In the scheme, the water inlet valve 63 is positioned above a horizontal plane passing through the gravity center of the outer barrel 1, so that water is added into the outer barrel 1 conveniently, the water naturally flows into the outer barrel 1 under the action of gravity, power is not required to be additionally provided for water inlet, and kinetic energy is saved. In a preferred embodiment, the water inlet valve 63 is disposed on the sidewall of the outer tub 1, higher than the center of gravity of the outer tub 1, and disposed at a middle position of the sidewall of the outer tub 1 with respect to the front-back direction of the wall, so that on one hand, water can be conveniently introduced, on the other hand, the introduced water can uniformly spray the clothes, and a sufficient space is provided for installing the water inlet valve 63. In a more preferred embodiment, the water inlet valve is arranged on the side wall of the outer barrel above and close to a horizontal plane passing through the center of gravity of the outer barrel 1, so that on one hand, kinetic energy is saved, on the other hand, the installation space is more sufficient, and a structure for limiting and supporting the installation of the water inlet valve 63 can be arranged on the box body.
Further, the water introducing pipe 61 extends from the upper side of the outer cylinder 1 to the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 and the rear side of the outer cylinder 1 in an arc shape along the cylindrical wall of the outer cylinder 1.
In the above scheme, the drainage pipeline 61 is arc-shaped from the upper side of the outer barrel 1 along the barrel wall of the outer barrel 1 and extends towards the lower side of the outer barrel 1 and the rear side of the outer barrel 1, so that the drainage pipeline 61 is convenient to install and fix, the occupied space is also avoided, the disorder of parts in the box body is avoided, and the difficulty in maintenance and disassembly is increased.
Further, a base is arranged at one end, close to the wall, of the lower side of the outer barrel 1 of the washing machine, a water inlet of the washing machine is arranged on a box body below the base, and the water guide pipeline 61 extends to the rear side of the outer barrel 1 and the lower side of the outer barrel along the barrel wall of the outer barrel 1 in an arc shape and extends to the water inlet of the washing machine along the base.
Further, the wall of the outer barrel 1 is provided with at least one hanging lug 2 protruding outwards in the radial direction, the hanging lug 2 is attached to and fixedly connected with the wall, the water inlet of the washing machine is arranged on the box body below the hanging lug 2, and the water leading pipeline 61 extends to the rear side of the outer barrel 1 and the rear side of the lower side of the outer barrel in an arc shape along the wall of the outer barrel 1 and extends to the water inlet of the washing machine along the hanging lug 2.
Furthermore, four corners of the wall of the outer barrel 1 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 2, the water inlet of the washing machine is arranged on a box body below one hanging lug 2 on the lower side of the outer barrel 1, and the water guide pipeline 61 extends to the rear side of the outer barrel 1 and the rear side of the lower side along the hanging lug 2 in an arc shape along the wall of the outer barrel 1 and extends to the water inlet of the washing machine.
In the above solution, in one embodiment, the water conduit 61 extends to the rear side and the lower side of the outer tub 1 along the wall of the outer tub 1 in an arc shape and extends to the water inlet of the washing machine along the base, so as to provide a carrier for fixing and extending the water conduit 61, thereby preventing the problems of vibration, collision, damage and the like caused by the water conduit 61 being unable to fix in a wall-mounted washing machine without a rear panel. In another embodiment, the outer tub 1 of the present invention is hung on a wall through the hanging lugs 2 without being supported by components such as dampers, thereby reducing the number of components on the washing machine, further reducing the production cost and the assembly difficulty of the washing machine, simultaneously reducing the overall size and weight of the washing machine, optimizing the appearance of the washing machine, and improving the wall hanging reliability of the washing machine. The water guide pipeline 61 extends to the rear side of the outer barrel 1 and the rear edge hanging lug 2 of the lower side of the outer barrel 1 along the barrel wall of the outer barrel 1 in an arc shape and extends to a water inlet of the washing machine, a carrier capable of being fixed and extending is provided for the water guide pipeline 61, and the problems that the water guide pipeline 61 cannot be fixed and caused by vibration, collision, damage and the like of a wall-mounted washing machine without a rear panel are prevented. The suspension loop 2 can be one of bases. In a preferred embodiment, the four corners of the cylindrical wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with one hanging lug 2, and in a preferred embodiment, the hanging lugs 2 are arranged on two height surfaces. Furthermore, be equipped with the support piece 3 that extends to outer section of thick bamboo 1 direction on the wall, support piece 3 passes hangers 2 and supports with hangers 2 counterbalance.
