And the hanging lug 2 is fixedly connected with the wall surface through a bolt, so that the hanging lug 2 is clamped and fixed on a screw rod between a bolt nut and the wall surface. Preferably, damping gaskets are clamped and fixed between the wall surface and the hanging lug 2, and between the hanging lug 2 and the bolt and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the present embodiment discloses a wall-mounted washing machine, which includes an outer tub 1 directly mounted on a wall surface, a cabinet installed on an outer circumference of the outer tub 1, and a drain device 4, wherein the drain device 4 includes:
a drain valve assembly 41 which communicates with the outer cylinder 1 and forcibly discharges water in the outer cylinder 1;
and a drain pipe 42 having one end communicating with the drain valve assembly 41 and the other end extending to the outside of the washing machine through the cabinet below one end of the outer tub 1 adjacent to the wall.
In the above scheme, the wall-mounted washing machine is different from a common drum washing machine in that the wall-mounted washing machine is arranged on a plane, and the wall-mounted washing machine is used by being hung on a wall. The wall-mounted washing machine comprises the outer barrel 1 directly assembled on the wall surface, and components such as a damper and the like are not required for supporting, so that the number of the components on the washing machine is reduced, the production cost and the assembly difficulty of the washing machine are further reduced, the size and the weight of the whole washing machine are reduced, and the appearance of the washing machine is optimized. The outer cylinder 1 includes a box at the outer circumference of the side thereof. The washing machine further comprises a drainage device 4, wherein the drainage device 4 comprises a drainage valve assembly 41 for forcibly discharging the water in the outer tub 1 from the inside to the outside of the outer tub 1 in a corresponding washing stage, and a drainage pipe 42 for discharging the water forcibly discharged out of the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine, wherein the drainage pipe 42 is generally a hose for finally discharging the water out of the washing machine, and is easily damaged by vibration, collision and the like. And for easy and thorough drainage said drain pipe 42 is typically a drain opening extending from above to a floor drain or the like. Furthermore, for a washing machine without a back panel, the hose cannot be fixed, and larger fluctuation occurs. In order to solve the problem, the other end of the drain pipe 42 extends to the outside of the washing machine through the box below the outer cylinder 1, and specifically, the other end of the drain pipe 42 extends to a floor drain outside the washing machine through the box below one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall and extends downwards. When the drain pipe 4242 is arranged at one end, which is not close to the wall, of the outer barrel 11, the drain pipe 4242 is easy to expose outside and is not attractive, and the drain pipe 42 and the floor drain are in a connection process due to the fact that the drain pipe 42 cannot be fixed, shaking and vibration can be caused, and then the drain pipe 42 is damaged, so that the other end of the drain pipe 42 penetrates through a box body below one end, which is close to the wall, of the outer barrel 1 and extends to the outside of the.
Further, the drainage device 4 further comprises a mounting structure 43, the mounting structure 43 is configured to fixedly support one end of the drainage pipe 42 at one end of the outer tub 1 close to the wall, one end of the drainage pipe 42 is communicated with the drainage valve assembly 41 through the mounting structure 43, and the other end of the drainage pipe 42 extends to the outside of the washing machine through a box below the outer tub 1.
In the above solution, the drainage device 4 further includes a mounting structure 43, and the mounting structure 43 supports the drainage valve assembly 41 and the drainage pipe 42, fixes one end of the drainage pipe 42 at one end of the outer tub 1 close to the wall, and also serves to communicate the drainage pipe 42 with the drainage valve assembly 41.
Further, the wall of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with at least one hanging lug 2 which protrudes outwards in the radial direction, the hanging lug 2 is attached to and fixedly connected with the wall surface, the mounting structure 43 fixedly supports one end of the drain pipe 42 on the hanging lug 2,
preferably, the mounting structure 43 detachably and fixedly supports one end of the drain pipe 42 on the hanging lug 2.
