Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the anti-counterfeit label applied to bottled oil has an antenna adopting an electromagnetic coupling feed structure, and has an independent radiation area and a feed Loop area 2 coupled with the independent radiation area, wherein the two parts are coupled through an inductive coupling area 7. The chip is connected at the opening of Loop area and encourages. The structure is matched with NXP, impinj and Alien conventional chips, so that the reading distance of 5-10 meters can be realized.
Loop region in the present invention: and the feed Loop area is a closed Loop after being connected with the chip. In order to be matched with anti-counterfeiting use, the chip is placed in the non-central part of the Loop area.
Inductive coupling region in the present invention: the radiation area and Loop are coupled through the area, and the dual-frequency design of the RFID tag can be realized by using the method, as shown in FIG. 8. When the label is actually used, the position of each label attached to the oil bottle cannot be ensured to be completely consistent. The relative dielectric constants of different positions are different, so that the resonant frequency point of the tag is shifted. According to the design of the dual-frequency tag, when the frequency point deviates +/-20M, the attenuation of the reading distance performance is reduced by 50-150%, and the operability of the tag in the actual use process is improved.
The radiation area comprises a left radiation area and a right radiation area. The left radiation area is adhered to the bottle opening of the engine oil bottle, and the Loop area and the right radiation area are adhered to the bottle body of the engine oil bottle; the antenna is provided with a fragile area, the fragile area consists of a right radiation area and a part of Loop area, and the part of Loop area is close to the right radiation area; the chip is arranged in the partial Loop area, and after the label is uncovered, the antenna near the chip contact is broken to lose power supply. The left side radiation area is circular and is convenient to be stuck with the bottle mouth, and the right side radiation area is rectangular.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in the figure, the length of the radiation area is 30-150mm, the left radiation area is an incomplete round metal block, and the area is convenient to use and designed to be consistent with the shape of the oil bottle seal. The slot is used for adjusting the impedance on the left side of the radiation area, and the reading performance of the label attached to the oil bottle is improved. The right radiation area is an incomplete rectangular metal block, and the area is attached to a flat bottle body, so that the shape of the bottle body is not particularly required, and the bottle body can be designed into other shapes. And (3) slotting 1 on the rectangular metal block, adding an L-shaped tail, and adjusting the resonant frequency.
The invention ensures the reading distance through the special linear design of the label; the circular sealing area (corresponding to the left radiation area) is designed to be consistent with the shape of the engine oil seal, so that the engine oil seal is convenient to use; the design of the concave buffer area reduces the stress of the area and ensures the smooth fit of the label; the fragile area is designed, the label is damaged after the seal is opened, the reading performance is lost, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is achieved.
Simulation test
Simulation data tests were performed for example 1 (no slot) and example 2 (with slot one, slot two, L-shaped extensions):
the first depth s1 of the slot is 0.2d-0.8d (d is the diameter of the circle),
the second depth s2 of the slot is 0.4d-0.8y (y is the width of the rectangular aluminum foil),
the length of the L-shaped extension parts L1 and L2 is less than 80mm.
Simulation data:
as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the return loss S11 is best-0.29 when the original tag is simulated without the slot and the L-shaped extension;
as shown in fig. 6 and 7, when "slot one, slot two and L-shaped extension" are added, the return loss S11 is optimally-1.10, and the performance is increased.
S11 represents the return loss characteristic, and the larger the value, the larger the ability of the antenna to reflect back, and thus the worse the efficiency of the antenna.
The invention designs the RFID special label applied to the bottled engine oil; bottling the engine oil by the original factory, and sealing by using an RFID label; encoding and encrypting data in the RFID label, and after a user purchases the RFID label, reading information in the RFID label, checking the authenticity of a product and inquiring the life cycle of engine oil; after the engine oil seal is opened, the RFID label is permanently invalid, and counterfeit means such as re-bottling and the like are prevented.