Further, the water supply device 6 further comprises a fixing structure 62 for fixing the water inlet pipe 61 at the water inlet of the washing machine.

Further, the fixing structure 62 includes a mounting cover 621 for fixing the water guide pipe 61 at the water inlet of the washing machine,
preferably, the water drainage pipe 61 is detachably mounted on the base/hanging ring 2 at one end of the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall through a mounting cover 621.
In the above-mentioned solution, the fixing structure 62 includes a mounting cover 621, and the water guiding pipe 61 is fixed at one end of the lower side of the outer tub 1 close to the wall through the mounting cover 621. In one embodiment, the mounting cover 621 is integrally formed on the end of the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall, i.e. the base/hanging ear 2 of the end of the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall in the present invention, and the mounting cover 621 includes a cavity for fixing the water drainage pipeline 61 and an opening for the water drainage pipeline 61 to enter and exit the cavity. In another embodiment, the mounting cover 621 is detachably disposed at an end of the lower side of the outer tub 1 close to the wall, so as to facilitate installation and maintenance. In a preferred embodiment, the water diversion pipeline 61 is detachably arranged on the base/hanging lug 2 at one end of the lower side of the outer barrel 1 close to the wall through the mounting cover plate 621, so that the water diversion pipeline 61 is convenient to detach and mount, the water diversion pipeline 61 is more convenient to fix, an opening for the water diversion pipeline 61 to go in and out is not required to be arranged, and the fixing effect is better.
Furthermore, the mounting cover 621 includes a fixing portion 6211 for fixing the water drainage pipe 61 in cooperation with the water drainage pipe 61, and a connecting portion 6212 for mounting the fixing portion 6211 on the base/hanging lug 2,
preferably, the connecting portion 6212 detachably provides the fixing portion 6211 to the base/hanger 2.
The fixing portion 6211 is used for fixing the drainage pipe 61, and the connecting portion 6212 is used for fixedly connecting the fixing portion 6211. The connecting part 6212 and the fixing part 6211 may be integrally formed, or may be detachably connected or connected by other methods, and preferably, the connecting part 6212 and the fixing part 6211 are integrally formed, so that the structure is simple and the cost is saved. The connecting portion 6212 may fix the fixing portion 6211 on the base/suspension loop 2, for example, by way of integral molding or welding, or detachably set the fixing portion 6211 on the base/suspension loop 2, and the preferred embodiment is that the connecting portion 6212 detachably sets the fixing portion 6211 on the base/suspension loop 2, which facilitates installation, detachment and maintenance, and also facilitates installation, detachment, or replacement and maintenance of the water conduit 61.
Further, the fixing structure 62 further comprises a fitting guide portion 622 provided on the base/hanger 2, the fitting guide portion 622 comprises a fitting groove for fitting the fixing portion 6211 to fix the water guide pipe 61, and a guide groove for guiding the water guide pipe 61 to extend toward the upper side of the outer cylinder 1,
preferably, the matching groove and the guiding groove are grooves which are recessed towards the wall direction on the base/hanging lug 2.
In the above configuration, the fitting guide portion 622 is provided, so that the water introduction pipe 61 is more firmly fixed and does not damage the water introduction pipe 61. Set up the cooperation groove and can save space, reduce fixed part 6211's size, set up the guiding groove and guide for diversion pipeline 61's follow-up extension, prevent that diversion pipeline 61 is skew to be caused injury and inconvenience, occupation space not simultaneously. The matching groove and the guide groove are grooves which are formed in the base/hanging lug 2 and are sunken towards the wall direction, space is not occupied, and meanwhile the strength of the base/hanging lug 2 is improved due to the arrangement of the grooves.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment discloses a wall-mounted washing machine including a tub 1, a drain device 4 for discharging water inside the tub 1 outside the washing machine, and an overflow pipe 51 for discharging foam overflowing inside the tub 1 and water outside the washing machine, the drain device 4 including:
a drain valve assembly 41 which communicates with the outer cylinder 1 and forcibly discharges water in the outer cylinder 1;
a drain pipe 42 communicating with the drain valve assembly 41 to drain water discharged from the drain valve assembly 41 to the outside of the washing machine;
and a mounting structure 43 for fixedly supporting the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer tub 1 near the wall.
