According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of an air conditioner usage effect presentation method, it should be noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the drawings may be executed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be executed in an order different from that here.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an air conditioner usage effect display method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, determining effect parameters of the air conditioner according to design parameters of the air conditioner;
and step S104, displaying the use effect of the air conditioner corresponding to the effect parameter in the virtual reality equipment according to the effect parameter.
Through the steps, the effect parameters of the air conditioner can be determined according to the design parameters of the air conditioner; according to the effect parameters, the mode of displaying the using effect of the air conditioner corresponding to the effect parameters in the virtual reality equipment is realized, and the purpose of using the virtual reality technology to realize that a customer experiences a real air conditioner prototype and changes the experience into a virtual air conditioner prototype in the virtual reality is achieved through displaying the using effect of the air conditioner corresponding to the design parameters by the virtual reality equipment, so that the technical effects of low cost, high flexibility and short updating period of customer experience are realized, and the technical problems of overhigh cost and overlong period of the manufacturing prototype under the condition that the customer or a marketer cannot experience in the related technology are solved.
It should be noted that the design parameters refer to all the parameters of the air conditioner that need to be designed or can be modified, wherein the design parameters at least include the parameters of the air conditioner that are required to be noted according to the industry standard. For example, the appearance parameters, the specific appearance parameters include at least one of appearance size, appearance color, appearance shape, etc.; the performance parameters specifically comprise at least one of power, operation mode, energy consumption, refrigeration threshold, heating threshold, humidification threshold, drying threshold and the like; the hardware parameters specifically include at least one of engine power, circuit type, component type and the like. In addition, the design parameters may include detectable sound parameters, such as noise during operation of the air conditioner, vibration parameters; vibration waves generated when the air conditioner operates can be further included; even, the air conditioner can be operated, and the air conditioning unit generates gas parameters or heat radiation parameters.
And determining the effect parameters of the air conditioner according to the design parameters. The effect parameter refers to a parameter that can realize the effect through a virtual reality device. The effect generally refers to a sensation that a user can directly feel, including sight, hearing, touch, smell, force, and even taste. The specific air conditioner can be in various modes under various conditions, for example, a user can directly see the appearance of the air conditioner, the user can directly hear the operation noise of the air conditioner, the user can directly feel the operation effects of the air conditioner, such as the refrigeration effect, the heating effect, the humidification effect or the drying effect, and the like, even under special conditions, for example, internal leakage is caused under the condition of air conditioner failure, and the user can smell the odor of special gas and the like.
Optionally, the effect parameter includes at least one of the following items: the virtual reality device comprises appearance parameters used for showing the appearance of the air conditioner in the virtual reality device, air state parameters used for showing the air condition of the environment where the air conditioner operates in the virtual reality device and sound state parameters used for showing the sound condition of the air conditioner during operation in the virtual reality device.
As described above, the effect parameter may be a plurality of effect parameters of a plurality of kinds of senses. In the embodiment, the air conditioner use effect display is performed to the client in the virtual reality equipment from three aspects. Specifically, the method comprises the steps of selecting an appearance parameter capable of showing the appearance of the air conditioner in the virtual reality device from the visual aspect, wherein the appearance parameter can be processed by the virtual reality device and shows the appearance of the air conditioner use to a client; from the aspect of somatosensory touch, selecting an air state parameter which can show the air condition of the environment where the air conditioner operates in the virtual reality device, wherein the air state parameter can be processed by the virtual reality device and shows the change of the air condition of the environment where the air conditioner is located when the air conditioner is used with a client. Specifically, the resulting air changes may be air temperature and air humidity; from the aspect of hearing, the sound state parameter which can show the sound condition of the air conditioner running in the virtual reality device is selected, wherein the sound state parameter can be processed by the virtual reality device and shows the sound which can be emitted by the air conditioner running when the noise, the prompt tone, the intelligent voice, the music and the like generated by the air conditioner running are used by the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, different effect parameters may be processed in the same or different manners, and mainly, the effect parameters may be implemented by virtual reality devices. Optionally, in a case that the effect parameter includes an appearance parameter of the air conditioner, determining the appearance parameter of the air conditioner according to a design parameter of the air conditioner includes: simulating through simulation software according to a first parameter used for describing the appearance of the air conditioner in the design parameters to obtain a simulation model; and determining the appearance parameters of the air conditioner according to the simulation model.
When the appearance parameters are specifically realized, the appearance of the air conditioner can be simulated by simulation software. And then simulation data corresponding to the air conditioner appearance is input into virtual reality equipment capable of identifying the simulation data by simulation software, and the virtual reality equipment can show the air conditioner appearance described by the simulation data in a virtual environment. And the virtual reality equipment receives the appearance parameters and displays the air conditioner appearance corresponding to the appearance parameters to a client, namely a user of the virtual reality equipment.
In the above implementation manner of the virtual reality simulation of the air conditioner appearance, optionally, the simulating is performed by simulation software according to a first parameter for describing the air conditioner appearance in the design parameters, and the obtaining of the simulation model includes: establishing a 3D model through modeling software according to the first parameter; and carrying out simulation according to the 3D model to obtain a simulation model.
It should be noted that, when the air conditioner appearance is simulated by the simulation software, first parameters for describing the air conditioner appearance need to be screened from the design parameters, then a 3D model of the air conditioner appearance is established in the modeling software by the first parameters, then modeling data corresponding to the 3D model is input into the simulation software capable of identifying the modeling data and converting the modeling data into the 3D model, and the simulation is performed in the simulation software.
