For example, in the radio frequency identification tags with the same size and frequency in the market, the reading distance in the air is 1-1.5 m, and the reading distance is reduced to 0.5-1 m after the radio frequency identification tags are implanted into leather products.
The invention utilizes the design of the antenna to adjust the self resonant frequency to be a fixed value, the identification frequency in the air is 890-950 MHz, and when the antenna is arranged in the leather, the identification frequency is 920-925 MHz.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which the antenna has a length of 47.6mm and a width of 9.8mm, and the antennas 2 are disposed on both sides, and the antennas 2 are symmetric with respect to the chip 3. The antenna 2 consists of a coil 21 and a loop antenna 22, wherein the height of the coil 21 is 9.8mm, the height of the loop antenna 22 is consistent with that of the coil 21, the width and the spacing of the loop antenna 22 are 0.3mm, and the opening of the loop antenna 22 is 0.15 mm. A chip 3 is arranged at a position 1.3mm away from the loop antenna.
The lower surface of the PET layer is adhered to the upper surface of the release paper 5 through the adhesive layer 4, and the adhesive layer 4 is non-setting adhesive.

At the moment, the identification frequency of the tag is 920-925 MHz, and the reading distance can reach 3-4 m. When the identification tag enters a radio frequency electromagnetic field, the identification tag receives a radio frequency signal sent by the reader, product information stored in a chip is sent out by means of energy obtained by induced current, and the reader reads and decodes the information and sends the information to a central information system for related data processing. And the identification tag and the responder exchange information in a half-duplex communication mode.