In the above scheme, the wall-mounted washing machine is different from a common drum washing machine in that the wall-mounted washing machine is arranged on a plane, and the wall-mounted washing machine is used by being hung on a wall. The wall-mounted washing machine of the present invention comprises a drain device 4, wherein the drain device 4 comprises a drain valve assembly 41 for forcibly discharging the water in the outer tub 1 from the inside to the outside of the outer tub 1 in a corresponding washing stage, the water forcibly discharged out of the outer tub 1 is discharged out of the washing machine through a drain pipe 42, and the drain pipe 42 is generally a hose for finally discharging the water out of the washing machine, and is easily damaged by vibration, collision, etc. The wall-mounted washing machine generally further includes a ventilation device 5 for ventilating air between the inside and the outside of the tub 1 to prevent the tub 1 from being damaged due to the inability to ventilate. The ventilating means 5 includes an overflow pipe 51 for discharging the overflowing bubbles and water from the inside of the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine and ventilating the inside of the outer tub 1. The drainage hose of the common wall-mounted washing machine extends to the outside of the washing machine after penetrating through the rear panel, and plays a role of fixing by penetrating through the rear panel, but the hose is damaged by a sharp edge or a rib structure possibly existing at the edge of a hole on the rear panel when the hose vibrates, so that the damage rate of the hose is very high. In addition, when the overflow pipe 51 directly communicates with the drain pipe 42, the drain pipe 42 is a hose, which may cause leakage or shaking and detachment. The drainage device 4 of the wall-mounted washing machine of the invention is used for solving the problem, and also comprises a mounting structure 43 which is used for mounting and fixing the drainage pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51, the drainage pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are fixedly supported at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall, water is led out to the rear side of the outer cylinder 1 and is smoothly discharged, and the drainage pipe 42 is prevented from being exposed and not attractive due to the arrangement of the drainage pipe 42 at the front end of the outer cylinder 1, and the damage to the drainage hose due to shaking and vibration caused by the incapability of fixing in the connection process of the drainage hose and a floor drain is prevented; the installation structure 43 prevents damage due to shaking or vibration of the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 during drainage.
Further, a base is provided at one end of the outer tub 1 of the washing machine near the wall, and the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are fixedly supported on the base by the mounting structure 43.
Further, the wall of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with at least one hanging lug 2 protruding outwards in the radial direction, the hanging lug 2 is jointed and fixedly connected with the wall, the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are fixedly supported on the hanging lug 2 through a mounting structure 43,
preferably, four corners of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 2, the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are fixedly supported on one hanging lug 2 at the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 through the mounting structure 43,
more preferably, the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are fixedly supported on one of the hangers 2 on the lower side of the outer tub 1 near the drain valve assembly 41 by the mounting structure 43.
In the above scheme, the base is provided, so that the space of the end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall is not occupied, and meanwhile, the mounting structure 43 is fixedly supported at the end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall to provide a medium convenient to mount. One embodiment of the base can be at least one lug 2 which protrudes radially outwards and is arranged on the wall of the outer cylinder 1, or the base and the lug 2 can be two different schemes. The outer cylinder 1 is hung on the wall through the hanging lugs 2, and does not need components such as a damper and the like for supporting, so that the number of components on the washing machine is reduced, the production cost and the assembly difficulty of the washing machine are further reduced, the integral size and weight of the washing machine are reduced, the appearance of the washing machine is optimized, and the wall hanging reliability of the washing machine is improved. The drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are fixedly supported on the hanging lug 2 through the mounting structure 43, so that the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are arranged on the rear side of the outer barrel 1 and are also fixed on the hanging lug 2, the problem that the drain pipe 42 cannot be fixed due to the fact that a rear panel is not arranged in the fixing device is solved, and the problems of shaking, vibration, damage, water splashing and the like caused by the fact that the drain pipe 42 cannot be fixedly connected are solved. The drain pipe 42 is detachably mounted on the hanging lug 2 through a mounting structure 43 in order to facilitate operations such as installation, maintenance, inspection, replacement and the like of the drain pipe 42. Four corners of