9. The use method of the waste compressor for building construction according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following specific use methods:
step 1: the compression cylinder (1) is horizontally arranged, the electric push rod (27), the transmission machine (28), the double-head motor (31), the air cylinder (42) and the micro motor (46) are all electrically connected with an external distribution box through cables, and a worker controls the operation of the compressor through the distribution box;
step 2: putting the wood waste into an extrusion box (4), controlling an air cylinder (42) to operate, driving an extrusion plate (41) to move towards a pressure bearing plate (43) by the air cylinder (42), extruding and crushing the wood waste between the extrusion plate (41) and the pressure bearing plate (43), controlling a micro motor (46) to work after the wood waste is extruded, driving a valve plate (44) to turn open by the micro motor (46) through a rotating rod (45), and dropping the wood waste under the action of gravity;
and step 3: the wood waste falls into the crushing box (3) through the feeding hole (310), the double-head motor (31) is connected with a power supply, an eccentric block (32) and a driving wheel (33) are driven to rotate simultaneously, the eccentric block (32) rotates eccentrically, the compression cylinder (1) is enabled to be in a shaking state integrally, the wood waste is prevented from being blocked inside the compression cylinder (1), the driving wheel (33) drives a driven wheel (34) to rotate through a belt (35), the driven wheel (34) drives a crushing pin (37) to rotate through a shaft rod (36), the spirally arranged crushing pin (37) winds up the wood waste which is not completely crushed at the bottom of the crushing box, saw teeth (38) are matched with the crushing pin (37) to crush the wood waste, the crushed wood waste is in a wood chip shape and falls down after being filtered by a filter screen plate (39);
and 4, step 4: the wood chips fall into the assembly box (29) to be stored, when the weight of the wood chips in the assembly box (29) is larger than the elastic force of the spring (22), the assembly box (29) presses the spring (22) through the bearing plate (23) and descends at a constant speed, the bearing plate (23) descends to be in contact with the second operation key (25), the electric push rod (27) is connected with a power supply to push the assembly box (29) filled with the wood chips to the right, so that the assembly box (29) moves to the right-side conveyor (28), and the right-side conveyor (28) conveys the assembly box (29) to the outside of the compression cylinder (1);
and 5: after the assembly box (29) at the top of the bearing plate (23) is completely moved out, the spring (22) does not bear force to jack up the bearing plate (23) upwards, when the first operation key (24) is not in contact with the assembly box (29), the left transmission machine (28) is connected to a power supply to work, the empty assembly box (29) is transmitted to the top of the bearing plate (23), when the bottom of the assembly box (29) is overlapped with the top of the bearing plate (23), the assembly box (29) is in contact with the first operation key (24), the left transmission machine (28) stops running, and the compressor can be continuously and equivalently assembled with sawdust by repeating the step 4.
