Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hot edge sealing and punching, relates to equipment for edge sealing and punching of a vacuum insulation panel and a using method thereof, and particularly relates to equipment suitable for edge sealing and punching of a special-shaped vacuum insulation panel and a using method thereof.
Background
The vacuum insulation panel has excellent heat insulation performance, the perforated and notched special-shaped vacuum insulation panel is frequently used in practical application, and the edge sealing and waste material taking out of the perforated and notched special-shaped vacuum insulation panel in the current industry need to be performed twice, so that unnecessary waste is caused, and the processing efficiency is low.
The existing operation sequence is as follows: firstly, the power supply of the heat sealing equipment is turned on, and the heat sealing equipment is heated. When the temperature reaches the range of the equipment, the vacuum insulation plate is placed on the table top of the heat-sealing equipment, then positioning is carried out, the switch is turned on, and then the upper die moves downwards through the air cylinder; when the upper die stops, timing and heat sealing are started; after timing is finished, heat sealing is stopped, and the upper die and the air cylinder are reset; and finally, taking out the heat-sealed vacuum heat-insulating plate, and manually or mechanically cutting off redundant parts. The processing mode can increase unnecessary labor hour, and is difficult to effectively ensure the consistency of products, and the rejection rate is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a device for edge sealing and punching of a vacuum insulation panel and a use method thereof, aiming at solving the problems that the existing special-shaped vacuum insulation panel needs two working procedures to finish edge sealing, the labor hour is increased, and the consistency of products is difficult to guarantee.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides equipment for edge sealing and punching of a vacuum insulation panel, which comprises a workbench, a die, a rack arranged on the workbench and a cylinder arranged on the rack in a matching way, wherein the die consists of an upper die assembly and a lower die assembly, the upper die assembly sequentially comprises an upper die fixing plate, an upper die which is fixed on the upper die fixing plate and is provided with an opening, an elastic supporting piece which is fixed on the upper die fixing plate at the inner side of the opening of the upper die and a punch head which is clamped at the inner side of the opening of the upper die from top to bottom, the lower die assembly sequentially comprises a lower die fixing plate, a lower die which is fixed on the lower die fixing plate and is provided with an opening and a high-temperature resistant silica gel pad which is clamped on the lower die from bottom to top, the edge of the lower die is integrally formed with a boss, the high-temperature resistant, the piston rod of the cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper die fixing plate, the lower die fixing plate is fixed on the workbench, and the upper die and the lower die are provided with heating devices.
Furthermore, the openings on the upper die, the high-temperature-resistant silica gel pad and the lower die are L, U or O-shaped.
Further, the heating device is a heating rod with the same shape as the upper die or the lower die.

C. after the timing is finished, the cylinder moves downwards to the position B for the second time, the upper die presses down the high-temperature-resistant silica gel pad to tightly press the vacuum insulation panel, meanwhile, the punch head gradually presses down into the lower die, redundant materials on the vacuum insulation panel are cut off and separated from the vacuum insulation panel, and the cut part is packaged;
D. and triggering a reset signal by the punch, moving the cylinder and the upper die upwards for resetting, taking out the vacuum insulation panel subjected to heat sealing and waste material cutting, and obtaining the required special-shaped vacuum insulation panel.
Furthermore, two groups of magnetic-sensitive switches are arranged on the cylinder, one group is defined as the position A, and the other group is defined as the position B.
Further, the punch is fixed on the supporting piece through an adjusting bolt, and the stroke and the pressure of the air cylinder are adjusted through the adjusting bolt and the supporting piece.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention discloses a device for edge sealing and punching of a vacuum insulation panel, which combines two working procedures of edge sealing and waste material taking out of an irregular vacuum insulation panel such as an opening, a notch and the like into one procedure. Therefore, unnecessary labor hour waste can be greatly reduced, the defects caused by turnover are reduced, and meanwhile, the consistency of products is effectively guaranteed. The current hole opening and notch opening processes of the special-shaped vacuum insulation panel are improved, the efficiency is improved, and resources and cost are saved. The method can be applied to the processing of vacuum insulation panels of vehicle-mounted refrigerators, household refrigerators, heat insulation boxes, freezers and commercial refrigeration equipment.
2. The edge sealing and punching equipment for the vacuum insulation panel disclosed by the invention is integrally punched, has high cutting accuracy and improves the yield and the production efficiency. The heat sealing and cutting of all vacuum insulation panels can be adapted by using different dies, such as L, U and O-cutting.
3. The equipment for edge sealing and punching of the vacuum insulation panel disclosed by the invention adopts a one-step forming process, avoids waste caused by secondary transfer and is convenient to operate.

B. the vacuum insulation board for coating the packaging bag is placed between an upper die 6 and a lower die 10, a group of magnetic sensitive switches at the position A on an air cylinder 3 is started in a pedal mode, the upper die 6 moves downwards to the position A under the action of the air cylinder 3 to stop, timing is triggered to start, and the upper die 6 and the lower die 10 position and heat-seal the end faces of the vacuum insulation board;