the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 1 are respectively provided with a hanging lug 2, and in a preferred embodiment, the hanging lugs 2 are arranged on two height surfaces. Furthermore, be equipped with the support piece 3 that extends to outer section of thick bamboo 1 direction on the wall, support piece 3 passes hangers 2 and supports with hangers 2 inconsistent. The specific assembly steps of the outer barrel 1 of the invention are that the support piece 3 is firstly installed on the wall, then the hanging lug 2 is hung on the support piece 3 to realize the preliminary fixing of the outer barrel 1, and finally the nut is screwed on the support piece 3 which passes through the hanging lug 2 to ensure that the hanging lug 2 is clamped and fixed on the support piece 3 between the wall and the nut, thereby realizing the assembly of the outer barrel 1. In the preferred embodiment, a damping gasket is respectively clamped and fixed between the wall and the hanging lug 2, and between the hanging lug 2 and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced. And the hanging lug 2 can be fixedly connected with the wall through a bolt, so that the hanging lug 2 is clamped and fixed on a screw rod between a bolt nut and the wall. In the preferred embodiment, damping gaskets are clamped and fixed between the wall and the hanging lug 2, and between the hanging lug 2 and the bolt and the nut, so that the noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced. According to the invention, the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are arranged on one hanging lug 2 on the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 through the mounting structure 43, and are arranged on the rear side of the outer cylinder 1 and the lower side of the outer cylinder 1, so that water can be conveniently discharged under the action of gravity without residue, the appearance is ensured, and the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are fixedly arranged. In the preferred embodiment, the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are arranged on one hanging lug 2 of the lower side of the outer barrel 1 close to the drain valve assembly 41 through the mounting structure 43, so that the device is simplified, and the method and the structure for arranging the drain pipe 42 by the mounting structure 43 are simplified.
Further, the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with an exhaust hole 53 communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1, the overflow pipe 51 is arranged at the rear part of the outer cylinder 1, one end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1 through the exhaust hole 53, the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the drainage device 4,
preferably, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is communicated with the highest water level inside the outer cylinder 1 through the exhaust hole 53, and the other end is fixedly supported at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall through the mounting structure 43.
In the above-mentioned solution, the overflow pipe 51 is arranged at the rear part of the outer cylinder 1, which saves the space at the side part of the outer cylinder 1 compared with the arrangement at the side part of the outer cylinder 1, and reduces the volume of the wall-mounted washing machine, and the overflow pipe 51 can be arranged between the rib structures at the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, and does not occupy much space at the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1. The rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 comprises an exhaust hole 53 communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1, and the exhaust hole 53 is arranged on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that the overflow pipe 51 can be conveniently connected to the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1. The overflow pipe 51 has one end communicating with an exhaust hole 53 provided above the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and the other end communicating with the drainage device 4, and discharges the bubbles and water overflowing from above the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine through the drainage device 4. In a preferred embodiment, the overflow pipe 51 is communicated with the highest water level inside the outer tub 1 through the exhaust hole 53, so that the problems of foam and water accidental overflow and poor washing caused by low position of the exhaust hole 53 are avoided. The other end of the overflow pipe 51 is fixedly supported at one end of the outer barrel 1 close to the wall through the mounting structure 43, so that the overflow pipe 51 is prevented from being unsmooth in drainage easily caused when the overflow pipe 51 extends to the direction of the drainage valve assembly 41 at the bottom of the outer barrel 1 to reach the front end of the outer barrel 1 and then discharges water through the drainage pipe 42, or the overflow pipe 51 is prevented from being loosened in connection caused by the fact that the drainage pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 vibrate respectively when being directly communicated with the drainage pipe 42, and further overflow is caused.
Further, the mounting structure 43 includes:
a support part 432 for supporting the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer tub 1 near the wall;
a mounting part 431 for mounting and fixing the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer cylinder 1 near the wall;
preferably, the mounting portion 431 and the supporting portion 432 are integrally formed.
