Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water treatment, in particular to a sewage treatment system and a sewage treatment method capable of self-adapting to sewage inflow.
Background
In the current practice of sewage treatment engineering, the sewage quantity usually fluctuates greatly (more than the designed quantity) compared with the designed quantity, and the fluctuation of the water quantity causes uneven water inlet of a treatment tank, sometimes no water enters a biochemical tank for a long time, and sometimes the water quantity is too large. The uneven water inflow causes adverse effects on the survival of strains and subsequent processes, so that the quality of the effluent is unqualified, and the strains are necrotic. At present, the conventional coping method is to regulate the opening of a valve of a lifting module and set a return pipe of the lifting module to control the water inflow according to manual observation and measurement, the method needs to be frequently checked and adjusted manually, the time and the energy are consumed, and the adjustment accuracy and timeliness are difficult to guarantee. The blowing module usually adopts timing clearance operation, but not linked with the lifting water quantity, and the dissolved oxygen quantity is controlled inaccurately.
The invention content is as follows:
in view of the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, the present invention mainly provides a sewage treatment system and a sewage treatment method thereof, which are adaptive to sewage inflow, and achieve the functions of making the inflow flow into a sewage treatment tank uniformly and making the oxygen content reach the standard.

the dissolved oxygen detection module transmits the detected oxygen concentration signal to the statistical operation module; after the oxygen concentration signal is judged, analyzed and processed by the statistical operation module, if the oxygen concentration is lower than a set value, an electric signal is transmitted to the air blowing module; the blowing module works after receiving the electric signal to ensure that the dissolved oxygen meets the set value of the sewage treatment tank; the dissolved oxygen detection modules are uniformly distributed at a position one meter below the water surface of the sewage treatment tank; the blowing module comprises an aeration head, a blower and a blowing pipeline; and the outlet of the blast pipeline is positioned at the bottom of the sewage treatment tank.
In the prior art, as the amount of sewage entering the sewage treatment tank is unstable, the survival of strains and subsequent processes are adversely affected, and the water quality is unqualified. In addition, the water inflow needs to be controlled by manual observation and measurement, manual rechecking and adjustment are frequently required, time and energy are consumed, and the adjustment accuracy and timeliness are difficult to guarantee.
The invention discloses a sewage treatment system capable of adapting to sewage inflow, which comprises a water level detection module, a sewage lifting module, a water flow detection module, a statistical operation module, a dissolved oxygen detection module, a blast module and other modules, belongs to the prior art, and is characterized in that the dissolved oxygen detection module is provided with a plurality of small detection modules which are uniformly distributed at a position one meter below the water surface of a sewage treatment tank, and the positions and the number of the small detection modules are changed in the prior art, so that the measured oxygen concentration is more accurate. And only one water flow detection module is used, so that the problem of uneven water flow is solved, the cost is reduced, and the water flow detection module is universal. If two flow detection modules are used, it is more costly. If the flow detection module is not used, the liquid level of the regulating pool can be adjusted, but a complex program needs to be designed, the liquid level is not universal, and parameters are set according to the size of the regulating pool.
Further, the water flow detection module transmits the detected flow signal to the statistical operation module; the statistical operation module judges, analyzes and processes the flow signal, judges whether the flow reaches a set range, transmits a working electric signal to the sewage lifting module when the flow does not reach the set range, and does not transmit the working electric signal when the flow reaches the set range; the sewage lifting module is positioned in the sewage adjusting tank.
Further, the water level detection module is positioned in the sewage adjusting tank and transmits the detected water level signal to the statistical operation module; the statistical operation module judges and analyzes the water level signal and judges whether the water level signal is higher than a set water level value, if so, an electric signal is transmitted to the sewage lifting module to start, and otherwise, the sewage lifting module is stopped;
the invention only uses one water flow detection module, solves the problem of uneven water flow, reduces the cost and is more universal. If two flow detection modules are used, it is more costly. If the flow detection module is not used, the liquid level of the regulating pool can be adjusted, but a complex program needs to be designed, the liquid level is not universal, and parameters are set according to the size of the regulating pool.
Further, the other modules comprise a temperature detection module and an early warning module.
Furthermore, the statistical operation module is connected with a touch screen for setting parameters.
And other modules are added outside the statistical operation module, and the parameter setting amount on the touch screen is increased, so that the system functions can be diversified.
Further, the treatment method of the sewage treatment system capable of self-adapting to the sewage inflow comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: setting parameters including a water level detection time interval, a water level maximum value, a water flow detection time interval, a uniform water flow range, an oxygen concentration detection time interval and an oxygen concentration range;
step two: the water level detection module sends a water level signal detected in the sewage regulating tank to the statistical operation module at set time intervals, the statistical operation module analyzes and judges the water level signal and judges whether the water level signal is higher than the highest value of the set water level, if so, a working instruction is given to the sewage lifting module to start, and otherwise, the sewage lifting module is stopped;
