5. A method for correcting and filling glue for an annular thin-wall part is characterized in that the annular thin-wall part is processed by adopting the shape correcting tool for the annular thin-wall part as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, and the method comprises the following steps:
cleaning and surface treating parts and tools: cleaning and drying the surface to be bonded of the part and the surface of the annular thin-wall part sizing tool, polishing the surface to be bonded of the part by using sand paper, cleaning and drying again, coating a bonding coating on the surface to be bonded of the part, and arranging an anti-sticking film on the surface of the sizing tool, which is in contact with the colloid;
a. pre-correction
Taking down the positioning cover plate (3), sleeving parts on the positioning seat (2) and the base (1), positioning the parts by matching female spigot and corresponding male spigot on the parts, covering the positioning cover plate (3) to provide a shape correction pressure for the parts, correcting the shape of the inner ring of the parts by the inner ring shape correction groove, and positioning the outer ring of the parts by the outer ring positioning groove;
b. vacuum defoaming of glue solution
Putting the glue solution prepared in proportion into a sealing bag, placing the sealing bag into a bearing container in an open manner, putting the bearing container into vacuum equipment for vacuum defoaming, wherein the vacuum defoaming pressure is not higher than 5KPa, the vacuum defoaming time is 10-15 min, and the degassing is carried out for more than 2 times;
c. glue filling
Taking out the glue solution subjected to vacuum defoaming in the step b together with the sealing bag, sealing the opening of the sealing bag, cutting a glue outlet at the sharp corner of the sealing bag, and filling the parts with glue;
d. solidifying and shaping
And (3) placing the part subjected to glue pouring at room temperature for more than 12 hours, and then heating and curing at the curing temperature of 95-105 ℃ for 1-1.5 hours.
6. A method for sizing and pouring an annular thin-walled part according to claim 5, wherein step c further comprises: before the part is filled with glue, the small process holes and gaps between the matching surfaces of the part to be pasted are shielded by pressure sensitive adhesive tapes.