In the above scheme, the support portion 432 supports the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall, that is, one end of the drain pipe 42 and one end of the overflow pipe 51 discharging water are supported at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall, and the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are supported while the drain valve assembly 41 is supported to enable the installation to be firmer, so that the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are prevented from shaking, loosening, damaging and the like under the vibration effect. The drain valve assembly 41 cannot be installed at the rear side of the outer tub 1 due to the limitation of the shape, the drain position, and the like, and when the drain pipe 42 is directly led out from the drain port of the drain valve assembly 41, the position of the drain pipe 42 is moved forward, which is likely to cause shaking, and is not beautiful, and the drain pipe 42 led out of the washing machine cannot be fixed. Therefore, a support part 432 is provided to support the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer tub 1 near the wall. The installation part 431 is used for installing the water discharge pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall, so that the water discharge pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 can be further fixed, and the danger caused by vibration can be prevented. In one embodiment, the installation part 431, the water drainage pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are integrally formed, so that the cost is saved, the processing and the forming are convenient, but the difficulty is increased during the installation; in another embodiment, the mounting portion 431 is detachably connected with the water discharge pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51, so that the mounting and the dismounting are simple and convenient. In a preferred embodiment, the mounting part 431 is integrally formed with the supporting part 432, and the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are supported by the supporting part 432 and fixed at one end of the outer barrel 1 close to the wall through the mounting part 431.
Further, one end of the support part 432 is communicated with the drain valve assembly 41, and the other end is communicated with both the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51.
In the above-mentioned solution, one end of the support part 432 is communicated with the drain valve assembly 41 to receive the water discharged from the drain valve assembly 41, the other end of the support part 432 is communicated with one end of the drain pipe 42 to discharge the water discharged from the drain valve assembly 41 to the outside of the washing machine through the drain pipe 42, the other end of the support part 432 is further communicated with the other end of the overflow pipe 51, and the other end of the overflow pipe 51 is communicated with the drain pipe 42 through the support part 432 to discharge the foam and the water overflowing from the inside of the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine through the drain pipe 42.
Further, the support part 432 is a tubular structure, one end of the tubular structure is communicated with the drain valve assembly 41, the other end of the tubular structure extends towards one end of the outer barrel 1 close to the wall, is communicated with both the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 and supports the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer barrel 1 close to the wall,
preferably, the supporting portion 432 is a hard pipe, is disposed on the same horizontal plane as the drain valve assembly 41,
more preferably, the support part 432 extends from the drain valve assembly 41 to an end of the outer tub 1 close to the wall in a gradually decreasing and inclined manner, and a communication position between the drain pipe 42 and the support part 432 is lower than a communication position between the support part 432 and the drain valve assembly 41.
In the above solution, the supporting portion 432 is a tubular structure, the tubular structure has a hollow cavity through which water flows, the drain valve assembly 41, the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are communicated through the tubular structure, and are respectively disposed at two ends of the tubular structure, so as to guide water of the drain valve assembly 41 to the drain pipe 42, support the drain valve assembly 41, and support the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 at one end of the outer tub 1 close to the wall, so as to facilitate extension and fixation of the other end of the drain pipe 42, and in addition, the overflow pipe 51 is communicated with the drain pipe 42 through the supporting portion 432, so as to drain overflowed water and foam out of the washing machine. In a preferred embodiment, the support part 432 is a hard tube to support the drain pipe 42, the overflow pipe 51, and the drain valve assembly 41, and a soft tube cannot support the same. The supporting part 432 and the drain valve assembly 41 are arranged on the same horizontal plane, and the water drain valve assembly is simple in structure, small in occupied space and convenient to install and maintain. In a more preferred embodiment, the support part 432 extends from the drain valve assembly 41 to the end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall in a gradually decreasing and inclined manner, so that the water in the support part 432 completely flows out of the drain pipe 42 without residue and backflow, and the foam and water discharged from the overflow pipe 51 to the support part 432 do not flow back. The communication position between the drain pipe 42 and the support part 432 is lower than the communication position between the support part 432 and the drain valve assembly 41, so that the water in the support part 432 is better discharged and the water is prevented from remaining or flowing back.
Further, the mounting portion 431 includes a mounting plate for detachably mounting and fixing the supporting portion 432 on one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall, the mounting plate is provided with mounting through holes 4311, a screw passes through the mounting through hole 4311 to detachably mount and fix the mounting plate on one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall,
preferably, the corners of the mounting plate are rounded.
In the above scheme, the drain pipe 42 and the overflow pipe 51 are detachably arranged on the hanging lug 2/base by the mounting plate, one end face of the mounting plate is in contact with the supporting part 432 and is integrally formed with the supporting part 432, the other end face opposite to the end face is in contact with the hanging lug 2 or the base, and the mounting plate is detachably connected to the hanging lug 2 or the base through a screw. In a preferred embodiment, the corners of the mounting plate are in smooth transition, so that the sharp corners are prevented from scratching hanging corners or other positions or mounting/dismounting personnel in the mounting/dismounting process.
