Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of pipe components of an aircraft engine, in particular to an auxiliary device for welding a conical pipe joint.
Background
As shown in figure 1, part of oil pipe components of a certain type of engine are formed by welding a pipe joint with a conical surface and a pipe, and the coloring inspection and the tightness inspection of the conical surface are required after welding, namely the coloring area is not less than 80 percent and the coloring area is continuously distributed on the whole circumference, and 3# aviation kerosene is used, the pressure is 6MPa, and 5Min is kept to prevent leakage. Preferably, a circulating cooling channel is arranged in the pressing block, and a water cooling pipe communicated with the circulating cooling channel is arranged on the outer side of the pressing block.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, as shown in fig. 1, part of oil pipe components of an engine to be processed is formed by welding a pipe joint with a conical surface and a pipe, the oil pipe component comprises a base 1 for serving as a support platform, a positioning block 2 arranged on the base 1 for positioning the part to be processed, and a pressing block 3 arranged at the top end of the positioning block 2 and hinged to the positioning block 2, wherein the pressing block 3 realizes the rotary connection of the positioning block 2 and a rotating shaft block through rotating shafts arranged on the positioning block 2 and the pressing block 3. The positioning block 2 and the pressing block 3 are made of red copper, and the positioning block 2 and the pressing block 3 are made of red copper materials with good heat dissipation effects, so that local high-temperature heat generated by welding of parts can be effectively dissipated, the heat dissipation of the parts is further accelerated, and the welding deformation of the parts is reduced.

An operator opens the pressing block 3 and puts a part to be processed into the pressing groove 5, and the locking hook 8 which is rotationally connected with the positioning block 2 is rotated after the pressing block 3 is closed, so that the locking rod 82 is fixed in the fixing groove 81 on the locking hook 8, and the function of quickly clamping and pressing the part to be processed by the pressing block 3 is realized.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, a supporting seat 4 is arranged on the base 1 and at the rear end of the pressing block 3, an ejector pin 6 for tightly ejecting the part to be processed in the pressing groove 5 is arranged between the supporting seat 4 and the pressing groove 5, and a tapered ejecting surface 71 corresponding to the tapered surface of the inner cavity of the part is arranged at the front end of the ejector pin 6. A stop block 9 is arranged between the rear end of the thimble 6 and the base 1.
