The material of the sealing spring 6 is 65Mn, the hardness is 45-50 degrees, and no gap exists between the rings of the sealing spring 6. When the sealing spring 6 is mounted, the sealing spring 6 can be bent by snapping according to actual conditions, so that the mounting is easier.
The push rod 11 is provided with a limit screw 10, so that the adjusting handle 3 is prevented from excessively pressing the torsion spring 8 and the sealing spring 9, and the precision is prevented from being influenced.
The working principle is as follows: when the sound seat fixing device works, in the assembling process, the adjusting nut 4 is adjusted to enable the handle body 12 to laterally move, the square 13 is acted, the side face of the square 13 is inclined, the square 13 has transverse pressure, the square 13 acts on the sound seat 5, the sound seat 5 can act on the sealing spring 6, the sealing spring 6 and the sleeve 2 generate friction force, the sound seat 5 is fixed in a direction changing mode, and the effect that original parts achieve the effect of fixing the sound seat 5 is reduced. When the tool works, the adjusting handle 3 is acted, the torsion to be set is selected, the handle 1 and the nut act to generate certain force, when the force reaches a preset value, the force borne by the handle 1 can interact with each other along the handle body 12, the sound seat 5 and the torsion spring 8, so that the force borne by the inclined square block 13 and the groove 5-1 of the sound seat 5 act to generate collision sound, and therefore a user is reminded that the preset value is reached, and the phenomenon that the nut is scrapped due to excessive force is avoided.
