When the user does not use the screen, the motor controller 12 controls the screen 1 to descend, and the screen display driving circuit board 2 swings around the axis of the rotating shaft 17 and folds with the angle between the screen 1 and the screen reduced. When the travel switch or the position switch detects that the screen 1 reaches the designated position, a signal is transmitted to the motor controller 12, so that the motor controller controls the motor 3 to stop working, and the screen 1 stops ascending or descending.
