transferring the workpiece to be processed on the feeding station 11 to the quenching furnace 3 by using a transfer forklift 6, after the quenching furnace 3 is heated at a high temperature, taking the workpiece out of the quenching furnace 3 by using the transfer forklift 6, moving the workpiece to be processed right above the automatic lifting quenching tank 5, starting a hydraulic control system of the automatic lifting quenching tank 5, lifting a lifting support 502 of the automatic lifting quenching tank 5, unloading the workpiece to the lifting support 502 by using the transfer forklift 6, descending the lifting support 502 and driving the workpiece to sink into a tank body 501, rapidly cooling the workpiece in the tank body filled with a quenching medium, lifting the workpiece by using the hydraulic control system of the automatic lifting quenching tank 5 after the cooling is finished, transferring the workpiece after the quenching is transferred to the tempering furnace 4 by using the transfer forklift 6 for tempering, transferring the workpiece to a discharging station 12 after the heat treatment of the tempering furnace 4 is finished, waiting for the shipment. When the workpiece after the heat treatment of the tempering furnace 4 needs to be normalized, the transfer forklift 6 can transfer the workpiece to the normalizing table 10 firstly, and then transfer the workpiece to the blanking station 12 after the normalization is completed. During the heat treatment process of the workpiece in the quenching furnace 3, nitrogen can be introduced into the quenching furnace 3 to be used as an oxidation-reduction atmosphere, so that the workpiece is prevented from being decarburized in the heating process, and the processing quality of the workpiece is prevented from being influenced.
In this embodiment, operation control center includes PLC controller, display screen, and the switch board system is the PLC switch board, and the PLC controller is connected with display screen and PLC switch board respectively, through the visual control form of display screen, the operational aspect of the grasp equipment that can understand.

An intelligent heat treatment production line which is characterized in that: the automatic lifting type quenching device comprises an operation control center, a control cabinet system, a plurality of quenching furnaces and tempering furnaces, an automatic lifting type quenching tank, a transfer forklift, a nitrogen making system, a cooling system, a waste gas purification system, a normalizing table, a feeding station and a discharging station, wherein the quenching furnaces, the tempering furnace, the normalizing table, the feeding station and the discharging station are sequentially arranged and arranged on a straight line, an automatic lifting type quenching tank is arranged in front of each quenching furnace, the automatic lifting type quenching tank and the quenching furnaces are arranged in parallel, the upper surface of the automatic lifting type quenching tank and an installation platform of the quenching furnaces are positioned on the same plane, the transfer forklift runs on a path parallel to the quenching furnaces and the tempering furnaces above the automatic lifting type quenching tank, the nitrogen making system is communicated with the quenching furnaces through pipelines, the cooling system comprises a plurality of cooling towers and is communicated with the automatic lifting type quenching tank through pipelines, and the waste gas purification system is communicated with the quenching furnaces through a waste gas collecting channel, The tempering furnace is communicated with the automatic lifting quenching tank; and the operation control center and the control cabinet system are used for controlling the operation of the whole heat treatment production line.

An intelligent heat treatment line according to claim 4, wherein: the material bearing platform comprises heavy refractory bearing bricks and bearing heat-resistant steel, the heavy refractory bearing bricks are provided with a plurality of rows and are clamped with the bottom plate in the furnace body, the bearing heat-resistant steel is fixed on the upper parts of the heavy refractory bearing bricks, and slots are formed between every two adjacent rows of the heavy refractory bearing bricks.
6. An intelligent heat treatment line according to claim 5, wherein: the quenching furnace also comprises an oxidation-reduction atmosphere inlet communicated with the interior of the furnace body.
