Abstract
The invention discloses a welding device for a casing diffuser shell assembly, which comprises a base, a positioning core shaft vertically connected to the base, an elastic locking mechanism arranged at the end part of the positioning core shaft far away from the base, and a positioning mechanism positioned between the base and the elastic locking mechanism and connected to the positioning core shaft in a matching manner; the positioning mechanism comprises a plurality of centering discs arranged along the axial direction of the positioning mandrel and sleeves which are positioned between the adjacent centering discs and are connected to the positioning mandrel in a matching way; the centering device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, parts are centered and installed through the centering discs and the sleeve, stability and reliability are realized, the parallelism of each centering disc on the base is not influenced by each sleeve, the influence caused by accumulated errors is eliminated, the welding cost is reduced, and the welding efficiency is improved; the elastic locking mechanism drives the pressing cover to move, so that the shrinkage of parts is eliminated, and the welding effect is improved.

Background
The diffuser housing assembly of the casing consists of cylindrical and conical surfaces, most of these dimensions have coaxiality requirements and are strictly guaranteed during machining. The diffuser housing assembly is welded in large numbers at a time, saving welding time and expense. In order to achieve a desired size of the welded housing components, each housing component needs to be individually centered. In the prior art, the welding tool is only suitable for a single part or a positioning structure with a plurality of positioning bases. As shown in fig. 1, a welding device for a casing diffuser shell assembly includes a base 1, a positioning mandrel 2 vertically connected to the base 1, a locking adjusting mechanism 10 disposed on an end of the base 1, an elastic locking mechanism 3 disposed on an end of the positioning mandrel 2 far from the base 1, and a positioning mechanism 4 disposed between the base 1 and the elastic locking mechanism 3 and cooperatively connected to the positioning mandrel 2. The base 1 provides reliable and stable support for the whole device, and guarantees the stability in the welding process. The positioning mandrel 2 and the positioning mechanism 4 form a positioning structure of the device, and the part 100 is installed on the positioning structure, so that the device is stable and reliable. The elastic locking mechanism 3 is used for compressing the parts, the compression mode is elastic compression, and a certain amount of shrinkage can be generated in the welding process of the parts, so that the welding quality is ensured. The locking adjusting mechanism 10 is used for fixing the combined parts, and the fixing reliability is guaranteed.
The positioning mechanism 4 includes a plurality of centering disks 40 disposed axially along the positioning mandrel 2 and a sleeve 41 disposed between adjacent centering disks 40 and cooperatively connected to the positioning mandrel 2. And positioning the parts on the positioning disc according to the welding positions of the product parts. The two ends of the sleeve 41 are respectively abutted against the surfaces of the adjacent centering disks 40, and the sleeve 41 is tightly pressed on the positioning mandrel 2 through screws, so that the parallelism of each centering disk 40 to the base 1 is not influenced mutually, and the influence caused by accumulated errors is eliminated.
The elastic locking mechanism 3 includes a hold-down cap 30 and a locker 31 provided at the end of the positioning spindle 2, and an elastic member 32 located between the hold-down cap 30 and the locker 31. The locking member 31 is preferably a nut, and the elastic member 32 is preferably a return spring. And selecting a proper return spring according to the shrinkage of welding of the parts, so that no gap exists between the parts. The pressing cover 30 is pressed and buckled on the seam allowance of the part, on one hand, the coarse centering effect can be achieved, and on the other hand, the pressing force can be uniformly distributed on the part. Through screwing up retaining member 31 for the spring shrink compresses tightly the part, and in welding process, the part takes place the shrink, and the spring eliminates the part shrink under the effect of force.
In order to improve the pressing reliability of the pressing cover 30 on the part, as shown in fig. 2, in the present invention, the pressing cover 30 includes a pressing plate 301 cooperatively connected to the end of the positioning mandrel 2 and a limiting plate 302 connected to the pressing plate 301, and the elastic member 32 is located between the pressing plate 301 and the locking member 31. The centering shaft 20 and the locking shaft 21 are connected into an integral structure, so that the structure is high in strength, stable and reliable. In order to improve the reliability of the pressure connection between the locker 31 and the pressing cover 30, in the present invention, a sealing washer 5 is disposed between the locker 31 and the pressing cover 30. A seamless connection between the locking element 31 and the pressure cover 30 is ensured by the sealing washer 5 and the occurrence of loosening during the crimping process is avoided.

A welding device for a casing diffuser shell assembly is characterized by comprising a base (1), a positioning mandrel (2) vertically connected to the base (1), a locking adjusting mechanism (10) arranged at the end part of the base (1), an elastic locking mechanism (3) arranged at the end part of the positioning mandrel (2) far away from the base (1), and a positioning mechanism (4) which is arranged between the base (1) and the elastic locking mechanism (3) and is connected to the positioning mandrel (2) in a matched mode; the elastic locking mechanism (3) is arranged opposite to the base (1);
the positioning mechanism (4) comprises a plurality of centering disks (40) which are axially arranged along the positioning mandrel (2) and sleeves (41) which are positioned between the adjacent centering disks (40) and are connected to the positioning mandrel (2) in a matching mode.

A welding device for a casing diffuser housing assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that said elastic locking means (3) comprise a hold-down cover (30) and a locking member (31) arranged at the end of said positioning spindle (2) and an elastic member (32) located between said hold-down cover (30) and said locking member (31).
