Abstract

本发明提供了一种干面膜膜体及其干面膜产品,该膜体及其干面膜产品使用折射窗干燥制成,干燥前以含乙醇、碳酸二乙酯的水溶液溶解原料粉末。该膜体由按重量计绿豆淀粉20份、水解大豆低蛋白10份、银耳多糖10份、甘露聚糖8份、黄原胶8份、海藻酸钠5份、葡聚糖5份、碳酸氢钠3份组成,并且可以向其中加入其他提取物和/或精华成分。

一种干面膜
技术领域
本申请属于化妆品领域,具体地说,本发明提供了一种干面膜膜体及其干面膜产品,该膜体及其干面膜产品使用折射窗干燥制成,干燥前以含乙醇、碳酸二乙酯的水溶液溶解原料粉末。
背景技术
折射窗干燥技术(Refractance Window,RW)由美国MCD 科技公司于1999 年研究开发出的一种新的干燥脱水技术,其利用传导、辐射、薄层干燥相结合的方式,以相对较低的温度(一般不超过80摄氏度)完成干燥,能避免对样品的过度加热,较好的保留样品中对氧化和热敏感的活性物质,在生物、食品、化妆品、制药等领域都有着广泛的应用。
面膜产品中活性成分/精华成分的保存一直是面膜产品研发中的焦点问题之一,这些活性成分/精华成分保存在液体中时往往容易受到氧化、微生物的影响而保存效果不佳;以干燥粉末保存时则往往缺乏使用便利性。利用折射窗干燥技术制备干面膜,使用时仅需加水浸泡,是解决上述问题的良好途径。但干面膜中活性成分/精华成分的氧化问题仍然存在,这个问题对容易氧化的黄酮类等成更为严重,因此有必要进一步改进折射窗干燥制备干面膜的技术,研制保存活性成分/精华成分效果更好的膜体。
发明内容
申请人在研究折射窗干燥制备干面膜的技术时,通过摸索发现,使用含乙醇、碳酸二乙酯等有机溶剂的水溶液溶解面膜/膜体成分粉末后折射窗干燥,能有效地提高黄酮类和内酯类成分的保存效果。基于此,申请人提出的新型干面膜膜体配方和制备方法。
一方面,本发明提供了一种面膜,其包含绿豆淀粉、水解大豆低蛋白、银耳多糖、甘露聚糖、黄原胶、海藻酸钠、葡聚糖、碳酸氢钠。
进一步地,该面膜包含按重量计绿豆淀粉20份、水解大豆低蛋白10份、银耳多糖10份、甘露聚糖8份、黄原胶8份、海藻酸钠5份、葡聚糖5份、碳酸氢钠3份。
进一步地,该面膜按照以下方法制备:按比例称取原料;混合粉末,过筛;加入含乙醇的水溶液溶解;折射窗干燥;剥离、修形、折叠、压缩、包装。
进一步地,该面膜按照以下方法制备:按比例称取原料;混合粉末,过筛;加入10%乙醇和5%碳酸二乙酯的水溶液溶解;聚酯膜折射窗干燥;剥离、修形、折叠、压缩、包装。
进一步地,该面膜还包含其他提取物和/或精华成分。
进一步地,其他提取物和/或精华成分为透明质酸、金缕梅提取物、银杏叶提取物、甘草提取物、奇异果提取物、熊果苷。
进一步地,其他提取物和/或精华成分为按重量计透明质酸5份、金缕梅提取物3份、银杏叶提取物3份、甘草提取物3份、奇异果提取物3份、熊果苷2份。
另一方面,本申请提供了一种面膜膜体的制备方法,包括:按比例称取原料;混合粉末,过筛;加入10%乙醇和5%碳酸二乙酯的水溶液溶解;聚酯膜折射窗干燥;剥离、修形、折叠、压缩、包装。
