the fixing tool (16) comprises a fixed disc (17), the top of the fixed disc (17) is provided with two groups of transverse sliding grooves (18) which are arranged in parallel, and two ends of the inside of each group of transverse sliding grooves (18) are respectively clamped with a group of support rods (19);
the spraying assembly (8) comprises an impeller box (20), the side wall of the impeller box (20) is connected with a water inlet pipe (21), the top of the impeller box (20) is connected with a second driving motor (22), and the bottom of the impeller box (20) is connected with a spraying cover (23);

step two: starting a first driving motor (10), wherein a rotating rod (12) at the top of the first driving motor (10) passes through a rotating bearing (11) and then transfers a fixed bearing (14) at the top of the rotating rod to rotate, and the fixed bearing (14) drives a rotating disc (15) to rotate so as to drive a medical instrument fixed on the inner side of a fixed tool (16) to rotate;

step four: the sprayed water leaks down to the water leakage plate (13) through a water discharge hole formed in the top of the rotary disc (15), flows down to a circular hole on the surface of the water leakage plate from high to low along the inclined direction of the top of the water leakage plate (13), finally enters the circulating box (3) from a water inlet slotted hole in the top of the water receiving plate (29), activated carbon is filled in the circulating box (3), a transverse partition plate (25) is arranged in the circulating box (3) to divide the inside of the circulating box into two areas, two longitudinal partition plates (27) are clamped on one side of the transverse partition plate (25), a space between the transverse partition plate (25) and the inner wall of one side of the circulating box (3) is divided into three areas, the two longitudinal partition plates (27) and the transverse partition plate (25) are provided with a water leakage hole (28), the water entering the circulating box (3) rises along with the water level on one side of the transverse partition plate (25), and then flows into the other side of the transverse partition plate (, then, as the water level rises, the water flows into the three divided areas from the leakage holes (28) on the two groups of longitudinal partition plates (27) in sequence, the water collection is completed, and the whole cleaning process is finished.