In the scheme, the outer barrel 1 is hung on the wall surface through the hanging lugs 2, and is not required to be supported by components such as a damper and the like, so that the number of the components on the washing machine is reduced, the production cost and the assembly difficulty of the washing machine are further reduced, the size and the weight of the whole washing machine are reduced, the appearance of the washing machine is optimized, and the wall hanging reliability of the washing machine is improved. The drain pipe 42 is fixedly supported on the hanging lug 2 through the mounting structure 43, the drain pipe 42 is arranged on the rear side of the outer barrel 1 and is also fixedly supported on the hanging lug 2, and meanwhile, the drain valve assembly 41 also plays a role of limiting and supporting, so that the problem that the drain pipe 42 cannot be fixed due to the fact that a rear panel is not arranged is prevented, and the problems of shaking, vibration, damage, water splashing and the like due to the fact that the drain pipe 42 cannot be fixedly connected are avoided. In order to facilitate the operations of installation, maintenance, inspection, replacement, etc. of the drain pipe 42, the installation structure 43 detachably and fixedly supports one end of the drain pipe 42 on the hanging lug 2, and the other end of the drain pipe 42 extends downwards to the outside of the washing machine through the box body below the outer tub 1.
Furthermore, four corners of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 2, the mounting structure 43 detachably and fixedly supports one end of the drain pipe 42 on one hanging lug 2 at the lower side of the outer cylinder 1,
preferably, the hanging lug 2 is the hanging lug 2 on the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 closer to the drain valve assembly 41.
In the above scheme, four corners of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with one hanging lug 2, and in a preferred embodiment, the hanging lugs 2 are arranged on two height surfaces. Further, be equipped with support piece 3 that extends to outer section of thick bamboo 1 direction on the wall, support piece 3 passes hangers 2 and supports with hangers 2 counterbalance. The specific assembly steps of the outer barrel 1 are that the support piece 3 is installed on a wall surface, then the hanging lug 2 is hung on the support piece 3 to realize the primary fixation of the outer barrel 1, and finally the nut is screwed on the support piece 3 penetrating through the hanging lug 2 to enable the hanging lug 2 to be clamped and fixed on the support piece 3 between the wall surface and the nut, so that the assembly of the outer barrel 1 is realized. In the preferred embodiment, damping gaskets are respectively clamped and fixed between the wall surface and the hanging lug 2 and between the hanging lug 2 and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced. And the hanging lug 2 is fixedly connected with the wall surface through a bolt, so that the hanging lug 2 is clamped and fixed on a screw rod between a bolt nut and the wall surface. In the preferred embodiment, damping gaskets are clamped and fixed between the wall surface and the hanging lug 2, and between the hanging lug 2 and the bolt and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced. The drain pipe 42 is fixedly supported on one hanging lug 2 on the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 through the mounting structure 43, is arranged on the rear side of the outer cylinder 1 and is also arranged on the lower side of the outer cylinder 1, so that water can be conveniently drained under the action of gravity without residue, the appearance is ensured, and the drain pipe 42 is fixedly supported. In the preferred embodiment, the drain pipe 42 is fixedly supported on one of the hangers 2 on the lower side of the outer tub 1 near the drain valve assembly 41 by the mounting structure 43, which simplifies the device, and simplifies the method and structure for fixedly supporting the drain pipe 42 by the mounting structure 43.
Further, the mounting structure 43 includes a support portion 432 supporting one end of the drain pipe 42, one end of the support portion 432 is communicated with the drain valve assembly 41 to receive the water discharged from the drain valve assembly 41, and the other end is communicated with one end of the drain pipe 42 to discharge the water discharged from the drain valve assembly 41 to the outside of the washing machine through the drain pipe 42, and the drain pipe 42 is supported at one end of the outer tub 1 near the wall through the support portion 432.
