The device according to claim 1, characterized in that a wire pulling mechanism is further arranged on the outer side of the side wall of the box body (1) penetrating through the power strip wire (100), the wire pulling mechanism comprises a wire pulling trolley (61), the wire pulling trolley (61) comprises a horizontal plate, a vertical plate is arranged on one side of the horizontal plate far away from the box body (1), an arched wire pressing plate (62) is hinged to the upper surface of the vertical plate, one end of the wire pulling plate is hinged to the upper end face of the vertical plate, and the other end of the wire pulling plate is in bolted connection with the upper end face of the vertical plate;