Further, the mounting portion 431 further includes a limiting portion 4312 for limiting the connection of the mounting plate,
preferably, the limit part 4312 is integrally formed on the side edge of the mounting plate,
more preferably, the limiting portion 4312 includes a protrusion portion protruding from the side of the mounting plate and extending continuously.
In the above scheme, the limiting part 4312 limits and connects the mounting plate to the hanging lug 2 or the base, so that the mounting plate is prevented from being mistakenly mounted and moved after being mounted. As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment discloses a wall-mounted washing machine, which includes an outer tub 1, and further includes a ventilation device 5 disposed at the rear of the outer tub 1 for ventilating air between the inside of the outer tub 1 and the outside of the outer tub 1, wherein the ventilation device 5 includes:
an exhaust hole formed in the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and communicating with the inside of the outer tub 1;
an overflow pipe 51 having one end connected to the exhaust hole and the other end discharging the foam and water overflowing from the inside of the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine;
the air permeable pipe 52 has one end connected to the overflow pipe 51 and the other end extending to a position higher than the air vent, and is provided with a defoaming structure 521 for breaking the foam overflowing to the position into liquid and guiding the liquid to the overflow pipe 51.
In the above scheme, the wall-mounted washing machine is different from a common drum washing machine in that the wall-mounted washing machine is arranged on a plane, and the wall-mounted washing machine is used by being hung on a wall. The wall-mounted washing machine of the present invention includes a ventilation device 5 for ventilating air between the inside and outside of the outer tub 1, thereby preventing the outer tub 1 from being damaged by explosion due to the inability to ventilate. The ventilating device 5 is arranged at the rear part of the outer barrel 1, compared with the ventilating device arranged at the side part of the outer barrel 1, the space at the side part of the outer barrel 1 is saved, the volume of the wall-mounted washing machine is reduced, and the ventilating device 5 can be arranged between rib structures at the rear wall of the outer barrel 1 and does not occupy more space at the rear wall of the outer barrel 1. The ventilation device 5 comprises an exhaust hole communicated with the inside of the outer barrel, and the exhaust hole is formed in the rear wall of the outer barrel 1 to facilitate the connection of the overflow pipe 51 to the rear wall of the outer barrel 1. The ventilating device 5 further comprises an overflow pipe 51 for discharging the foam and water overflowing from the inside of the outer cylinder 1 out of the washing machine, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is communicated with an exhaust hole arranged above the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the drainage device 4, and the foam and water overflowing from the upper side of the outer cylinder 1 are discharged out of the washing machine through the drainage device 4. The ventilating means 5 further comprises a ventilation tube 52 for ventilation of air between the inside and the outside of the tub 1. One end of the vent pipe 52 is communicated to the overflow pipe 51, the vent pipe 51 is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1, the other end of the vent pipe is communicated with the outside of the outer cylinder 1, air circulation between the inside and the outside of the outer cylinder 1 is achieved, the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends to a position higher than the vent hole, foam is prevented from directly overflowing from the vent pipe 52, the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends to a position higher than the vent hole, pressure required for the foam to overflow from the vent pipe is higher, and therefore the possibility of foam overflow is greatly reduced. The other end of the vent pipe 52 is also provided with a defoaming structure 521 for breaking the foam overflowing to the position into liquid and guiding the liquid to the overflow pipe, and the defoaming structure 521 prevents the foam from overflowing from the vent pipe 52 to the washing machine, and simultaneously does not affect the ventilation function of the vent pipe 52.
Further, the exhaust hole is provided at the highest water level inside the outer tub 1,
preferably, the exhaust hole is provided on a diameter vertically passing through the axis of the rear wall of the outer tub 1 to communicate with the highest water level inside the outer tub 1.
In the scheme, the exhaust holes are formed in the highest water level position inside the outer barrel 1, so that the problems that foam and water are accidentally overflowed when the positions of the exhaust holes are low, and further washing is not clean and the like are solved. In a preferred embodiment, the vent holes are arranged on the diameter of the axis vertically penetrating through the rear wall of the outer barrel 1, so that the highest water level is easier to find and determine, and compared with vent holes arranged at other positions, the vent holes increase the difficulty of foam overflow and can realize the function of overflowing foam and water when the foam and water are excessive.
