Some embodiments of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
The present embodiment provides a pulley apparatus for mounting a pulley block, as shown in fig. 1, the pulley apparatus includes a frame body 100 and a movable member 200 disposed on the frame body 100, the movable member 200 is used for pivotally connecting a secondary pulley 300 in the pulley block, and a relative position between the movable member 200 and the frame body 100 is adjustable in a horizontal direction, so that a distance between the primary pulley (not shown in the drawing) and the secondary pulley 300 in the pulley block is adjustable in the horizontal direction.
In the pulley device, the driven pulley 300 is pivoted on the movable element 200, the relative position of the movable element 200 and the frame body 100 is adjustable in the horizontal direction, the relative position of the driven pulley 300 and the frame body 100 can be changed in the horizontal direction, and the distance between the main pulley and the driven pulley 300 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction; because the distance between the main pulley and the secondary pulley 300 is adjustable in the horizontal direction, in the actual construction process, when the drilling diameter needs to be enlarged (or a plurality of construction methods need to be expanded), the distance between the main pulley and the secondary pulley 300 can be changed by changing the relative position of the movable element 200 and the frame body 100, and the distance between the main pulley and the secondary pulley is increased, so that the purpose of enlarging the drilling center distance is achieved.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the pulley device in this embodiment can provide a plurality of different installation positions for the slave pulley 300, and the installation position of the slave pulley 300 can be changed by the difference of the installation position of the movable member 200, and finally, a plurality of drilling center distances can be adjusted.
In addition, compared with the technology in which two first holes 130 are directly formed in the frame body 100, the pulley device in this embodiment has the advantages that the installation position of the secondary pulley 300 is more flexible due to the additional arrangement of the movable element 200, and the pulley device is not limited to the positions of the two first holes 130 formed in the frame body 100, as long as the movable element 200 and the frame body 100 can be detachably installed; in addition, in some structural forms, there may be no need to open the first hole 130 for penetrating the shaft on the frame body 100, for example: the movable member 200 is mounted on one side of the frame body 100, and a second hole 210 (not shown) for fixing the driven shaft is formed in the movable member 200.
In one form of construction, the moveable member 200 is removably connected to the frame 100 (the form of construction shown in the drawings); in another structure, the movable member 200 can slide relative to the frame 100, and when the movable member 200 slides to a certain position of the frame 100, the movable member can be fixed at the position (not shown in the figures).
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the movable element 200 is detachably connected to the frame body 100 and the relative position between the movable element 200 and the frame body 100 is adjustable in the horizontal direction, in one implementation, a plurality of mounting holes may be formed in the frame body 100.
Specifically, the frame body 100 is connected to the movable member 200 by a screw connection (not shown). Wherein, all be equipped with a plurality of mounting holes on support body 100 and the moving part 200, correspondingly, wear to be equipped with screw or bolt between the mounting hole to realize the fixed connection of both at a plurality of positions.
In this embodiment, the primary pulley is sleeved on the primary shaft and can rotate around the primary shaft, and correspondingly, the secondary pulley 300 is sleeved on the secondary shaft and the secondary pulley 300 can rotate around the secondary shaft; in particular, the main shaft is fixedly mounted to the frame 100 and the sub-shaft is fixedly mounted to the movable member 200.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the frame body 100 is provided with a first hole 130, the movable member 200 is provided with a second hole 210 for passing the driven shaft of the driven pulley 300, and the second hole 210 can communicate with the first hole 130 at a plurality of positions of the frame body 100.
In a specific installation, one embodiment is: the movable member 200 is located inside the frame body 100, wherein one end or both ends of the driven shaft can sequentially pass through the second hole 210 and the first hole 130, and the driven pulley 300 is pivotally connected to the frame body 100 or the movable member 200 by relatively fixing the driven shaft to the movable member 200.
The other implementation mode is as follows: the movable member 200 is located at the outer side of the frame body 100, wherein one end or both ends of the driven shaft can sequentially pass through the first hole 130 and the second hole 210, and the driven pulley 300 is pivoted with the frame body 100 or the movable member 200 by relatively fixing the driven shaft and the movable member 200, so that the installation of the driven pulley 300 and the movable member 200 is more convenient for the movable member 200 located at the inner side of the frame body 100.
In this embodiment, the first hole 130 may have various structures.
For example: as shown in fig. 2, the first hole 130 is an oblong hole or a kidney-shaped hole, and correspondingly, the second hole 210 is a circular hole, and the inner diameter of the circular hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the driven shaft, so as to ensure that the driven shaft can penetrate into the second hole 210 without shaking to a large extent.
