The steam pipeline 9 realizes micro-pressure through the cut-off device, the steam temperature can reach 105 ℃, and the heating speed is higher while the heat utilization efficiency is improved. Because the pipeline is of an unsealed structure, the whole set of equipment does not belong to the pressure container class, and the use safety is higher.
The inside temperature sensor 6 that is provided with of heating cabinet 5, the outside sets up temperature display device 7, can gather and show the inside real-time temperature of heating cabinet 5.
The plurality of heating boxes 5 provided in the vehicle compartment may be activated simultaneously, or may be activated partially or in groups as needed.

The power generation system 3 provides electric energy for the whole vehicle, is mainly used for driving moving parts such as a water pump, an oil-fired boiler and the like, and has 2 electric energy sources, wherein the first method is that a power take-off generator is additionally arranged on a vehicle chassis to generate electric energy; the second is under the parking state, provide the electric energy through external commercial power.

The heating box 5 is arranged and fixed firmly by the fast bayonet 11.
The steam line 9 is connected so that the steam generator 4 and the heating chamber 5 are connected by the steam line 9 and the quick-connect coupling 10, and the valve on the steam line 9 is opened.
The steam generator 4 is started by adding oil, water and checking the circuit connection for the steam generator 4.
After a certain time, the steam generator 4 generates steam, which flows through the steam line 9 to the heating chamber 5.
The heating box 5 to be activated is determined as required, and the pipeline switch is turned on, and the activated heating box 5 starts to heat the food.
High-temperature steam enters the heating box 5 from the quick connector 10 at the lower part of the heating box 5, and low-temperature steam after heating food is exhausted from the exhaust hole 13 at the upper part of the heating box, so that the temperature in the heating box 5 rises in the process, and the food is heated.
The temperature sensor 6 arranged in the heating box 5 collects the temperature in the heating box 5 in real time, and displays the temperature on the temperature display device 7 arranged outside, and can also transmit the temperature information to the vehicle controller.
After the set heating temperature or the set heating time is reached, the steam generator 4 is stopped.
The waste heat steam is continuously led to the heating box 5, and the temperature in the heating box 5 is further kept warm through the heat preservation material of the heating box 5 after rising.
After the vehicle arrives at the use area, if the dining time is reached, the heating box 5 is opened to take out the heated meal for further eating; if the dining time is not reached or the meal needs to be sent to the next region, the heating box 5 is directly taken down for on-site heat preservation and storage, and the internal split type meal reheating and heat preserving trolley can further carry out the meal sending task to the next dining place.
The cart may further be provided with hot water via a steam generator 4 if the service point requires hot water.