In the above-mentioned solution, the support part 432 supports one end of the drain pipe 42 at one end of the outer tub 1 close to the wall, and the drain pipe 42 and the drain valve assembly 41 are supported and simultaneously communicated with each other, so that the water forcibly discharged from the drain valve assembly 41 can smoothly flow to the drain pipe 42 through the support part 432 and then be discharged out of the washing machine through the drain pipe 42, and the other end of the drain pipe 42 passes through the cabinet and extends to the outside of the washing machine, and the water is discharged out of the washing machine. The drain valve assembly 41 cannot be installed at the rear side of the outer tub 1 due to the limitation of the shape, the drain position, and the like, and when the drain pipe 42 is directly led out from the drain port of the drain valve assembly 41, the position of the drain pipe 42 is moved forward, which is likely to cause shaking, and is not beautiful, and the drain pipe 42 led out of the washing machine cannot be fixed. Therefore, the support part 432 is provided, and the water forcibly discharged from the drain valve assembly 41 is drawn out to the drain pipe 42 through the support part 432 and discharged through the drain pipe 42, thereby supporting the drain pipe 42 and the drain valve assembly 41.

The other end of the vent pipe 52 is also provided with a defoaming structure 521 for breaking the foam overflowing to the position into liquid and guiding the liquid to the overflow pipe, and the defoaming structure 521 prevents the foam from overflowing from the vent pipe 52 to the washing machine, and simultaneously does not affect the ventilation function of the vent pipe 52.
Further, the exhaust hole is provided at the highest water level inside the outer tub 1,
preferably, the exhaust hole is provided on a diameter vertically passing through the axis of the rear wall of the outer tub 1 to communicate with the highest water level inside the outer tub 1.
In the scheme, the exhaust holes are formed in the highest water level position inside the outer barrel 1, so that the problems that foam and water are accidentally overflowed when the positions of the exhaust holes are low, and further washing is not clean and the like are solved. In a preferred embodiment, the vent holes are arranged on the diameter of the axis vertically penetrating through the rear wall of the outer barrel 1, so that the highest water level is easier to find and determine, and compared with vent holes arranged at other positions, the vent holes increase the difficulty of foam overflow and can realize the function of overflowing foam and water when the foam and water are excessive.
Further, the washing machine further comprises a drain 4, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is connected to the exhaust hole, the other end extends downwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and is connected to the drain 4,
preferably, the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards along the circumferential direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1,
more preferably, one end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downward from the exhaust hole in a vertical direction for a certain distance and then extends downward in a circumferential direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1.
In the above scheme, the washing machine further comprises a drainage device 4 for draining the washing water in the outer cylinder 1 out of the washing machine, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is connected to the air exhaust hole to realize air circulation between the inside of the outer cylinder and the outside of the outer cylinder, the other end is connected to the drainage device 4, and the foam and water overflowing from the air exhaust hole are drained out of the washing machine through the drainage device 4. In addition, the other end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer barrel 1, so that excessive disturbance on the arrangement of ribs on the rear wall of the outer barrel 1 is avoided, the arrangement between the ribs does not occupy space, and the distribution of the ribs is not broken. In a preferred embodiment, the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards along the circumferential direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the length of the overflow pipe 51 is reduced, foam and water can be discharged more quickly, foam overflow caused by foam accumulation is avoided, and the foam is more easily broken and flows out when the overflow pipe is subjected to larger vibration closer to the axis. In a more preferred embodiment, one end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards from the exhaust hole for a certain distance along the vertical direction and then extends downwards along the axial direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder, and the overflow pipe 51 extending downwards along the vertical direction facilitates the foam and water to flow to the drainage device 4.
Further, one end of the air permeability pipe 52 is communicated with the overflow pipe 51, the other end extends upwards to a position higher than the air vent along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1,
preferably, the vent pipe 52 is close to the overflow pipe 51, and the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends upwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1,
more preferably, the other end of the ventilation tube 52 extends along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and then continues to extend upwards to a position higher than the vent hole along the vertical direction.
