Example 1
A PVC hollow pipe comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of PVC, 30 parts of plasticizer, 26 parts of calcium carbonate, 3.7 parts of stabilizer and 0.3 part of lubricant, wherein the plasticizer is trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM), the stabilizer is calcium-zinc stabilizer, and the lubricant is stearic acid. The results of the performance tests of the PVC hollow pipe of example 1 are shown in Table 1.
The preparation process of the PVC hollow tube granules (or pills) comprises the following steps: firstly, adding the raw material components into a high-speed mixer, and heating and mixing to obtain a uniform and dry mixture; and then adding the dry mixture into an extruder, heating to form a uniform melt, cooling, and shearing to prepare granules or pills.
Example 2
The PVC hollow pipe comprises, by weight, 42 parts of PVC, 31 parts of a plasticizer, 24.3 parts of calcium carbonate, 2.5 parts of a stabilizer and 0.2 part of a lubricant, wherein the plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate (DPHP), the stabilizer is a calcium-zinc stabilizer, and the lubricant is PE wax. The PVC pellets (or pills) are prepared by the method. The results of the performance tests of the PVC hollow pipe of example 2 are shown in Table 1.
Example 3
A PVC hollow pipe comprises, by weight, 43 parts of PVC, 34 parts of a plasticizer, 20.5 parts of calcium carbonate, 2.3 parts of a stabilizer and 0.2 part of a lubricant, wherein the plasticizer is dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP), the stabilizer is a calcium-zinc stabilizer, and the lubricant is stearic acid or PE wax. The PVC pellets (or pills) are prepared by the method. The results of the performance tests of the PVC hollow pipe of example 3 are shown in Table 1.
Example 4
A PVC hollow tube comprises, by weight, 47 parts of PVC, 32.5 parts of a plasticizer, 18 parts of calcium carbonate, 2 parts of a stabilizer, 0.2 part of a lubricant and 0.3 part of a mildew-proof antibacterial agent, wherein the plasticizer is trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM) and dioctyl phthalate (DPHP) account for half of the plasticizer, the stabilizer is a calcium-zinc stabilizer, and the lubricant is stearic acid. The PVC pellets (or pills) are prepared by the method. The results of the performance tests of the PVC hollow pipe of example 4 are shown in Table 1.
Example 5
A PVC hollow pipe comprises, by weight, 50 parts of PVC, 30.5 parts of plasticizer, 17 parts of calcium carbonate, 1.7 parts of stabilizer, 0.3 part of lubricant, 0.3 part of mildew-proof antibacterial agent and 0.2 part of weather-proof ultraviolet-resistant agent, wherein the plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate (DPHP) and dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) account for half of the plasticizers, the stabilizer is calcium-zinc stabilizer, and the lubricant is stearic acid. The PVC granules (or pills) are prepared by the method. The results of the performance tests of the PVC hollow pipe of example 5 are shown in Table 1.
Example 6
A PVC hollow pipe comprises, by weight, 55 parts of PVC, 26 parts of a plasticizer, 16.5 parts of calcium carbonate, 2.1 parts of a stabilizer, 0.2 part of a lubricant and 0.2 part of a weather-resistant and ultraviolet-resistant agent, wherein the plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate (DPHP) and dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) account for half of the plasticizers, the stabilizer is a calcium-zinc stabilizer, and the lubricant is stearic acid. The PVC pellets (or pills) are prepared by the method. The results of the performance tests of the PVC hollow pipe of example 6 are shown in Table 1.
Example 7
The PVC hollow pipe comprises, by weight, 60 parts of PVC, 25 parts of a plasticizer, 13 parts of calcium carbonate, 1.7 parts of a stabilizer and 0.3 part of a lubricant, wherein the plasticizer is trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM) and dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) account for half of the plasticizer respectively, the stabilizer is a calcium-zinc stabilizer, and the lubricant is PE wax. The PVC pellets (or pills) are prepared by the method. The results of the performance tests of the PVC hollow pipe of example 7 are shown in Table 1.

Table 1 shows the performance test results of the seven examples, and it can be seen from table 1 that:
(1) the shore hardness is between 72 and 83 at 23 ℃ and room temperature, and the shore hardness from example 1 to example 7 shows a tendency to reduce the load rise, particularly as low as 72 in the composition of example 3;
(2) from example 1 to example 7, the values of specific gravity (g/m) decrease progressively;
(3) examples 1 to 7 all passed the temperature resistance level test of the type test at 70 ℃;
(4) the tensile strength is between 15 and 16MPa, and the elongation at break is between 360 and 430 percent;
(5) the embrittlement at the low temperature of minus 30 ℃ is lower than 15/30;
(6) by using a GB/T2951.12 test method, the hot air aging tensile strength can pass a type test of more than or equal to 10MPa under the condition of 100 +/-2 ℃ for 168h, and the change rate of the hot air aging tensile strength is +/-20%; the hot air aged elongation at break is greater than or equal to 150% under the condition of 100 +/-2 ℃ for 168h, and the change rate of the hot air aged elongation at break is +/-20% (not written in a table).
The PVC hollow pipe prepared from the components in the embodiment 3 can better meet the requirements of good rebound resilience and high breaking strength and can be more suitable for outdoor sunshine and temperature change through the performance test.
Example 8
A braid comprising a PVC hollow pipe, as shown in figure 1, comprises a weaving layer 1 and an inner core 2, wherein the weaving layer 1 is wrapped outside the inner core 2, the inner core 2 comprises a filling layer 21 and an intermediate layer 22, the filling layer 21 is filled in the inner cavity of the intermediate layer 22, and the outer surface of the intermediate layer 22 is contacted with the inner surface of the weaving layer 1.
