during guniting, a compressed air source and a pressure water source are respectively connected with a compressed air inlet and a pressure water inlet of a distribution valve, and openings of concrete raw material bags are downwards arranged on porous plates of respective proportional conveying devices, so that the raw materials flow into a charging bucket; opening a flow valve on a water inlet to enable the flow valve to meet the flow of the water-cement ratio of the concrete, and spraying pressure water flow into the cement paste mixing barrel through a surrounding water pipe; then starting the distribution valve, sending compressed air to the horizontal pipe, and simultaneously starting each proportional conveying device to work; the cement and the accelerator are fully mixed with water after meeting water spray in a cement slurry mixing barrel to form cement slurry, the cement slurry is conveyed to the horizontal pipe, flows forwards at high speed under the action of compressed air, is mixed with stones and sand, and is output under pressure through a conical pipe at the front end of the horizontal pipe.
In the guniting process, when the water-cement ratio of the concrete needs to be adjusted, the flow valve is adjusted manually.
The positive effects of this application are:
