Background
The surface water pollution is a global environmental problem, and with the continuous progress of urban construction, particularly the problem of urban river and lake water pollution is more serious, so that research and application of an efficient water environment treatment technology are urgently needed. The ecological floating island technology is composed of plants, floating carriers, a matrix and the like, is widely used as an aqueous ecological management technology with good plant landscape effect, low cost and easy maintenance, but the traditional ecological floating island has poor treatment effect on heavy eutrophic polluted water body, mainly depends on plant root system absorption to remove pollutants, and has low efficiency. Therefore, the research on enhancing the water purification capacity of the ecological floating island technology becomes a hotspot and difficulty in the fields of water pollution treatment technology and ecological restoration engineering. At present, materials such as PVC pipes, stainless steel pipes, wood, moso bamboo and special expanded polystyrene are mostly adopted as frame bodies when the traditional ecological floating island is constructed, ceramsite, vermiculite, expanded perlite, porous ceramic, pumice and the like are used as carriers or substrates, the types of combinations are different, but the traditional ecological floating island is limited to simple loose combination, the stability of the system is poor, the overwater space is emphasized to be utilized, the construction of an underwater system is not much, the underwater space is not utilized sufficiently, and the water purifying capacity is not strong.

The root system of the emergent aquatic plant and the substrate arranged in the lining screen can be used as an attachment carrier of the microbial film; the lining screen mesh arranged in the field planting net device can ensure that the root system of the emergent aquatic plant can be successfully germinated, and can be used for preventing the matrix from leaking. Emergent aquatic plants are placed in the lining screen mesh of the plant module assembly, so that the biological diversity of a water area where the floating island device is placed can be enriched, a three-dimensional food chain system is formed in the water area, and the synergistic effect between the module aeration assembly and the plant module assembly is realized.
In the aforementioned bio-ecological integrated aeration floating island device, the biological filler module comprises a medium carrier frame and a fiber medium disposed on the medium carrier frame; the medium carrier frame body is made of light high polymer material, and the strength meets the load requirement; the fiber medium is a criss-cross woven fabric, and the top of the fiber medium is a mixed woven fabric and is hung on the medium carrier frame. The problem that the central rope of the traditional suspension type fiber medium is separated can be solved by adopting the fiber medium with the top being mixed and woven.
In the above biological and ecological integrated aeration floating island device, the floating planting device is formed by splicing a plurality of fixed planting floating plates which can float on the water surface; the floating planting device is in a rectangular disc structure or a square disc structure or a circular disc structure. The floating planting device can float on the water surface and can contain small plants. The structural shape of the floating planting device can be freely spliced according to actual engineering requirements, such as a rectangular disc-shaped structure, a square disc-shaped structure or a circular disc-shaped structure. The connecting piece passes through the holes arranged on the side walls of the field planting floating plates to connect two adjacent field planting floating plates, and the connecting piece can be a steel wire or a waterproof rope.
In the aforementioned bio-ecological integrated aeration floating island device, the membrane aeration component includes a hollow fiber oxygen permeable membrane, a microbial membrane is attached to the surface of the membrane aeration component, and the hollow fiber oxygen permeable membrane supplies oxygen to the microbial membrane attached to the surface of the membrane aeration component. The gas generated by the membrane aeration component can escape from the water surface from bottom to top, and the gas can be fully utilized by the microbial film attached to the emergent aquatic plant root system and the substrate in the process of escaping from bottom to top, so that the growth of the emergent aquatic plant root system is promoted, and the metabolism of the microbial film attached to the emergent aquatic plant root system is promoted. Because the oxygen in the microbial film and the pollutants in the water are subjected to reverse mass transfer, the pollutants in the water enter the microbial film from outside to inside and are decomposed by the microorganisms forming the microbial film, and therefore, the phenomenon that the pollutants in the water are adsorbed and decomposed by the vitamin film is formed. The invention supplies oxygen for the microbial membrane through the hollow fiber oxygen permeable membrane, can promote the microbes to decompose pollutants in water, promote the microbial decomposition efficiency and improve the water body purification efficiency.
In the aforementioned bio-ecological integrated aeration floating island device, the hollow fiber oxygen permeable membrane comprises an innermost aerobic layer, an outermost flowing water layer, a facultative layer and an anaerobic layer, wherein the facultative layer is positioned between the aerobic layer and the flowing water layer, and the anaerobic layer is positioned between the facultative layer and the flowing water layer. Oxidation decomposition reaction and nitration reaction can occur in the aerobic layer; nitrification and nitrosation, and denitrification can occur within the facultative zone. Hydrolytic acidification and anaerobic digestion reactions occur within the anaerobic layer.
The oxidative decomposition reaction is to decompose the organic matters in the water by oxidation so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the water quality.
The nitrification reaction is to oxidize ammonia nitrogen into nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen under the action of nitrite bacteria and nitrate bacteria under aerobic conditions;
the denitrification reaction refers to the reaction of NO under the anoxic condition due to the action of facultative denitrifying bacteria (denitrifying bacteria)2-And NO3-Reduction to N2The process of (1). The invention realizes the removal of nitrogen by combining the nitrification reaction and the denitrification reaction.
Before denitrification reaction occurs, hydrolytic acidification reaction occurs in the anaerobic layer. Hydrolysis refers to biochemical reaction carried out extracellular before organic matter enters microbial cells, and the microbial completes biocatalysis reaction by releasing extracellular free enzyme or fixed enzyme connected to the outer wall of the cells; while acidification is a typical fermentation process, the metabolites of microorganisms are mainly various organic acids. The process by which the population of facultative anaerobic and anaerobic microorganisms convert organic matter into methane and carbon dioxide is known as anaerobic digestion.
In the aforementioned bio-ecological integrated aeration floating island device, the biological filler module includes a medium carrier frame and a fiber medium filled in the medium carrier frame; the content of the fiber medium filled in the medium carrier frame is 30 to 50 percent.
The fiber medium can adopt polypropylene fiber, and is woven by adopting filament fiber bundles (the thickness of single fiber hair) in a manner of weaving sweater or sacks (the fiber medium is woven into pieces in a manner of weaving sweater or sacks), if the filling density of the fiber medium in the medium carrier frame is too high (such as the content is higher than 50%), the fiber medium can be agglomerated under the condition of long-time operation, so that an anaerobic area is formed, and the problem of influencing water quality is caused; if the filling density is too low (the content is lower than 30%), the effect is limited, and the purpose of strengthening and purifying water quality cannot be achieved.
