Claims (10)

1. The industrial sewage treatment process is characterized by comprising the steps of regulation operation, primary filtration, secondary filtration, decoloration operation and drainage treatment operation, and comprises the following specific steps:
step one, adjusting operation, namely opening a sealing round cover (14) of a water storage tank (37) to connect the water storage tank (37) with a drainage pipeline of industrial sewage to enable the industrial sewage to enter the water storage tank (37), adding an acidic solution into the water storage tank (37), driving a rotating rod of the water storage tank (37) by rotating a hand wheel (38), simultaneously adding an alkaline solution into the water storage tank (37), driving the rotating hand wheel (38) to mix the water storage tank with the industrial sewage, and adjusting the pH value of the water storage tank;
step two, primary filtration, namely pumping the industrial sewage in the water storage tank (37) through a water suction pump (13) so that the industrial sewage enters the filter tank (10) through a connecting pipe (12), and leading the industrial sewage into the filter barrel (2) through a filter screen (21) penetrating into the filter tank (10) by matching a communicating bottom pipe (19) with a first connecting pipe (16);
step three, secondary filtration, wherein industrial sewage is discharged from the filter stick of the filter barrel (2), so that the industrial sewage after the secondary filtration enters the connecting tank (4);
step four, performing decoloration operation, namely adding an oxidation decolorant into the connecting tank (4) to mix the oxidation decolorant with the industrial sewage, separating the pigment in the industrial sewage from the industrial sewage, simultaneously adding a flocculating agent to coagulate the pigment into flocculent, and discharging the flocculent into the storage tank (8) through a drain pipe of the connecting tank (4);
step five, water drainage treatment, industrial sewage enters the drainage box (7) through the connecting tank (4), the limiting clamping bolt (27) of the combined clamping head (5) is pulled out, the limiting clamping bolt (27) is separated from the fixed clamping groove (26) of the combined sleeve ring (25), the combined sleeve ring (25) of the butt joint clamping grooves (24) with different calibers is replaced, the combined sleeve ring (25) is fixed by the limiting clamping bolt (27), the combined clamping head (5) is rotated through the steering groove (28) of the drainage pipe (6), the pipeline is in butt joint with the butt joint clamping groove (24) of the combined sleeve ring (25), and industrial sewage in the drainage box (7) is discharged.
2. The industrial sewage treatment process according to claim 1, wherein the water storage tank (37) is of a hollow box structure, the rotating hand wheel (38) is movably mounted at the front part of the water storage tank (37), the sealing round cover (14) is fixedly mounted at one side of the front part of the water storage tank (37) close to the rotating hand wheel (38), the water suction pump (13) is fixedly sleeved at the upper end of the water storage tank (37), the connecting pipe (12) is fixedly sleeved at the inner surface of one side of the water suction pump (13), and the connecting pipes (12) are two in number.

The industrial wastewater treatment process according to claim 1, wherein the communication bottom pipe (19) is fixedly sleeved on the inner surface of the lower end of the filter tank (10), the front end of the communication bottom pipe (19) is provided with a sealing collar, the number of the filter screens (21) is three, and the inner side of each filter screen (21) is provided with a plurality of groups of rhombic filter cells.

The industrial sewage treatment process according to claim 1, wherein a sealing turning plate (20) is movably mounted at the upper part of the filter box (10), the filter box (10) and the sealing turning plate (20) are movably connected through two groups of hinges, the steering groove (28) is formed in the outer surface of the drain pipe (6), and the depth of the steering groove (28) is one half of the thickness of the drain pipe (6).

The industrial sewage treatment process according to claim 1, wherein three sets of sliding grooves are formed in the inner surface of the filter box (10), the filter box (10) is movably connected with the sliding pulling plate (11) through the sets of sliding grooves, the filter screen (21) is fixedly sleeved on the upper portion of the sliding pulling plate (11), and a brush rod (39) is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the filter box (10) close to the upper portion of the sliding pulling plate (11).

The industrial sewage treatment device is characterized by comprising a fixed side frame (1), a fixed bottom frame (3) and a fixed top frame (9), wherein the fixed top frame (9) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper part of the fixed bottom frame (3), the fixed side frame (1) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of one side of the fixed top frame (9) and the fixed bottom frame (3), four groups of fan-shaped lining plates (35) are arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the fixed bottom frame (3), inclined surface mandrils (34) are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper ends of the fan-shaped lining plates (35), inclined surface clamping grooves are arranged on the outer surfaces of the inclined surface mandrils (34), the fixed bottom frame (3) and the fixed top frame (9) are fixedly connected through the inclined surface mandrils (34), a filter box (10) is fixedly arranged in the fixed top frame (9), and a filter barrel (2) is fixedly arranged in the fixed top frame (9) and is close to the, and filter vat (2) and fixed underframe (3) between through combination card frame (15) butt joint fixed, the inside fixed mounting of fixed underframe (3) has connecting tank (4), and the inside of fixed underframe (3) is close to one side fixed mounting of connecting tank (4) has drainage box (7).
