the obtained key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command;
s402, finding out a corresponding diagnosis protocol file according to the acquired vehicle type information;
s403, searching corresponding electronic control unit diagnosis information in a diagnosis protocol file according to the electronic control unit type corresponding to the function setting command;
s404, establishing communication connection for the electronic control unit according to the diagnosis information of the electronic control unit;
it can be seen that the present embodiment mainly explains how to establish communication connection with the corresponding electronic control unit in the previous embodiment. In brief, in this embodiment, the corresponding electronic control unit diagnosis information is mainly found out according to the function setting command, and finally, the communication connection is established to the electronic control unit according to the electronic control unit diagnosis information. The general OBD device is connected to the electronic control unit in the vehicle mainly through the electronic control unit diagnostic information, but in the prior art, after the connection, the data for diagnosing the electronic control unit is acquired, the setting is not performed on the data, and a command related to the function setting is not transmitted to the electronic control unit according to the function setting command.
And S405, after the communication connection is successfully established, performing function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command.
For the specific implementation process of the above steps S401 and S405, reference may be made to the content of the foregoing embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
The following further describes a function setting method of a vehicle electronic control unit provided by the present application, by an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a fifth method for setting functions of an electronic control unit of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the method may include:
s501, matching the received key trigger instruction according to the acquired key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command;
s502, establishing communication connection with a corresponding electronic control unit according to the function setting command;
s503, when the communication connection is successfully established, the current state of the function corresponding to the function setting command is obtained;
s504, judging whether the current state is different from the state corresponding to the function setting command;
and S505, if so, performing function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command.
It can be seen that how to perform the function setting operation on the electronic control unit is further described in the present embodiment. In short, it is determined how to perform the function setting operation by the current state of the electronic control unit. For example, the function setting command is to turn on the atmosphere lamp, but at this time, the atmosphere lamp is found to be in an on state after the status information acquisition is performed, and therefore, it is not necessary to continue to perform the corresponding operation.
For the specific implementation process of the steps S501 to S502, reference may be made to the content of the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The following further describes a function setting method of a vehicle electronic control unit provided by the present application, by an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a sixth method for setting functions of an electronic control unit of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the method may include:
s601, matching the received key trigger instruction according to the acquired key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command;
s602, establishing communication connection with a corresponding electronic control unit according to the function setting command;
s603, after the communication connection is successfully established, performing function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command;
s604, when the mapping modification data is received through the preset path, modifying the key mapping configuration file according to the mapping modification data.
It can be seen that the present embodiment is mainly an extension of the first embodiment. When the key mapping configuration file needs to be modified, mapping modification data is received through a preset path, wherein the preset path is substantially the same as the preset path of the received key mapping configuration file, and can be a wired path or a wireless path. And then, modifying the key mapping configuration file according to the received mapping modification data so as to update the content in the key mapping configuration file.
For the specific implementation process of the steps S601 to S603, reference may be made to the content of the foregoing embodiment, and details are not repeated herein.
The following further describes a function setting method of a vehicle electronic control unit provided by the present application, by an embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a seventh method for setting functions of an electronic control unit of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the method may include:
s701, matching the received key trigger instruction according to the acquired key mapping configuration file to obtain a corresponding function setting command;
s702, establishing communication connection with a corresponding electronic control unit according to a function setting command;
s703, after the communication connection is successfully established, performing function setting operation on the electronic control unit according to the function setting command;
and S704, sending a voice prompt after the function setting operation is successful.
It can be seen that the present embodiment also mainly extends the method for setting the functions of the vehicle electronic control unit provided by the embodiment. Specifically, a voice prompt is sent after the function setting is successful, so that the driver is notified of the completion of the setting.
For the specific implementation process of the steps S701 to S703, reference may be made to the content of the foregoing embodiment, and details are not repeated here.
The following further describes a method for setting functions of an electronic control unit of a vehicle according to another embodiment.
In this embodiment, the processing procedure is divided into an APP processing procedure and an OBD device.