Optionally, in a case that the effect parameter includes an air state parameter, determining the air state parameter of the air conditioner according to the design parameter of the air conditioner includes: according to a second parameter which is used for describing the air condition of the environment in which the air conditioner operates and in the design parameters, determining the predicted air parameters of each state point in the operation process of the air conditioner by using an enthalpy map; an air condition parameter is determined based on the predicted air parameter.
Specifically, in the embodiment, when the air state parameter is realized, the air state parameter of the environment where the air conditioner is located when the air conditioner operates in different states in the real environment needs to be determined through calculation. In specific implementation, the calculated air state parameter may be collected by a sensor to determine the air state parameter in the real environment, so as to serve as a design parameter of the air conditioner for describing the air state parameter, that is, the second parameter.
The air condition simulation device is generally an air conditioner. In fact, in this embodiment, the air condition parameter in the real environment is the same as the air condition parameter and the design parameter in the virtual reality device. The change condition of the air state parameters of the air conditioner under a certain operation condition can be determined according to the enthalpy diagram, so that the air state parameters of the air conditioner under a certain operation condition within a certain time need to be simulated by the air state parameters of the air conditioner under a certain operation condition within a certain time in the virtual real-time, and the air state parameters exceeding the time need to be predicted by the enthalpy diagram. The air state simulated by the virtual reality device and the predicted air state parameter predicted by the psychrometric chart are both theoretical parameters, and in the case of actual use, the sensible temperature of the client is related to the real environment where the client is located. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the virtual reality simulation of the air state is performed in the following manner.
Optionally, determining the air condition parameter according to the predicted air parameter includes: acquiring actual air state parameters of a real environment where a user is located; the air condition parameter is determined in combination with the predicted air parameter and the actual air condition parameter.
Specifically, the air parameters of the real environment where the client is located are acquired, and need to be monitored in real time through a sensor before the acquisition. When detecting that the air state parameter of the real environment where the client is located changes, controlling the virtual reality device to perform corresponding adjustment. The existing virtual reality equipment for changing air parameters is generally an air conditioner, can blow air, control air volume, humidify and dry, and the operation parameters of the air conditioner are obtained by correcting according to theoretical parameters required by virtual reality and display parameters of a real environment where a client is located. For example, if the virtual reality needs to simulate an air temperature of 30 ℃ and the temperature of the real environment where the customer is located is only 20 ℃, the air conditioner needs to heat the air conditioner to make the customer have a feeling of 30 ℃, and if the real environment where the customer is located reaches 40 ℃, the air conditioner needs to cool the air conditioner to make the customer have a feeling of 30 ℃.
Optionally, in a case that the effect parameter includes a sound state parameter, determining the sound state parameter of the air conditioner according to the design parameter of the air conditioner includes: simulating by using simulation software according to a third parameter used for describing the sound condition of the air conditioner during operation in the design parameters to obtain a simulation model; determining vibration parameters of the air conditioner during operation according to the simulation model in simulation software; and determining the sound state parameter according to the vibration parameter.
When the virtual reality simulation sound is realized, the vibration parameters of the air conditioner during operation can be determined according to the simulation model. A sound is generated due to the vibration and its timbre, frequency and loudness are determined according to the different waves generated by the vibration. The vibration may determine the sound that the virtual reality device needs to simulate. During specific implementation, the running sounds of various running states of the air conditioner can be collected firstly according to the real environment, and when virtual reality is simulated, corresponding audio is directly called according to the running states of the air conditioner to be played to a client, so that the simulation of the sounds can be realized, but the simulation data storage amount is large, and certain distortion exists. And the corresponding relation between the air conditioner operation and the sound cannot be formed, and the use flexibility is small.
In this embodiment, the determination of the vibration parameters of the air conditioner is determined by simulation software, which is similar to the determination of the appearance of the air conditioner, and is implemented by using modeling software and simulation software together, and the simulation software is used to simulate the operation state of the air conditioner, so as to determine the vibration parameters of the air conditioner in different operation states. However, in specific implementation, this embodiment also provides a similar sound parameter collection method, which can collect vibration parameters of the air conditioner running in a real environment, and directly simulate sounds generated by the vibration parameters during virtual reality simulation.
In this embodiment, an operating environment of the method for displaying the use effect of the air conditioner is also provided. Specifically, in cities in winter, air is often very dry, and dust and static electricity are easily generated under the condition of air drying, but in many occasions such as hospitals, research institutes, laboratories and precision manufacturing factories, the air purification requirement is high, the air is required to have certain cleanliness, and the environment has certain sound requirements. Therefore, the air conditioner (or the air cleaning apparatus) is required to be highly dust-removing, sterilizing, and silencing. When the virtual reality display of the air conditioner (or the air purification device) is carried out on the occasions, the virtual reality simulation can be carried out on the dust content, the bacterial content or the sound decibel of the air, wherein the virtual reality display can be carried out in the design process or the sale process. Specifically, when the parameters to be displayed are difficult to cause obvious feelings of the user on human sense organs, the specific parameters can be broadcasted by voice in the virtual reality simulation process, or the parameters are displayed in a visual environment, so that the user can perform visual feelings and experiences on the effect parameters by combining the sensible somatosensory feelings and reliable parameter changes.