When the first hole 130 is an elongated hole or a waist-shaped hole, the elongated direction of the elongated hole or the waist-shaped hole may extend substantially in the horizontal direction, and the second hole 210 may be communicated with the first hole 130 at a plurality of positions of the frame body 100 by changing the relative position of the movable member 200 and the first hole 130, so as to adjust the distance between the primary pulley and the secondary pulley 300, and further, adjust the center distance of the drilled hole.
For another example: the number of the first holes 130 is two (not shown in the drawing), the two first holes 130 are arranged at intervals, and the distance between the centers of the two first holes 130 in the horizontal direction is greater than zero; the second hole 210 can communicate with any one of the two first holes 130.
Further, the distance between the centers of the two first holes 130 in the horizontal direction is greater than the sum of the hole radii of the two first holes.
When the first hole 130 is two circular holes, specifically, when the second hole 210 communicates with the first hole 130 near the left side, that is, the movable member 200 is installed at the position of the second hole 210 on the left side, the distance between the primary pulley and the secondary pulley 300 is small, so that the center distance of the drilled hole is small; on the contrary, when the second hole 210 communicates with the first hole 130 near the right side, that is, the movable member 200 is installed at the position of the second hole 210 near the right side, the distance between the primary pulley and the secondary pulley 300 is large, so that the center distance of the drilled hole is large.
In the above embodiment, the distance between the centers of the two first holes 130 in the horizontal direction is greater than the sum of the hole radii of the two first holes, so that on one hand, the distance between the master pulley and the slave pulley 300 can be increased greatly, and on the other hand, the situation that the two first holes 130 are not easy to open due to the close distance can be avoided; the distance between the two first holes 130 is not limited, and can be set reasonably according to the needs of practical application.
On the basis of the above embodiment, with reference to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the pulley device further includes a fixing member 400, the fixing member 400 is fixedly connected to the frame body 100, and two third holes 410 are formed in the fixing member 400 and spaced apart from each other; the movable member 200 is detachably coupled to the stationary member 400 such that the second hole 210 can communicate with both the first hole 130 and any one of the corresponding third holes 410.
In the structural form in which the first holes 130 are two circular holes, two third holes 410 correspond one-to-one to the two first holes 130 (not shown in the drawings). Specifically, the movable member 200 is coupled to the frame body 100 at a position near the first hole 130 at the right side, and at this time, the second hole 210 communicates with both the first hole 130 at the right side and the third hole 410 at the right side, so as to ensure that the end of the shaft can pass through the first hole 130, the third hole 410 and the second hole 210 in sequence.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 400 may be welded to the frame body 100; or, referring to fig. 1 again, the fixing member 400 is detachably connected to the frame body 100, specifically, the fixing member 400 and the frame body 100 are respectively provided with a plurality of mounting holes, and correspondingly, screws or bolts are inserted between the mounting holes, so as to connect the fixing member 400 and the frame body 100.
In the form in which the stationary member 400 is detachably coupled to the frame body 100, when it is required to adjust the center distance of the drilled hole, in one structural form, it is only necessary to remove the movable member 200 without detaching the stationary member 400, and to couple the movable member 200 to another first hole 130, and then to adjust the position of the slave pulley accordingly.
In this structure, as shown in fig. 1, the pulley device further includes a cover plate 500, the cover plate 500 is detachably connected to the fixed member 400, the cover plate 500 covers one of the third holes 410 of the fixed member 400, and the movable member 200 is connected to the other third hole 410 of the fixed member 400, so as to ensure that the third hole 410 is not exposed to the outside, thereby providing a more aesthetic appearance.
In another structure, the movable member 200 is provided in plurality (not shown in the drawings), and the number of the movable members 200 is equal to the number of the third holes 410, and the positions correspond to each other, and in this structure, when the center distance of the drilled holes needs to be adjusted, the movable member 200 does not need to be removed and the position of the driven pulley 300 needs to be adjusted accordingly, without detaching the fixed member 400.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the frame body 100 includes a first side plate 110 and a second side plate 120 connected and arranged in parallel, and a gap for accommodating the secondary pulley 300 is left between the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 120; the number of the movable members 200 is two, and the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 120 are both connected to one movable member 200, wherein the movable member 200 on the first side plate 110 is disposed opposite to the movable member 200 on the second side plate 120.
The first side plate 110 and the second side plate 120 may be thin plates capable of generating deformation.