进一步地,该面膜膜体由按重量计绿豆淀粉20份、水解大豆低蛋白10份、银耳多糖10份、甘露聚糖8份、黄原胶8份、海藻酸钠5份、葡聚糖5份、碳酸氢钠3份组成。
进一步地,该面膜膜体还可以向其中加入其他提取物和/或精华成分。
具体实施方式
主要试剂和仪器:
绿豆淀粉购于超市;
金缕梅提取物、银杏叶提取物、甘草提取物、熊果苷、透明质酸、银耳多糖、水解大豆低蛋白购自西安昌岳生物科技有限公司;
甘露聚糖、黄原胶、海藻酸钠购自郑州明欣化工产品有限公司;
奇异果提取物、葡聚糖购自南京道斯夫生物科技有限公司;
碳酸氢钠、无水乙醇、碳酸二乙酯购于国药集团;
折射窗干燥聚酯薄膜:杜邦Mylar® 0.2mm聚酯膜;
检测用HPLC:岛津LC-20A;
其余试剂和仪器设备均为常规国产。
实施例1 本申请面膜产品和对照产品的制备
本申请的面膜产品
按比例称取按重量计绿豆淀粉20份、水解大豆低蛋白10份、银耳多糖10份、甘露聚糖8份、黄原胶8份、海藻酸钠5份、葡聚糖5份、碳酸氢钠3份、透明质酸5份、金缕梅提取物3份、银杏叶提取物3份、甘草提取物3份、奇异果提取物3份、熊果苷2份;
将各种粉末充分混合后,过200目筛;
加入20份溶解液溶解,溶解液为10%乙醇和5%碳酸二乙酯的水溶液(v/v,即10体积份无水乙醇和5体积份碳酸二乙酯以水稀释至100体积份),得面膜匀浆;
将面膜匀浆以1mm厚度平铺于杜邦Mylar® 0.2mm聚酯膜上,75摄氏度循环水温度,1m/s风速折射窗干燥30分钟;
剥离干燥的面膜,修形,折叠,压缩,包装。
对照产品1
基本按照上述本申请面膜制备方法制备,除溶解粉末时加入20份纯净水。
对照产品2
基本按照上述本申请面膜制备方法制备,除溶解粉末时加入20份溶解液,溶解液为15%乙醇的水溶液。
对照产品3
基本按照上述本申请面膜制备方法制备,除配方为绿豆淀粉20份、水解大豆低蛋白10份、银耳多糖10份、甘露聚糖8份、黄原胶8份、海藻酸钠5份、葡聚糖5份、碳酸氢钠3份、金缕梅提取物3份。
对照产品4
基本按照上述本申请面膜制备方法制备,除配方为绿豆淀粉20份、水解大豆低蛋白10份、银耳多糖10份、甘露聚糖8份、黄原胶8份、海藻酸钠5份、葡聚糖5份、碳酸氢钠3份、金缕梅提取物3份;溶解粉末时加入20份纯净水。
实施例2 本申请面膜产品和对照产品中黄酮类和内酯类有效成分的保存效果
a.银杏总黄酮醇苷和银杏萜类内酯
取多份200cm2的本申请面膜产品、对照产品1、对照产品2,不做包装,分别于室温下保存0日(即制即测试)、1日、7日、15日、30日、60日后,分别浸泡于50ml纯净水中60分钟,每个条件下每种样品至少进行3份测试。
银杏总黄酮醇苷和银杏萜类内酯含量测定:基本按照《中国药典》2010 年版银杏叶项下银杏总黄酮醇苷和银杏萜类内酯的测定方法,以HPLC测定产品浸泡于50ml水中60分钟后液体中银杏总黄酮醇苷和银杏萜类内酯含量。

