The overall performance of example 3 is best, combining the physical and chemical properties of the tablecloths obtained in comparative examples 1-5.
Example 1 compared to example 3, the tablecloth prepared in example 1 has poor softness and comfort and poor overall imitation fabric effect, because the PVC content in example 1 reaches 32.5%, so that the plasticity of the product is poor.
Compared with the embodiment 3, the tablecloth prepared in the embodiment 2 has the defects of unclear pattern effect level and poor decorative effect, because the tablecloth is not cooled by a cooling device after the cloth pattern is formed, the cloth pattern forming effect of the product is not ideal.
Example 4 compared to example 3, the tablecloth prepared in example 2 is not soft and comfortable enough for the first time, and has poor imitation cloth effect and poor reality degree because the thickness of the PVC surface layer is too large before lamination, which causes the yarn cushion layer not to protrude and the effect of the fabric texture formed on the PVC to be poor.
Example 5 compared to example 3, the tablecloth obtained in example 2 has a poor cloth-imitated effect and a poor degree of reality, because the number of the open patterns of the cloth pattern reaches 100 meshes, the number of the open patterns is low, and the cloth pattern effect is poor.

The production process of the cloth-imitated PVC tablecloth of claim 1, which is characterized in that: in S1, when the PVC surface layer is manufactured, the PVC surface layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35-75 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 20-80 parts of PVC resin powder, 70-parts of active calcium, 2-3 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.01-0.16 part of pigment powder, 0.01-0.15 part of titanium dioxide and 0.01-0.15 part of auxiliary agent; the heat stabilizer is selected from calcium-zinc composite stabilizers, and the gram weight of active calcium is 180 grams per square meter to 220 grams per square meter; the manufacturing method of the PVC surface layer comprises the following steps: adding the components into a polymerization reaction kettle filled with heavy oil as a solvent according to a certain proportion, heating to 195-200 ℃, stirring for 1-1.5 h, filtering and extruding to obtain the PVC surface layer; in S1, the oil content of the PVC surface layer is controlled to be between 50 and 70 Pa, and the thickness is between 0.08 and 0.25 mm.