Further, the washing machine further comprises a drain 4, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is connected to the exhaust hole, the other end extends downwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and is connected to the drain 4,
preferably, the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards along the circumferential direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1,
more preferably, one end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downward from the exhaust hole in a vertical direction for a certain distance and then extends downward in a circumferential direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1.
In the above scheme, the washing machine further comprises a drainage device 4 for draining the washing water in the outer cylinder 1 out of the washing machine, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is connected to the air exhaust hole to realize air circulation between the inside of the outer cylinder and the outside of the outer cylinder, the other end is connected to the drainage device 4, and the foam and water overflowing from the air exhaust hole are drained out of the washing machine through the drainage device 4. In addition, the other end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer barrel 1, so that excessive disturbance on the arrangement of ribs on the rear wall of the outer barrel 1 is avoided, the arrangement between the ribs does not occupy space, and the distribution of the ribs is not broken. In a preferred embodiment, the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards along the circumferential direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the length of the overflow pipe 51 is reduced, foam and water can be discharged more quickly, foam overflow caused by foam accumulation is avoided, and the foam is more easily broken and flows out when the overflow pipe is subjected to larger vibration closer to the axis. In a more preferred embodiment, one end of the overflow pipe 51 extends downwards from the exhaust hole for a certain distance along the vertical direction and then extends downwards along the axial direction close to the axis of the rear wall of the outer cylinder, and the overflow pipe 51 extending downwards along the vertical direction facilitates the foam and water to flow to the drainage device 4.
Further, one end of the air permeability pipe 52 is communicated to the overflow pipe 51, the other end extends upwards to a position higher than the air vent along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1,
preferably, the vent pipe 52 is close to the overflow pipe 51, and the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends upwards along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1,
more preferably, the other end of the ventilation tube 52 extends along the circumferential direction of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and then continues to extend upwards to a position higher than the vent hole along the vertical direction.
In the above solution, the vent pipe 52 extends upwards along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, on one hand, the vent pipe 52 is arranged on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the vibration of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is relatively large, the vibration of the vent pipe 52 arranged on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is relatively large, and the foam is more easily broken into liquid under the vibration action; on the other hand, the vent pipe 52 extends upwards along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that compared with the vent pipe arranged on the side wall of the outer cylinder 1, the space on the side wall of the outer cylinder 1 is saved, the volume of the washing machine is reduced, and the vent pipe 52 is arranged on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and can be embedded between ribs on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that the space is saved; in addition, the other end of the gas permeable tube 52 extends to a position higher than the vent hole, and the pressure required for the foam to escape from the gas permeable tube 52 is greater, thereby greatly reducing the possibility of foam escape. In a more preferred embodiment, the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends circumferentially along the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and then continues to extend upward along the vertical direction to a position higher than the vent hole, the circumferential extension breaks the foam under the condition of increased vibration, the continuous upward extension along the vertical direction increases the upward resistance of the foam, and the end of the other end of the vent pipe 52 is more easily arranged higher than the vent hole.

1. A wall-mounted washing machine comprises an outer barrel and is characterized by further comprising a water supply device, wherein the water supply device comprises:

The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer tub has at least one hanging lug projecting radially outward from a wall thereof, the hanging lug is engaged with and fixedly connected to the wall, and the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe is fixed to the hanging lug by a fixing structure.

The wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein a hanging lug is provided at each of four corners of the wall of the outer tub, and the water inlet end of the water introduction pipe is provided to a hanging lug provided at a lower side of the outer tub through a fixing structure.

A wall mounted washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the connecting portion is of plate like configuration extending from the end of the mounting portion in contact with the base/lug to the outside of the closed chamber, the connecting portion being provided with a through hole through which a screw can be passed to releasably connect the connecting portion to the base/lug.

The wall-hung washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the fixing structure further comprises a fitting guide part provided on the base/hanger, the fitting guide part comprising a fitting groove for fitting the fixing part to fix the water inlet end of the water introduction pipe, and a guide groove for guiding the water introduction pipe to extend toward the upper side of the outer tub.
7. A wall-mounted washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mating grooves and the guide grooves are recesses in the base/lugs which are recessed towards the wall.
8. A wall hanging type washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the washing machine further comprises a housing provided on the outer periphery of the outer tub, the fixing structure further comprises a position limiting support for supporting and limiting the water drainage pipe, the position limiting support being provided on the housing on the underside of the base/hanger.