从表1和2中可见,溶解液中乙醇和碳酸二乙酯的加入有效的提高了银杏总黄酮醇苷和银杏萜类内酯的保存效果,60日后两者的含量分别是使用水溶解液和乙醇溶液溶解液时的1.5-2倍,其中碳酸二乙酯的加入对银杏萜类内酯的保存特别有效。
b. 紫云英苷
取多份200cm2的对照产品3,对照产品4,不做包装,分别于室温下保存0日(即制即测试)、1日、7日、15日、30日、60日后,分别浸泡于50ml纯净水中60分钟,每个条件下每种样品至少进行3份测试。
紫云英苷含量测定:使用购自北京世纪奥科生物技术有限公司的紫云英苷标准品,以HPLC测定产品浸泡于50ml水中60分钟后液体中紫云英苷含量。

对照产品3和4的比较证明了本申请的膜体对其他黄酮类有效成分也有良好的保存效果,可以适用于不同的精华液、提取物种类。
进一步的实验证实了本申请的面膜产品在密封包装保存条件下,1年后银杏总黄酮醇苷和银杏萜类内酯仍然能保存80%以上,相比对照产品1高出近30个百分点。
进一步研究推测黄酮类和内酯类成分的保持效果提高可能是由于有机溶剂,特别是碳酸二乙酯能改变多糖接连结构,形成隔绝外界氧化物质的包裹体(遇水时溶解释放)以及阻碍内酯类化合物形成油滴沉淀于膜体内而导致,准确原因还有待进一步验证。
实施例3本申请面膜产品的安全性和实用效果
本申请面膜产品采用折射窗干燥技术制备,有效保持的精华和活性成分,其中调制片面匀浆时使用了10%乙醇和5%碳酸二乙酯的水溶液的特殊溶解液,使得黄酮类和内酯类活性成分保持效果特别优异。
采用气象色谱法检测200cm2本申请面膜产品浸泡于50ml水中60分钟后的残留碳酸二乙酯浓度,结果不足20ppm,符合口服制剂ICH Q3c第三类、第二类溶剂的残留标准,说明烘干过程中已基本去除了碳酸二乙酯成分,达到了痕量级别,符合药用溶剂残留量标准,外用时对人健康的影响可以忽略不计。
20人参与的实际使用实验(各项10分制打分)也表明,生产6个月后(密封包装保存)的本申请面膜产品在抗菌和美白效果上也明显优于对照产品1,总评分超过对照产品1百分之二十以上。

Claims (10)

1.一种面膜,其包含绿豆淀粉、水解大豆低蛋白、银耳多糖、甘露聚糖、黄原胶、海藻酸钠、葡聚糖、碳酸氢钠。
2.权利要求1的面膜,其包含按重量计绿豆淀粉20份、水解大豆低蛋白10份、银耳多糖10份、甘露聚糖8份、黄原胶8份、海藻酸钠5份、葡聚糖5份、碳酸氢钠3份。
3.权利要求1或2的面膜,其按照以下方法制备:按比例称取原料;混合粉末,过筛;加入含乙醇的水溶液溶解;折射窗干燥;剥离、修形、折叠、压缩、包装。
4.权利要求3的面膜,其按照以下方法制备:按比例称取原料;混合粉末,过筛;加入10%乙醇和5%碳酸二乙酯的水溶液溶解;聚酯膜折射窗干燥;剥离、修形、折叠、压缩、包装。
5.权利要求1-4任一项的面膜,其还包含其他提取物和/或精华成分。
6.权利要求5的面膜,其他提取物和/或精华成分为透明质酸、金缕梅提取物、银杏叶提取物、甘草提取物、奇异果提取物、熊果苷。
7.权利要求6的面膜,其他提取物和/或精华成分为按重量计透明质酸5份、金缕梅提取物3份、银杏叶提取物3份、甘草提取物3份、奇异果提取物3份、熊果苷2份。
8.一种面膜膜体的制备方法,包括:按比例称取原料;混合粉末,过筛;加入10%乙醇和5%碳酸二乙酯的水溶液溶解;聚酯膜折射窗干燥;剥离、修形、折叠、压缩、包装。
9.权利要求8的面膜膜体制备方法,其中面膜膜体由按重量计绿豆淀粉20份、水解大豆低蛋白10份、银耳多糖10份、甘露聚糖8份、黄原胶8份、海藻酸钠5份、葡聚糖5份、碳酸氢钠3份组成。
10.权利要求9的面膜膜体制备方法,该面膜膜体还可以向其中加入其他提取物和/或精华成分。