Wherein, the APP processing procedure may include:
step 1, firstly, connecting the USB cable or the Bluetooth to an upper computer APP;
step 2, after the connection is successful, displaying a list of all vehicle types on the APP terminal to allow the vehicle owner to select the vehicle type, for example, the vehicle owner selects the galloping S350;
step 3, displaying an entity key list on the current OBD device on the APP, such as a key 1 and a key 2;
step 4, the vehicle owner selects a key to be mapped, such as a key 1, then an APP displays all function item lists which can be configured or set and are supported by the current vehicle type, and the vehicle owner can map the function items according to the needs of the vehicle owner, such as mapping the key 1 to the closing of an ESP function, mapping the key 2 to the opening of an atmosphere lamp, and the like;
step 5, sending the mapping relation of the selected keys and the diagnostic protocols of the mapping functions to an OBD device, for example, sending an ESP function closing diagnostic protocol of the key 1 and an atmosphere lamp opening diagnostic protocol of the key 2 to the OBD device, so that the OBD device avoids storing the diagnostic protocols without functions;
and 6, the APP sends the mapping relation and the diagnosis protocol of the mapping function to the OBD device through the Bluetooth or USB interface.
Wherein, the processing procedure of the OBD device can comprise:
step 1, the OBD device is provided with a special data receiving module, after receiving file data sent by the APP, the OBD device stores the data in a mapping configuration file and a mapping diagnosis protocol file of the OBD device, and the OBD device cannot be lost even in power failure.
And 2, inserting the OBD device on an OBD interface of the automobile after setting, supplying power by the OBD, wherein the No. 16 pin is a power line, the No. 4 pin is a ground wire, and the No. 5 pin is a signal ground wire.
And 3, automatically calling a lower computer program in the device after the OBD device is electrified, and monitoring which entity key on the OBD device is pressed by the vehicle owner.
And 4, if the key 2 on the OBD device is pressed down, searching the mapping function of the current key 2 through the mapping configuration file. For example, the owner of the vehicle maps key 2 to the function of turning on the mood light of the vehicle.
And 5, searching a diagnosis flow protocol for turning on the vehicle atmosphere lamp from the mapping diagnosis protocol file by the OBD device, wherein the diagnosis flow protocol comprises diagnosis information of a vehicle lamp electronic control unit system, an operation command of the atmosphere lamp and the like. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a protocol type of an electronic control unit of the vehicle lamp, a system filtering ID, a baud rate, a communication pin, a system entering command, an atmosphere lamp opening command and the like.
And 6, according to the diagnosis information of the electronic control unit of the vehicle lamp, establishing the OBD device in the communication connection of the vehicle, for example, setting the protocol type to be CAN type, the communication pins to be No. 6 and No. 14 pins, the communication baud rate to be 500K, the filtering ID of the system to be 0xBE00, and the receiving ID to be 0Xbe 20.
And 7, after the communication connection is established, sending a system activation command to the electronic control unit of the vehicle lamp, for example, 0x1001, and if the electronic control unit of the vehicle lamp replies 0x5001, the system activation is successful.
Step 8, after entering the vehicle lamp electronic control unit, sending a current vehicle atmosphere lamp state reading command, such as 0x222001, and the vehicle lamp electronic control unit returning the current atmosphere lamp state to the device through reply data, such as 0x62200101, and analyzing according to an algorithm, such as 01 representing an on state and 00 representing an off state.
And 9, if the current vehicle atmosphere lamp state is already in the on state, the vehicle atmosphere lamp does not need to be turned on repeatedly.
Step 10, if the current atmosphere lamp is in a turned-off state, a command needs to be sent to the vehicle lamp electronic control unit to turn on the atmosphere lamp of the vehicle, for example, 0x2f010801 is sent, and after receiving the command, the vehicle lamp electronic control unit turns on the atmosphere lamp of the vehicle and then returns to 0x6f010801 to indicate that the turning-on is successful.
And step 11, after the atmosphere lamp is successfully turned on, the OBD device informs the owner of the successful turning on of the atmosphere lamp of the current vehicle through voice.
In addition, if the owner presses multiple keys at the same time, the OBD device will have a queue to store all key information and then execute each mapped function in sequence.
Meanwhile, the owner can modify and adjust the mapping function through the APP at any time according to own requirements.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment, the OBD device firstly matches the key triggering instruction triggered at this time according to the determined key mapping configuration file, so as to obtain the function setting command corresponding to the triggering key, and then establishes communication connection with the corresponding electronic control unit in the plurality of electronic control units of the vehicle according to the function setting command, so that the electronic control unit can be controlled and operated after establishing communication connection, therefore, the electronic control unit is finally operated according to the function setting command, so as to implement the direct setting operation of the corresponding electronic control unit function through key mapping instead of searching or selecting operation in the original electronic control unit menu, and enable the driver to perform function setting through the entity key while improving the convenience of the function setting operation, the distraction of the driver is avoided, and the driving safety is ensured.
