Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构,涉及模切机配套机构领域,解决了现有的压制机构,分步依次对切割转盘和传送导辊进行滑移调整,操作的灵活性较差使用较为不便的问题。一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构,包括机架,方形推杆和滑环,所述机架的内部间隔转动支撑有两处转轴,此上下两处转轴上分别套装排列有四处旋转盘和四处传送顶辊;所述旋转盘与传送顶辊中心插孔的前后两端均对称焊接有两处定位套环。本发明中的四处旋转盘与四处传送顶辊之间的间距可以根据包装纸的大小以及不同需求的切割间距进行适用调整,灵活性强,方便对旋转盘与传送顶辊实施调整滑移。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及模切机配套机构技术领域,具体为一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构。
背景技术
箱包装在纸板的印刷开槽加工中,需要对纸板进行开槽、切边处理,在处理时,每一条槽或切边,均是由两把有一定相对位置开槽刀或开槽刀和切边刀来完成。因为在纸箱加工过程中,需要对包装纸进行压制才能实施正常的开槽处切边理,所以亟需设计一种印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构。
现有压制机构普遍存在顶端多处切割转盘与底部多处传送导辊之间间距不能进行适用调整或者间距的滑移调整操作流程繁琐,需分步依次对切割转盘和传送导辊进行滑移调整,操作的灵活性较差使用较为不便的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的顶端多处切割转盘与底部多处传送导辊之间间距不能进行适用调整或者间距的滑移调整操作流程繁琐,需分步依次对切割转盘和传送导辊进行滑移调整,操作的灵活性较差使用较为不便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构,包括机架,方形推杆和滑环,所述机架的内部间隔转动支撑有两处转轴,此上下两处转轴上分别套装排列有四处旋转盘和四处传送顶辊;所述旋转盘与传送顶辊中心插孔的前后两端均对称焊接有两处定位套环;所述方形推杆的顶端焊接有一处挡板,其中间段上贯穿开设有一处插孔;上侧所述滑环的左侧外檐位置凸出有一处安装块,此定位插销就通过弹簧顶推贯穿插装于此安装块;所述旋转盘的左侧端面上呈十字形排布支撑有四处开设有中心插孔的定位块。
优选的,两处所述转轴上均称开设有四长条槽,此四处长条槽中均等距间隔支撑有一排齿片。
优选的,所述旋转盘包括弧形割刀,四处所述旋转盘右侧端面的圆周外檐位置均等距间隔锁紧有三处弧形割刀,且传送顶辊的中间位置开设有一圈刀槽,弧形割刀可转动滚切于此一圈刀槽中。
优选的,所述定位套环包括定位轴和插板,所述定位套环的前端面上对称支撑有两处定位轴,且定位套环的圆周外壁上还呈十字形排布贯穿插设有四处插板,此四处插板的首端段可对应插置于转轴上四排齿片之间的齿槽中。
优选的,所述插板的上半段上贯穿开设有一处矩形滑槽,此矩形滑槽中支撑焊接有一处弹簧套装轴,且四处插板就通过其内部的套装轴弹簧顶推插装于四处定位块上。
优选的,所述滑环包括方形滑套和连杆,所述滑环贯穿套装于转轴和两处定位轴上,且滑环的圆周端面上呈环形阵列转动连接有四处连杆,此四处连杆的另一端对应与四处插板的首端转动连接;上侧与下侧所述滑环的左侧背部均支撑焊接有一处方形滑套。
优选的,所述定位插销由左侧L状方插杆以及右侧插轴共同支撑焊接组成,其中插轴可被顶推穿过滑环、方形滑套以及方形推杆。
优选的,所述方形推杆贯穿插置于上方形滑套中,且其末端段可下滑插置于下方形滑套中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的两处转轴上均称开设有四长条槽,此四处长条槽中均等距间隔支撑有一排齿片,四排齿片可与四处插板配合插接将旋转盘与传送顶辊自由定位于两处转轴上的任意位置,使四处旋转盘与四处传送顶辊之间的间距可以根据包装纸的大小以及不同需求的切割间距进行适用调整,应用广泛;
2、本发明的四处连杆与滑环共同组成了一处四连杆曲柄滑块机构,通过此机构只需向左推动滑环就可使四处插板同步抽脱,方便的对旋转盘与传送顶辊实施调整滑移;
3、本发明的方形推杆可将上下两处滑环以及旋转盘与传送顶辊插连在一起,进而只需顶推方形推杆就可使上下对应的旋转盘与传送顶辊同时松脱失去定位能够便捷的进行同步滑动调节,这有效精简了间距调整的操作步骤,免去了分步滑动操作旋转盘和传送顶辊的麻烦。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