In the above scheme, the vent pipe 52 extends upwards along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, on one hand, the vent pipe 52 is arranged on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the vibration of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is relatively large, the vibration of the vent pipe 52 arranged on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is relatively large, and the foam is more easily broken into liquid under the vibration action; on the other hand, the vent pipe 52 extends upwards along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that compared with the vent pipe arranged on the side wall of the outer cylinder 1, the space on the side wall of the outer cylinder 1 is saved, the volume of the washing machine is reduced, and the vent pipe 52 is arranged on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and can be embedded between ribs on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that the space is saved; in addition, the other end of the gas permeable tube 52 extends to a position higher than the vent hole, and the pressure required for the foam to escape from the gas permeable tube 52 is greater, thereby greatly reducing the possibility of foam escape. In a preferred embodiment, the vent pipe 52 is close to the overflow pipe 51, and the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends upwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that excessive disturbance on the layout of ribs on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is avoided, no space is occupied between the ribs, and the distribution of the ribs is not broken; on the other hand, the air-permeable tube 52 is close to the overflow tube 51, that is, close to the axial center of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, and the foam is more easily broken by vibration in the air-permeable tube and is less likely to overflow from the air-permeable tube 52 as the vibration becomes larger. In a more preferred embodiment, the other end of the air permeability tube 52 extends circumferentially along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and then continues to extend upward in the vertical direction to a position higher than the air vent, the circumferential extension causes the foam to be broken under the condition of increased vibration, the continuous upward extension in the vertical direction causes the upward resistance of the foam to be increased, and the end of the other end of the air permeability tube 52 is higher than the air vent, which is easier to be arranged.
Furthermore, a bending part 522 is arranged in the ventilation pipe 52, the bending part 522 is arranged at one end communicated with the overflow pipe 51,
preferably, one end of the ventilation tube 52 communicating with the overflow tube 51 is disposed below a horizontal line passing through the axis of the rear wall of the outer tube 1.
In the above scheme, be equipped with kink 522, play broken bubble and anti-overflow effect to the foam that overflows, the setting is in the one end that communicates overflow pipe 51, on the one hand, pass through the extension of kink 522 for permeability cell 52, provide sufficient space for the upwards extension of permeability cell 52, prevent that the upwards extension in-process of permeability cell 52 from surpassing the scope at urceolus 1 rear portion and not having the space and continuing to extend, on the other hand carries out the broken bubble to the foam through kink 522, the foam can be when the position that the pipeline appears buckling under the pressure increase partly broken away, kink 522 has also increased pressure for the marcing of foam in permeability cell 52, make the foam more difficult to flow in permeability cell 52. Therefore, the bent portion 522 has both the transition function and the overflow prevention and foam breaking function. One end of the vent pipe 52 communicated with the overflow pipe 51 is arranged below a horizontal line passing through the axis of the rear wall of the outer barrel 1, so that the difficulty of overflowing foam to the overflow pipe 51 is increased, the resistance of the foam continuously downwards is smaller than the resistance of the foam upwards from the vent pipe 52, and the overflow of the foam is effectively reduced.
Further, the bending part 522 is a convex section protruding outward along the radial direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1,
preferably, the protruding section is arc-shaped,
more preferably, the protruding section is at least partially disposed below a horizontal line passing through the axial center of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1.
In the above solution, the bending portion 522 is a protruding section protruding outward along the radial direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the foam overflows from the overflow pipe 51 into the ventilation pipe 52, on one hand, the protruding section protruding outward in the radial direction extends the stroke of the foam, increases the complexity of the stroke, and increases the resistance of the foam to continuously overflow upward, on the other hand, the protruding section protruding outward in the radial direction includes a first extending section extending outward in the radial direction and a second extending section extending inward in the radial direction, the foam receives a vibration effect from the first extending section to the second extending section from the small size, the foam is gradually broken under the changing vibration effect in the process of rising from the first extending section to the second extending section, and moreover, the foam changes due to the vibration effect, the rising resistance and the change of the rising route in the process of rising from the first extending section to the second extending section, the foams collide with each other, so that the foams are easier to break down. In a preferred embodiment, the protruding section is arc-shaped, and the arc-shaped protruding section forms a structure similar to a semicircle, so that on one hand, the function of the bending section can be realized, and on the other hand, the bending of the hose is easy to form or bend for the hose, the forming cost is not increased, and the installation is easy. In a more preferred embodiment, the protruding section is at least partially arranged below a horizontal line passing through the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that the difficulty of foam overflowing to the overflow pipe 51 is increased, the foam continuously receives downward resistance smaller than the upward resistance received from the ventilation pipe 52, and the overflow of the foam is effectively reduced.
