the positioning part is connected with the fixing frame and comprises a marking plate, a mandrel, a positioning seat and a slider, the mandrel is parallel to the hanging rod and is respectively connected with the marking plate and the positioning seat at the two ends of the mandrel, the mandrel is provided with a channel for accommodating the slider and limiting the moving direction of the slider, the bottom of the slider is provided with a plurality of limiting teeth, one end far away from the positioning seat faces the direction of the positioning seat, the lengths of the limiting teeth are gradually lengthened in sequence, and the marking plate is provided with a light-emitting assembly for emitting light and a marking assembly for marking numbers;
the release part is penetrated by the mandrel and the slider and is positioned between the marking plate and the positioning seat, the release part is formed by a plurality of buckling arms and positioning plates which are arranged in a staggered way, through holes for the mandrel and the slider to pass through are formed in the buckling arms and the positioning plates, a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the buckling arms, the through holes of the buckling arms contain rotating blocks for enabling the buckling arms to rotate by a specific angle and notches corresponding to the hanging rods, and positioning columns which are pressed on the positioning holes and used for fixing the positions of the buckling arms and containing spaces for containing the positioning columns are arranged in the positioning plates;
the transmission device is arranged in the fixed frame and comprises a cam with a multi-stage continuous track and a transmission shaft connected with the cam;
the driving device is arranged in the fixed frame and connected with a transmission shaft of the transmission device, and the driving device is used as a power output source.

the positioning part is connected with the fixing frame and comprises a marking plate, a mandrel, a positioning seat and a slider, the mandrel is parallel to the hanging rod and is respectively connected with the marking plate and the positioning seat at the two ends of the mandrel, the mandrel is provided with a channel for accommodating the slider and limiting the moving direction of the slider, the bottom of the slider is provided with a plurality of limiting teeth, one end far away from the positioning seat faces the direction of the positioning seat, the lengths of the limiting teeth are gradually lengthened in sequence, and the marking plate is provided with a light-emitting assembly for emitting light and a marking assembly for marking numbers;

the driving device is connected with the fixer of the transmission device, and the driving device is used as a power output source and rotates the screw rod.