请参阅图1至图10,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构,包括机架1,方形推杆6和滑环7,机架1的内部间隔转动支撑有两处转轴2,此上下两处转轴2上分别套装排列有四处旋转盘3和四处传送顶辊4;旋转盘3与传送顶辊4中心插孔的前后两端均对称焊接有两处定位套环5;定位套环5包括定位轴501和插板502,定位套环5的前端面上对称支撑有两处定位轴501,且定位套环5的圆周外壁上还呈十字形排布贯穿插设有四处插板502,此四处插板502的首端段可对应插置于转轴2上四排齿片之间的齿槽中,四处插板502可将旋转盘3与传送顶辊4稳定的插接定位于两处转轴2上,避免其在滚转切割时左右攒滑;方形推杆6的顶端焊接有一处挡板,其中间段上贯穿开设有一处插孔;上侧滑环7的左侧外檐位置凸出有一处安装块,此定位插销8就通过弹簧顶推贯穿插装于此安装块;定位插销8由左侧L状方插杆以及右侧插轴共同支撑焊接组成,其中插轴可被顶推穿过滑环7、方形滑套701以及方形推杆6,方形推杆6的长度为旋转盘3直径的五分之四,定位插销8可将方形推杆6插接定位于上方形滑套701上(如图5所示),避免方形推杆6下插凸出戳穿传送的包装纸,影响正常的模切作业;旋转盘3的左侧端面上呈十字形排布支撑有四处开设有中心插孔的定位块9;插板502的上半段上贯穿开设有一处矩形滑槽,此矩形滑槽中支撑焊接有一处弹簧套装轴,且四处插板502就通过其内部的套装轴弹簧顶推插装于四处定位块9上,四处定位块9为四处插板502的滑动安装提供了便利。
进一步,两处转轴2上均称开设有四长条槽,此四处长条槽中均等距间隔支撑有一排齿片,四排齿片可与四处插板502配合插接将旋转盘3与传送顶辊4自由定位于两处转轴2上的任意位置,使四处旋转盘3与四处传送顶辊4之间的间距可以根据包装纸的大小以及不同需求的切割间距进行适用调整,应用广泛。
进一步,旋转盘3包括弧形割刀301,四处旋转盘3右侧端面的圆周外檐位置均等距间隔锁紧有三处弧形割刀301,且传送顶辊4的中间位置开设有一圈刀槽,弧形割刀301可转动滚切于此一圈刀槽中,旋转盘3与传送顶辊4可将后方传送来的包装纸进行压制,且弧形割刀301可对包装纸进行切割。
进一步,滑环7包括方形滑套701和连杆702,滑环7贯穿套装于转轴2和两处定位轴501上,且滑环7的圆周端面上呈环形阵列转动连接有四处连杆702,此四处连杆702的另一端对应与四处插板502的首端转动连接;上侧与下侧滑环7的左侧背部均支撑焊接有一处方形滑套701,四处插板502,四处连杆702与滑环7共同组成了一处四连杆曲柄滑块机构,通过此机构只需向左推动滑环7就可使四处插板502同步抽脱,方便的对旋转盘3与传送顶辊4实施调整滑移。
进一步,方形推杆6贯穿插置于上方形滑套701中,且其末端段可下滑插置于下方形滑套701中,方形推杆6可将上下两处滑环7以及旋转盘3与传送顶辊4插连在一起,进而只需顶推方形推杆6就可使上下对应的旋转盘3与传送顶辊4同时松脱失去定位能够便捷的进行同步滑动调节,这有效精简了间距调整的操作步骤,免去了分步滑动操作旋转盘3和传送顶辊4的麻烦。
工作原理:进行使用时,首先抽脱定位插销8将方形推杆6下插连接于上下两处方形滑套701之间,然后左手推放于旋转盘3与传送顶辊4交界处的背部,用右手向左推滑方形推杆6使旋转盘3与传送顶辊4失去定位,最后用左手向右推或者用右手向左推就可实现对旋转盘3与传送顶辊4的同步滑动调节。

1.一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构,其特征在于:包括机架(1),方形推杆(6)和滑环(7),所述机架(1)的内部间隔转动支撑有两处转轴(2),此上下两处转轴(2)上分别套装排列有四处旋转盘(3)和四处传送顶辊(4);所述旋转盘(3)与传送顶辊(4)中心插孔的前后两端均对称焊接有两处定位套环(5);所述方形推杆(6)的顶端焊接有一处挡板,其中间段上贯穿开设有一处插孔;上侧所述滑环(7)的左侧外檐位置凸出有一处安装块,定位插销(8)就通过弹簧顶推贯穿插装于此安装块;所述旋转盘(3)的左侧端面上呈十字形排布支撑有四处开设有中心插孔的定位块(9);
两处所述转轴(2)上均称开设有四长条槽,四处长条槽中均等距间隔支撑有一排齿片;
所述旋转盘(3)包括弧形割刀(301),四处所述旋转盘(3)右侧端面的圆周外檐位置均等距间隔锁紧有三处弧形割刀(301),且传送顶辊(4)的中间位置开设有一圈刀槽,弧形割刀(301)可转动滚切于此一圈刀槽中;
所述定位套环(5)包括定位轴(501)和插板(502),所述定位套环(5)的前端面上对称支撑有两处定位轴(501),且定位套环(5)的圆周外壁上还呈十字形排布贯穿插设有四处插板(502),此四处插板(502)的首端段可对应插置于转轴(2)上四排齿片之间的齿槽中;
所述插板(502)的上半段上贯穿开设有一处矩形滑槽,此矩形滑槽中支撑焊接有一处弹簧套装轴,且四处插板(502)就通过其内部的套装轴弹簧顶推插装于四处定位块(9)上;
所述滑环(7)包括方形滑套(701)和连杆(702),所述滑环(7)贯穿套装于转轴(2)和两处定位轴(501)上,且滑环(7)的圆周端面上呈环形阵列转动连接有四处连杆(702),此四处连杆(702)的另一端对应与四处插板(502)的首端转动连接;上侧与下侧所述滑环(7)的左侧背部均支撑焊接有一处方形滑套(701)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构,其特征在于:所述定位插销(8)由左侧L状方插杆以及右侧插轴共同支撑焊接组成,其中插轴可被顶推穿过滑环(7)、方形滑套(701)以及方形推杆(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于印刷、纸张包装模切机的压制机构,其特征在于:所述方形推杆(6)贯穿插置于上方形滑套(701)中,且其末端段可下滑插置于下方形滑套(701)中。