The middle layer 22 of the present invention is the PVC hollow pipe of any one of embodiments 1 to 5, the filling layer 21 is made of high elastic polyester yarn or low elastic polyester yarn, and the high elastic polyester yarn or the low elastic polyester yarn is filled in the PVC hollow pipe.
The inner core 2, as shown in fig. 1-3, is prepared by placing a creel for high-elastic polyester yarns or low-elastic polyester yarns at the rear side of a feed port of a PVC extruder, allowing the high-elastic polyester yarns or the low-elastic polyester yarns to pass through a central hole of an extrusion port die of the extruder, extruding molten PVC granules or pellets through the extrusion port die to form a strip-shaped solid circular tube with a PVC hollow tube outside and the high-elastic polyester yarns or the low-elastic polyester yarns filled inside, wherein the filling layer 21 is in a bundle shape in the intermediate layer 22, that is, a plurality of high-elastic polyester yarns or low-elastic polyester yarns are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the hollow tube, and the filling layer 21 is filled in the processing process of the intermediate layer 22, so that the filling layer 21 can be adhered by using the residual heat of the intermediate layer 22 and the molten PVC which is not completely solidified inside, and the filling layer 21 is prevented from being separated from the intermediate layer 22. The PVC hollow pipe has the characteristics of water resistance, mildew resistance and oil resistance, and the PVC hollow pipe and the high-elasticity polyester yarns or the low-elasticity polyester yarns have good rebound resilience and can realize the automatic retraction of the inner core 2; high-elastic polyester yarn or low-elasticity polyester yarn is filled in the PVC hollow tube, so that the tensile breaking strength, elasticity and tension of the inner core 2 can be further enhanced, the braid is easy to shrink and not easy to break, the expansibility of the inner core 2 is also improved simultaneously, and the inner core 2 is more three-dimensional, full, soft and elastic.
Further, the filling layer 21 may also be made of high-strength yarn, such as polyester high-strength yarn and polypropylene high-strength yarn, to improve the tensile strength of the filling layer 21.
Furthermore, the filling layer 21 can also be made of cotton yarn or nylon material or polypropylene material or polyester yarn or viscose fiber or acetate fiber or vinylon, so that the weaving cost of the woven belt is reduced, and the woven belt is also suitable for occasions with low requirements on strength and retraction.
The warp and the weft of the weaving layer 1 are made of yarns or silk made of terylene, acrylic fibers, polypropylene fibers or nylon materials, and are interwoven to form a hollow round fabric, so that compared with rattan, wood and bamboo, the weaving layer has different touch senses, and the comfort level of surface contact of the woven tape is improved.
Specifically, the manufacturing process of the weaving layer 1 and the inner core 2 is to weave the warp and weft of the weaving layer 1 and the inner core 2 together to form a three-layer core-spun ribbon by penetrating the warp and weft on a disc machine or a ribbon loom.
Specifically, in the production process of the PVC hollow pipe of the intermediate layer 22, the extrusion temperature range of PVC is 120-. The friction force between the middle layer 22 and the weaving layer 1 is increased, so that the cohesion firmness of the middle layer 22 and the weaving layer 1 is improved, and the middle layer 22 is prevented from being drawn out of the weaving layer 1.
Of course, the rough matte surface formed on the outer surface of the PVC hollow pipe may also be caused by the rough surface of a mold, specifically, the inner PCV mold surface of the extruder is uneven, and the molten PVC is molded in the mold, so that the rough matte surface is formed on the outer surface of the PVC hollow pipe.
Of course, the outer surface of the PVC hollow pipe can also be processed directly to form a smooth, and the specific manufacturing process with the woven layer 1 is as follows: firstly, adding a plurality of thermal fuses into the raw materials of the warp and the weft of the weaving layer 1, wherein the thermal fuses are polyester thermal fuses or chinlon thermal fuses; secondly, in the forming process of a disc machine or a ribbon loom, the thermal fuse of the weaving layer 1 is interwoven at the inner side and the outer side of the weaving layer 1; then, heating the woven tape, and promoting the thermal fuse to melt at high temperature, wherein the molten thermal fuse is spread on the inner side and the outer side of the weaving layer 1; for the inner side of the weaving layer 1, the yarns of the warp and the weft are bonded by the hot melt, so that the common deformation problem of the existing woven tape can be overcome, and the shape and the weaving tightness of the weaving layer 1 are always kept in the initial state; for the outside of weaving layer 1, can the adhesion weave layer 1 and the smooth surface adhesion of intermediate level 22, play the fixed relative position of weaving between layer 1 and the inner core 2, prevent both from producing relative displacement, can prevent simultaneously that soft inner core 2 from producing deformation to improve the life of meshbelt.
Specifically, the size of the cavity of the intermediate layer 22 is determined according to the required strength of the woven tape, and the amount of the filaments and yarns of the filling layer 21 is determined according to the size of the cavity of the intermediate layer 22, so that the overall volume and weight of the woven tape can be better controlled.
The braid containing the PVC hollow pipe comprises a weaving layer 1 and an inner core 2, wherein the weaving layer 1 is wrapped outside the inner core 2, the inner core 2 comprises a filling layer 21 and a middle layer 22, the middle layer 22 is the PVC hollow pipe, and the filling layer 21 is filled in the middle layer 22; the filler 21 improves the expansion degree and strength of the inner core 2; intermediate level 22 adopts the PVC hollow tube for the meshbelt only can make weaving layer become wet after being stained with the rainwater, blows the air that shines or indoor quick circulation in open air, makes the meshbelt dry out very easily, prevents that the meshbelt from mildening and rot, and then improves the life of meshbelt.
Example 9
